2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The hot tub
Cons: Very rude, informal and poor staff who barely speaks any English and are never helpful in anyways. You have to buy literally everything.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The surroundings were very nice, but the hotel itself was really disappointing.
Cons: We stayed there for 3 nights, had dinner one night in the restaurant, which we found very expensive, too much food a person can handle, so a lot went to the bin, it was 70,000krw per person, that’s what the server advised to take, without any drink, you will find the same food outside the hotel for a 3rd of the price or even less. The staff is lacking hospitality skills, but above all do not have any manners and disrespect its guests, only one lady from the front desk was very nice to us and helped us, the other ones were disrespectful and rude at all times. A big group of people arrived one evening while we were in the garden, and we were asked to leave by the manager as they wanted to take a group picture. The staff’s English is from poor to zero, and the most common word used is NO. They were advertising serving cocktails on the terrace, we asked about it and they said they don’t have anything. After dinner we asked for coffee and they said they don’t have, that we needed to go literally next door to serve it there, because they were too lazy to bring it in at the table. Old rooms, noisy and smelly A/C, dirty bathrooms, no storage place for the luggage, old furniture, weird sink, no space in the room. High prices for a coffee(one espresso and one cappuccino 18,000 krw, around 16 euros) A very, very bad experience, we wanted to pay for an upgrade and they said they didn’t have rooms, we checked online, and of course they still had availability. What should have been an excellent 3 nights trip, it changed to a very annoying one. My recommendation is TO AVOID this hotel and go to a known brand, because it’s not a 5 star, it’s a 3star hotel, but 5 star hotel prices.
7,5 Good
Pros: View was very good!
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location was great, right at the hiking trails. The sea view was wonderful.
Cons: Not worth the price, rooms not impressive for the price.
7,9 Good
Pros: It is a small sized resort, which makes it cozy. They serve an excellent breakfast. One of the best surfing beaches of Jeju is on walking distance (staff could have told us about it).
Cons: Staff is not very talkative and they could offer information what to do in the neighbourhood. Not so much to do for children at the resort.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Staff
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The surrounding environment and the low key, traditional design blend in perfectly, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding greenery and the ocean in front.
Cons: There are many room types to choose from, hotel could provide more information in the internet so guests can make better choice to suit their taste
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful garden setting.
Cons: Shower in a bath
9,2 Excellent
Pros: This resort is a true jewel and a pleasant contrast to the massive concrete resorts along this part of this beautiful coastal stretch. Its traditional, thatched roof style of guest houses and its setting in a subtropical botanical garden-like environment on top of a cliff near the ocean is quite unique. Breakfast is very good with choices of Korean and western type dishes. The airport express bus 600 stops right in front of the entrance to the resort. It is an easy 7-min walk to the next beach (beautiful Jungmun Beach). We highly recommend this hotel!
Cons: Some of the staff is a bit slack. They are very friendly and do what one asks them to do, but a bit more self-motivated service attitude should be expected from staff of a 5-star hotel. Also, the 5 stars are a bit overrated; it is rather a 4-star rating.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Not enough outlets in the room, had to unplug lights to operate the kettle in the room. Not quite as private as the pictures suggests, there is a hotel only walkway that can see into the rooms.
Cons: Great staff, amazing and scenic location though a bit far from restaurants, etc.

