Pros (+) The location was excellent; convenient and easy to get to with parking out back. Wi-fi was good and as a secure place to leave your belongings, we had no issues.The rooms were mostly clean and I think the staff were quite polite.
Cons (-) I'm going to organize this into a list for the sake of readability: - The walls were paper thin. I heard children screaming, neighbors talking, and footsteps. - The bed and pillows just weren't very comfortable. Pros (+) The location is perfect on the harbour.
Cons (-) I thought there might be enough of a breeze to cool down in the evening, but the noise from the pub below was too loud to leave the window open. It was a day below 25 degrees Celsius and still MUCH too warm in the hotel room (even with the fan provided in the room, which was definitely a very welcomed item!!) Pros (+) Location was fine.
Cons (-) View blocked by windows that were damaged and cloudy. So much for 'Harbor view' and bathroom tile was filthy. Floor under sink was really dirty. There was too much extra furniture in our tiny room making it hard to move around or even get to window.

Pros (+) Location was excellent. Staff was very nice and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Loved the solid surface floors (rather than carpet) in the rooms.
Cons (-) Wi-Fi did not work very well at all. Kitchenette room was so small not enough room to even walk around the beds - much better when moved to a room without the kitchenette. Very loud on the harbor/street side.
