Cons: The worst thing about this hotel is going out the front door into a cloud of cigarette smoke! In future I would avoid conventions & delegates that have their meetings around the breakfast selections when we are trying to get out! WE ARE CANADIAN!!

Cons: The bathroom was badly arranged. It was a disabled-accessible room, which I hadn't expected, so it was annoying for that reason, but even if I were disabled, there was no surface within reach of the shower to put shampoo, soap, etc. while I was under it.

Pros: If you want peace of mind and an enjoyable stay in Stockholm and return home with nice memories, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. There is no need to discuss what I liked and did not like because the hotel stole money from my card multiple times during our stay and refunded the amounts when I complained about it. But during the check-out process they blocked additional amounts and claimed it was the breakfast and it took me 15 minutes to explain the breakfast did not cost this much. when they finally relented, they returned the amount to me. But when I came back home. THEY CHARGED THE ENTIRE FEES OF MY STAY AGAIN FROM MY CARD, NOT BLOCKED, CHARGED!!! I issued a claim to my bank and going to cancel my card and issue a new one thanks to this awful hotel. If I could give it less than 2.5 but thats the lowest score you can give on booking.

Cons: The rooms design was simply awful, no taste at all, mismatching bedside tables, TV blocking the door, random doors in the middle of the room that lead to nowhere, etc. the hotel was very dark and the lighting was barely enough to see your way without hitting anything. the breakfast is limited and pancakes smelled and tasted alittle like bacon. but the location and cleanliness was fine. Although if you want to go back and forth to the reception and ask why did you withdraw this amount and have them try to con you that its a system error every couple of days. go ahead and book. otherwise choose a different hotel if you want your money to be safe and enjoy stockholm with a peace of mind.

Pros: This was my first time staying here and won't be the last. This was a very nice hotel with many thoughtful touches in the room. From a chandelier with a dimmer, to a teddy bear on the bed, to a mini fridge & microwave, I was pleasantly surprised by the details. I had a Superior Room with Balcony and the decor and design were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast had a large variety and was quite good. The hotel is also steps away from many other choices - fast food, coffee shops & restaurants. An elevator to the metro/trains is just feet away. While I prefer to stay in a more rural area, this hotel was quite luxurious yet priced reasonably. Plus it's so convenient to the train/metro that this should be a first choice for anyone seeking a home base while visiting Stockholm. You can easily get anywhere in the city from this location and many sights are within walking distance.

Last week were in Oslo in 3-Star Hotel(Park Inn) and there breakfast were amazing. And room looked better than this. From this breakfast maybe I expected so much after I red so many reviews from other people. But this breakfast is like in usually 3-Star. And generally this hotel is more 3-Star than 4-Star for me.

Cons: Breakfast was supposed to be included, although every morning, the person who lets you into breakfast would tell us we had to pay extra. I would say every morning that no we already cleared this up, breakfast was included and they would look again and say "oh yes, you're right". then we we checked out they told us we had incurred fees for having breakfast every morning and we had to again show them that breakfast was included. We stayed for 4 nights. Also, the location is goo but not great. about a 10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do.

Cons: My room was on 3rd floor overlooking weeds n a rooftop. I Would have liked one of the many rooms overlooking roads n water I think Emirates staff got those. Mini bar had been taken out of my room prices were still there no coffee machine for the price I paid I expect more than instant coffee. I booked Sheraton for a bit of luxury. If in Stockholm again I will stay at Viking next door to station. The cleaning trolley was outside my door each morning noise started early felt like they were making sure I was up and gone

The hotel is located in central Stockholm, close to shopping, theatres, restaurants. You'll be just a few minutes from Stockholm Central Station, metro, trains, buses and the Arlanda Express. I was excited about the hotel campaign Sweet Dreams Stay. The idea is simple! Guests choosing not to have their rooms cleaned when they stay for more than one consecutive night to refrain from room cleaning for one night and the hotel will donate money to UNICEF.

Cons: When we returned to the room in the evening its door (previously closed by us) was wide open with the key left in the switch and with no sign of any staff in the room or somewhere around. The Receptionist confirmed that the key belonged to cleaning staff and that the door had been left open by them. God knows for how long the room had remained open and not looked after by staff with all our personal belongings there available for any guest to be observed and in case of abuse touched or used, or stolen. Not only the hotel put private property at risk from security perspective, but also violated privacy rules and requirements, created ethical issue and humiliating situation for the guests, demonstrated utter disrespect to guests’ rights for private life and to guests’ private property. Moreover, after a dialogue with the receptionist it was promised to us that next day at check-out there would be a manager available for a conversation. No manager would appear at check-out despite the level of issue severety, despite the promise, despite the fact that we had been waiting. It is also worth mentioning that in spite of the fact that we booked and paid for a room accommodating three guests, bath stuff and cups were constantly arranged only for two guests. The staff fixed this only after our asks and traditionally arranged nothing for the third guest next day again, apparently waiting for a reminder. The bed for the third guest was delivered to the room only late in the evening around 20:00 - 21:00. When we had asked in the afternoon to arrange for a bed, the receptionist responded with the reference to the hotel rules that the beds are brought only at 19:00. No bed would appear at 19:00 as well. Until late in the evening the third guest had no opportunity to have a sleep or relax after a long journey. All this violated and disregarded the the third guest’s rights for whose accommodation the hotel had charged along with other guests.

