Pros: Very nice room, very nice breakfast, fast elevators Great location: directly across from train station (for easy access to airport train) and, even better, it is diagonally across the street from the shuttle bus to the airport (which is much cheaper than the train).
Cons: We saw 3 Radisson Blu's in Stockholm, at least 2 of which are on the waterfront. One is just around the corner from this one. So make sure you go to the right one.

Pros: The hotel was so easy to get to from the airport. The Arlanda Express train practically arrives at the front door. Easy walk to ld town, shopping, sightseeing cruises and trains/buses/tram. The breakfast was delicious and a steal for the price. We also had the Christmas buffet dinner which was great as well. The room was very clean, new, and overlooking the water, town hall, and old town. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was vey accomodating with a late check out so our baby could nap and a comfy rollaway for our older child. I woulx definitely stay here anytime I go to Stockholm.

Pros: High ceil, beautifully decorated room: fabulous bath and shower, hardwood floors, large and airy. Luxurious Duxiana bedding and linens. Hotel breakfast was terrific with many options. Located on a major street in Stockholm, the Diplomat is a short walk from everything. I will definitely stay here again. I don't know what room another traveler got that was tiny -- but my room was huge.

Pros: excellent location. - right on the harbor and walking distance from the Vasa museum, the ferries and Gamla Stan (Old town) plus marvelous shopping nearby. it was very hot (no AC)and they set up a fan in the room which was a big help. Staff very helpful with maps, directions and taxis etc. everyone spoke perfect English. its an elegant hotel and very comofortable.
Cons: breakfast was totally over priced but perhaps its the "going rate" in Stockholm. we used a 7- 11 down the road for coffee and tea etc

Cons: - no window - loud and couldn't sleep because doors were banging all night - bed as hard as a rock - it takes 1 HOUR for AirCon to start - If you want a tooth brush, you have to go buy one downstairs in their "store" - Absolutely no service or help with bags - They don't even give you water - No minibar - Tiny room. The coat hanger takes up half of the living area. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid!

Pros: They were doing construction on the lower floors, so they upgraded us for free to a junior suite because my dad is older and likes to rest during the day and couldn't with all the noise. Receptive employees. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice.
Cons: Breakfast was supposed to be included, although every morning, the person who lets you into breakfast would tell us we had to pay extra. I would say every morning that no we already cleared this up, breakfast was included and they would look again and say "oh yes, you're right". then we we checked out they told us we had incurred fees for having breakfast every morning and we had to again show them that breakfast was included. We stayed for 4 nights. Also, the location is goo but not great. about a 10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do.

Pros: Location to downtown is fantastic. This was the main draw when traveling with a kid. Size of room was good but layout wasn't great. Mixed bag with some of the staff but generally helpful. More sensitive travelers may be unhappy or upset with staff in terms of courteous language. Direct which is easy for me to get past and over. Breakfast buffet was actually quite good and was busy. Very close to Arlanda Express to airport. Just walk around hotel to it.
Cons: Staff not too friendly but direct. Loud construction noise in room from 10am until 430pm. Hotel is mid renovation. Calls to front desk was met with a cold... there nothing that I can do. There's always something you can do to make your guests less upset. Hotel should be upfront with information and knowledge about the construction. A business traveler who is out of the room during the day would be less upset than we would be. We weren't too upset because our child didn't wake up but if he did we may very well be as we are jet lagged and the child needed to sleep. But notice would have allowed some possibility of planning. You may get an older room from the 80s. Carpets were dirty and worn in our room. The room decor color scheme did not age well.

Pros: This place turned out to be perfect for my needs. I only had 24hrs in Stockholm, didn't want to waste time on additional travel to and from hotel. Easy access to airport from here. The staff at hotel was great, very friendly and accommodating. They even helped me plan my itinerary for the day! I was able to check in early, which was very helpful after an overnight flight. Room was clean and very nice. Not very large, but for being alone it was completely fine. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Pros: Excellent location, right next to central train station and Arlanda Express (airport train) as well as short walk to Drottninggatan shopping street and 10min walk to old town. Very good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Room faced into an alley with no view. Small issue with free toiletries where housekeeping replaced a bath lotion with shampoo so from the second night on, we ended up with 2 shampoo tubes.

Cons: The exterior and it's surrounding are a bit scruffy but nothing bad, could use some touches to brighten up/update it's appearance. The business rooms are rather tight, we could not open both our suitcases at the same time so we had to take turn. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated concierge so we had to trouble the receptionists who were very busy. Some receptionists are knowledgable some are not able to help much.

Cons: The majority of my issues were with the cleaning staff at the hotel. Several times we had to ask for them to bring us soap as they did not replenish the toiletry items we had used each day. Also, we had to call them to clean our toilet bowl after they had done the room already because it was clearly not cleaned as part of their regular cleaning. Pretty gross. Robes were not replaced when the worn ones were taken to be cleaned. Extra towels were brought to the room upon request but then cleaning staff did not replace used towels with same number of towels, so we had to keep calling for more. Really bizarre. In terms of the free wi-fi in the lobby, it was extremely slow when many people were down in the lobby using it. Lastly, I know there was a heat wave happening when we were there but the room would just not get cool enough, very hard to sleep dripping in sweat. Also - a bar that closes at 12:30 or 1? really odd. The concierge. Ok, first day he sent us to a restaurant that was closed. Then we told him we were headed for the Icebar one night and he did not mention at all that we needed a reservation. Very poor.

Pros: Awesome location in the center of the city. Easily accessible by train or foot. Great restaurants, shopping, and sights nearby. Breakfast is big with many options. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a terrible nights sleep and they moved my room and gave me a free lunch.
Cons: The bed was absolutely horrendous. So very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. All beds are the same, as I moved rooms after a night that I got literally zero sleep. Might just be me, but I cannot stay here again because of the bed.

Pros: Great location, if you're using the train. And even if not, the station is full of useful shops, and the hotel is in the middle of Hamburg. There's nice art all over the hotel.
Cons: WiFi was very dodgy. No silly games trying to limit connectivity, but the internet connection was sometimes very fast then, a few minutes later, very slow. The rooms are all underground! So no views. I didn't mind this, and found it very interesting, but other may hate it. Room design is very much appearance over function. Worst is the light above the bed which runs very hot, burns your hand when you try to turn it off, and is impossible to find in the dark when you want to switch it on.

The bathroom seat had no space to set and to top it all the shower sink was placed at the highest level of the ground converting taking a shower like swimming in a pool. There were construction in every floor in the hotel with dust every were.

Pros: The hotel is located away from the centre, but it is a convenient 20 minute walk along an interesting shopping street to the old town. If you prefer not to walk, there is a T-bana station right in front of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was excellent.
Cons: We stayed during a few very hot, humid days and the rooms don’t have air conditioning. It was not overly uncomfortable and the front desk provided a fan when we asked, but A/C was missed. In addition, the glass in the shower does nothing to keep water from getting the bathroom floor all wet. That was annoying.

Cons: - I found staff a bit slow and unengaged. It took them forever to find my booking and I think they could have managed the process better. They should get some training in service approach in general - The cafe/bar/restaurant closes at 9:30pm after which you can only get something to snack on in vending machines. - No wifi in fitness room