Pros: Good location.
Cons: No nice cafe in the hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the rooftop pool area- small pool bar with food-lap pool and hot tub with view of ocean and airport- really nice lockerrooms to shower with shampoo etc towels and slippers
Cons: drunk guest in elevator who said nasty comments
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was fine, we couldn't decide what to do for the best as we were there for such a short stay so opted for close to the airport to maximise time. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfy. The rooms may have been a bit 'corporate' and therefore quite soulless but on the flip side it had all the amenities you could ever need. We did also make use of the coin laundry which was very easy to use and handy. Unfortunately the weather was not conducive to relaxing by the rooftop pool, but it looked nice and I'm sure when the island is not gearing up for a typhoon, it'd be a fun place to be. Very close to a wealth of nice restaurants, including an amazing barbecue place!
Cons: It was all good, and exactly what we expected.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location is good, near an important bus station. The view was great, of the city and the beautiful sunset. The pool looked great, clean and had a nice view of the sunset. I wish I had time to go into the pool. The bed was so comfortable I couldn't get up. My fav thing is the COIN LAUNDRY!!! Every place should have coin laundry honestly.
Cons: The room was a bit old, some of the wood was scratched too much. The bathroom needs improvement too. No restaurant open til late.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: English level of staff is not good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel staff.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great, clean high-end hotel with English speaking staff. We enjoyed our 3 day stay at the Ramada and found it to be a spacious room for our 4 member family. If you're feeling a little adventurous, walking to several sights was no problem. The local taxis are always there to help you find your way back, should you stray too far. They seemed quite familiar with the hotel even in English. The hotel is located on the ocean with a very nice walkway to stroll on. But there is no beachfront. For that you'll have to take a bit of a ride to reach the nearest beaches. The hotel was very gracious when it came to checking in as they let us check in several hours early which helped us out a lot.
Cons: Not the hotel's fault, but there is really only 1 city bus that runs in front of the hotel (#30). Also, there is only 1 of the 3 elevators that goes all the way to the ground floor which means you have to walk a ways through the lobby to get out. Like many of the multi-star hotels, the Ramada charges for every little thing including use of the pool, razors and toothbrushes. I've come to understand this is just the way it is.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: The AC was hot, the bed mattress bad not for five stars hotel, even the smell of the hotel lobby and floors
7,5 Good
Pros: I am an American, born in Korea, who can read and write Korean fluently. Your hotel was beautiful and it was nice for walking and eating. Your concierge staff was outstanding and provided recommendations for the best eating locations. This was most appreciated.
Cons: The pool and spa facilities were highly unusual for Americans who like to lounge by the pools leisurely. It felt awkward that you would need to check in with someone just to sit by a pool to enjoy a view, something we did not do because of the regulations. Although spa was included, we did not use it, not even once, because of the rigidity of the process. The images of swimming pool was what drew us to this property. Other then that, this was a five star experience.
7,9 Good
Pros: good location in the center of jeju-si, i can walk to find some seafood restaurant nearby. about 1km it is also near the black pork street and shopping center of jeju and market. just a few minutes going by taxi. if you want to go to sightseeing, you can take the taxi to bus terminal nearby.
Cons: nothing. it is good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Info desk was very nice. Every employee was kind.
Cons: Everything was great!
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. Old hotel and filthy. Breakfast was horrible, stale croissants and tasteless food and on top of that you have to wait in line to be seated. My baby was crawling in our room and after 2 mins I picked him up to see his feet black from the dirty carpet and floor in the bathroom. We left 3 nights earlier than planned and went to the Gold one hotel which was amazing.
5,4 Okay
Pros: - On the counter, check-in was smooth and the staff are well-spoken in english - The room is spacious, amenities is all there in the room - Wifi internet connection is very good, no issue with connection and no lags - Breakfast was not bad, suitable for the standard - Indoor pool and Outdoor pool are available - Taxi concierge upon outside the hotel are excellent, that one staff was really great and assist us greatly in getting taxi and explaining the driver our destination
Cons: - Upon check-in, staff was not attentive and took a while for them to recognise I was checking in - Finishing with the checking-in, I expect a hotel of this caliber at least pro-actively aid to carry our luggage, but sadly no (maybe not part of Korean culture, I don't know) at the minimum, the customer service (concierge service) need to up their game - Upon entering the room (I booked Ocean View room), the view was there but blocked by the construction crane. I know it's not their job but at the minimum, courtesy to tell via email or even during the check-in. (so not the worth of my money) - The TV entertainment system is nightmare, no english manual nor english setting for the TV (as if the hotel is not to cater International tourist) - Breakfast was okay, avoid the weekend as the number of people are tremendous.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Favilitied impressive piano music every nite
Cons: Loved it all
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. It was located right in front of the water. 10-15 minute walk to the shopping and local market. Staff was excellent. The moment we stepped out the cab, the gentleman working the bell desk with the Australian accent was so friendly. He immediately grabbed our bags and sent it up to the check in desk. Room size was great! Living room space + bedroom. Breakfast buffet was great! Worth it! it had a lot of option to choose from.
Cons: The room smelled like smoke the moment we walked in. The room was located on 3rd floor, which went out to a larger balcony, my guess is that the previous guests were smokers and went out there to smoke as there was a huge litter of cigarette butts stacked in the corner of the balcony. The manager explained to me that it was cigarettes were thrown from the floor(s) above which I dont think is true since all the cigarette butts were in all in one corner. Housekeeping immedietly came to clean it up, air the room out, but smoke smell still lingered. Couldn't keep the windows open at night since the sounds of the planes /car/people. Manager was unable to move rooms, but comped us breakfast during our stay. Gym use was only used for once a day- I get it, hotel don't want guests to spend multiple hours in there for multiple visits per day and abuse it... but would have been nice to access the spa at night after tours all day , but i couldn't since i used my pass for the fitness center that morning. Not sure why there was a can of roach/bug spray in the nightstand either... Was that intentionally left? Not a good look for 5-star hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Traveling in Korea with a 4 member family group can be difficult; particularly in finding adequate hotel rooms. The room at the Ramada was comfortable for all 4 of us and was reasonably priced. The hotel staff spoke a English and our room was ready 2 hours early at no extra cost. The pianist in the lobby created a very soothing and relaxing atmosphere that resonated throughout the hotel. Taxis were everywhere and if you aren't afraid of walking a few blocks, shopping is close by. We had the city (foggy mountain) view that was still pleasant. About 5 blocks south of the hotel is a historic site of old buildings. If you're at the hotel on Sunday there is a live street performance (free) that happens at 1530 each week. Other than the busy elevators, it was hard to tell we weren't alone in the hotel it was so peaceful.
Cons: It's quite minor but only one of the elevators goes to the ground floor meaning you have to go the long way through the lobby to get down to the sidewalk if you get on the wrong elevator. We also shopped in the gift shop where my wife found a nice 'pearl' ring. The clerk swore it was a real pearl but the price and feel of the pearl said otherwise.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good. But it lasted for too short in time.
Cons: The language standard of most of the staff can't match with the star rating of the hotel
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Good room size and nice sea view. Swimming pool. Great stuff.
Cons: Outdated furnishings and bathrooms. It would be nice to modernize this hotel a bit