Cons: Why oh why would you build a hotel with a rooftop pool and then charge your guests 400 SEKs to use it? There were empty beer cans stashed away in the room and left over food in the fridge. One of the beds wasnt set up in the room when we arrived and when we asked the receptionist to sort it out he had a strop as this was a clear imposition on his time.

Cons: The bed - instead of a king it was actually two adjustable single beds which was great until you actually slept on them as the mattress moved off the base and overall sank in. The pillows were also not firm at all. There was and wasn't air conditioning. We were told there isn't but at certain times the airconditioner would start and then turn off by itself. It wasn't a thermostat that would adjust to a certain temperature but rather the whole system would turn on automatically and turn off by itself - a little annoying

Cons: First day the heater in room didn’t work and when outside is 2 degrees, you get really cold. We called to the reception and somebody from staff took to our room some small heater. Next day they repaired it so heater worked. Room was too small, we couldn’t move 2 people around the bed. Breakfast area is not enough for so much people, it was always very crowded.

Cons: Even though the hotel is very clean, the décor looks run-down and antiquated. The "single superior" room is quite small, and mine smelled of leaking gas from the radiator heater. The hotel is rather far from the city hub, but there are some hip little nooks and crannies in the surrounding districts. You just need to be adventurous enough to explore the area by foot.

Cons: Room faced into an alley with no view. Small issue with free toiletries where housekeeping replaced a bath lotion with shampoo so from the second night on, we ended up with 2 shampoo tubes.

Cons: I had made three different bookings for three consecutive nights for some reason, and they made me check out and check in again every morning due to how their system works which was something I did not particularly enjoy. One suggestion would be to change some of the items at the breakfast buffet daily. I stayed for 3 nights, and I had to have the same food every single morning. It would have been nice to have a narrower but changing selection so that I could have tried something different every day. Also the coffee machine had very good coffee, but guests made a queue since they had a hard time trying to figure out how it works -clearer instructions could have helped.

Cons: Staff not too friendly but direct. Loud construction noise in room from 10am until 430pm. Hotel is mid renovation. Calls to front desk was met with a cold... there nothing that I can do. There's always something you can do to make your guests less upset. Hotel should be upfront with information and knowledge about the construction. A business traveler who is out of the room during the day would be less upset than we would be. We weren't too upset because our child didn't wake up but if he did we may very well be as we are jet lagged and the child needed to sleep. But notice would have allowed some possibility of planning.
You may get an older room from the 80s. Carpets were dirty and worn in our room. The room decor color scheme did not age well.

We were able to check in early (12pm), the reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is fantastic - right next to the metro station or 25min walk to the CBD and Old Town. The room was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The breakfast is in a huge space with lots of different options - we liked the pancakes best.

Cons: I booked a double room which was advertised as having additional space but the room was narrow and felt cramped. There was only liquid soap and shampoo available in the bathroom whereas most of other 4 star hotels provide more in the range of toiletries.

Cons: Far too noisy. I was moved from one room with an aircon above the bed (which couldn’t be switched off) to a room right above the entrance. There were loud deliveries in the early morning, as well as an underground car park opposite. On my final day, from 4:55 in the morning (!) a tractor was towing the market booths from the car park to the square. Not a place for a quiet night‘s sleep. Also the decor is very tired (although the bathroom was newly refurbished and everything was clean).

Cons: The hotel is rather a 3star hotel, for being rated as a 4star hotel, lots of things are missing. No toiletries like lotion etc., the small single bed made the stay a bit like staying in a children’s room. The room was very clean, but the furniture is a bit worn out. No view. The breakfast hall has the cold “charm” of a large train station. On the weekend it was very crowded and loud- it felt like an all inclusive resort.

Cons: There was a lot of partying going on, lots of noise during night and a fire alarm which woke us up in the middle of the night. Restaurant was already closed when we came, only bar was open. Breakfast started at 7 am and we had to leave 6.30 so no chance in breakfast.
