Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and unique historic atmosphere. The staff was frequently described as friendly and helpful, and several guests enjoyed the on-site pub. However, noise was a recurring issue, especially from nearby pubs and poor soundproofing, and some guests noted that rooms could be dark or dated. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few reviews mentioned unpleasant odors or minor issues. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, character, and accommodating service.