Pros: The foord quality of the new Japanese restaurant in the hotel was great
Cons: Breakfast wes poor; staff's English is sub-standard; room has no working desk; facilities in room a bit dated; room lighting is too dark;.
9,3 Excellent
7,5 Good
Pros: Comfy bed and good location
Cons: Noise inside due to cleaners starting too early 07;30-08:30 every morning. No iron in room, only 1 pillow each. Poor tea and coffee facilities ( flavoured tea and no milk for coffee) tiny amount of shower stuff each day
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room is clean and spatious. Staff professional as usual.
Cons: There’s always an underlying cigarette smell in the rooms I stay. This time it was tolerable.
6,7 Good
Pros: The hotel has a good location and pool. The room design is modern.
Cons: I stayed in the hotel 2 years ago and had a real 5* hotel experience. I returned this time to find the level of service has dropped dramatically. The provision of mini bar, coffee and tea in the rooms was very poor for a 5* hotel bad coffe adn tea brand. The hotel has set up temporary bars made from pallets and temporary tents by the pool that served very expensive and not very good food. Go to the local restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel to get very good and locally priced food. Staff are cordial and try to help, but have very, very basic English and help was difficult to get. This is not a 5* hotel anymore.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The property is clean, the rooms are clean and we like most is the bed its comfortable we sleep well.
Cons: The wifi a little bit slow.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful, with big windows. The bed was comfortable. There was a piano that a random little girl was playing, which was a nice touch. There is a convenience store that opens until late which has most things you could need, which is honestly the best thing about this hotel.
Cons: There weren't many activities or big restaurants around. The restaurants closed at 9 PM which is too early. The lobby felt too wide and had no warmth or coziness. A guy at the door of the casino was not nice at all when I only politely asked if I can enter.
7,1 Good
Pros: Destination.
Cons: Support by hotel it's not good. It's so bad.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: No sofa at the lobby, that’s so bad about this hotel as I stayed with my parents. They insisted us to keep us stand, waiting for a taxi, waiting for a bus,,,,,, I never stayed such five star hotel.

Pros: A great hotel. Our second stay there. Clean and fresh. Great with swimming pool and outside bar. The hotel also have a private beach closeby where you could go with hotel bus. I really like this hotel
Cons: The breakfast is way to expensive, even with european standards.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming on arrival. My room was cleaned every day and it was spotless. The bathroom was modern and clean. Thank you Ocean Suites hotel for a memorable stay.

