Pros (+) They were doing construction on the lower floors, so they upgraded us for free to a junior suite because my dad is older and likes to rest during the day and couldn't with all the noise. Receptive employees. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice.
Cons (-) Breakfast was supposed to be included, although every morning, the person who lets you into breakfast would tell us we had to pay extra. I would say every morning that no we already cleared this up, breakfast was included and they would look again and say "oh yes, you're right". then we we checked out they told us we had incurred fees for having breakfast every morning and we had to again show the...

Pros (+) The room was extremely clean, with great storage space. The staff were incredible and always offered help and advice, going above and beyond required in order to help us. The breakfast served was great too.

Pros (+) Gym was great as was the times it was open Breakfast was good, efficient. Staff was very efficient and lobby was very nice
Cons (-) Only one negative for the hotel is the location from the train station. i walked and it about 10 -15 minute walk; this is the only negative. Neighborhood is nice but not very touristy
