This is a well maintained hotel with a solid breakfast offering. The location is great being next to the Parliament building and very walkable to other attractions.

Pros (+) We had a huge corner room with great views and tons of room. Super convenient to the ferry and walkable to all of downtown Victoria. really comfortable bed, nice amenities, nice staff
Cons (-) The adjoining motel hasn’t been remodeled and looks pretty sketch - glad we were not in that wing.

Pros (+) The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Staff friendly and professional. Very quiet and comfortable.

Pros (+) the best breakfast and dining place I've ever been too. Very clean and best supervised. Food is always replenished. Never ran out. Definitely will comeback. Best location. Staff very friendly. Room is clean and comfortable.

Pros (+) Being able to park the car and have a base to explore Victoria on foot. The savings allowed us to have a spa day and afternoon tea at the Empress Hotel. The breakfast buffet had good variety and well attended.
Cons (-) The pool area should have some lounge chairs and a bit more privacy.