Pros: Very comfortable
Cons: The delivery and food was to expensive. 70,000 KRW for a small pizza and six wings. The indoor pool was charged for 35,000 KRW. I understand for sauna And other activities but for the pool the cost of the room being 99,000 KRW and the carpets being dirty the pool should come included in the price.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location was great, room was clean and staff were friendly.
Cons: I didn't like the location of my room (1028), right adjacent to the lifts so was quite noisy with people / cleaners talking. Also I wasn't aware that the pool / fitness centre were an addition cost until I went there.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the view, the location was great. Super clean and very accomadating. Staff were great as well!
Cons: The bed was hard
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Friendly, kind and respectful korean staff.
Cons: Outdated, poor communication skills, the whole staff speak no English. The hotel is outdated. The bathroom, bedroom and all the facilities are from the eighties or nineties. The hygiene is poor. Airco not functional. We could only get one fan because in the whole " five stars hotel" they couldn't find a second ventilation fan for our second room. After putting an order for three rediculously expensive hamburgers. ( for which I had to go down myself to the restaurant, because once again the whole staff speak no English) and after waiting for half an hour. The room service called me again Tot tell me that in the (great five stars hotel) they only had two hamburgers left. I cancel the whole order and guess what! They send the order after an hour because no one on the phone could understand my sophisticated sentence ( cancel the order!!!). A total disappointment. Waste Op time and money.

Pros: View and balcony, quiet
Cons: Beds were hard, room was a bit expensive for being very basic.. a lot of things were worn down/broken
5,4 Okay
Pros: The hotel is situated nearby the most beautiful beach in Jeju and provides free beach towels. The view from my room was spectacular :) The area is good for restaurants and cafés ;)
Cons: This area is not suitable if you are traveling for sightseeing. The airport limousine bus does not stop here nor is this a pick up/drop off location for tours. You should take a taxi to this hotel. The personal has very poor English and was very unhelpful with some of my requests. Due to the lack of English skills, the lady even appeared a bit rude since her only reply to my questions and requests were a series of "no" with no explanation. The hotel itself is not bad but I will definitely not return to this one since I didn't like the way I was treated here.
7,1 Good
Pros: The seaside room view.
Cons: The hotel was bad surprise. It is a 3 stars hotel! Why even booking.com shows as 4 stars? We arrived when was raining so we expected to have some inside activities like gym, spa or sauna as it is normal in a 4 stars hotel. There is nothing. Not even opened restaurant. The room pictures are false and fakes. So even booking.com is participating in this lying: selling a medium quality 3 stars hotel on 4 stars price level. Shame shame.

Pros: Location
Cons: Don’t know how Booking.com ranking this hotel as a 5 star , it’s less than 3 stars in my opinion.
7,1 Good
Pros: The staff there made every effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible. For example, even though they may not understand the English word for “microwave”, they still bother to try and listen to me to find out more. Luckily, there is one guy who understood the meaning after using google translate and he helped to pass on the message to the restaurant. Thanks a lot.
Cons: The bus shuttle to the airport. 1. There is only one shuttle from hotel to the airport and this has not been communicated well at the beginning. Their website gives people the impression that the bus shuttle is both ways. 2. The bus driver didn’t bother to come down to unload the luggage and even yelled at us to close the door for him and we had a hard time trying to figure out why he was honking at us and what he was yelling. Is it because the other three passengers in my bus are from China and may or may not have stayed at the hotel?
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Food choices at the breakfast are good.
Cons: When I stayed there, some construction work was on-going. It was a bit noisy in the morning.

6,7 Good
Pros: Spacious rooms and fully equipped. Big bathroom
Cons: Remote For indoor pool and all facilities are charged separately
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The women staffs were very helpful and kind. They were easy to converse with even though i hardly knew Korean. There was a restaurant on site and 7 Eleven. and a bus stop a few minutes outside the hotel compounds. View was very good and lots to explore in the vicinity itself.
Cons: I wasn't fully told that the airport shuttle was readily available at the airport during certain times and I wasn't needed to inform anyone anything. Neither was I told that the hotel was part of a little town on its own.
7,5 Good
Pros: Quiet. Clean. Convenient.
Cons: Mostly just that we are English speaking and needed a little help!
5,8 Okay
Pros: The pool was very old and most of it functions did not properly work. Their hot tub was not working and yet they charged me the full amount.
Cons: The pool

Pros: The breakfast was quite neat and nice, we could select one of local food. Specially the pool in outside was well managed and we enjoyed a lot! And staff was kind and helpful. it was first time to try western side of Jeju, we could explore very many attractive areas, thanks!
Cons: Needed to care about more cleaning in detail, also couldn't use the installed electronic induction due to a safety reason(was blocked). it was different than introduction of accommodation
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly friendly staff i've never met to before
Cons: Little dirty
7,1 Good
Pros: spacious. quiet. reasonably good location. good value for money.
Cons: wasn't very clean (hair on new towel, dirty tissue behind shower etc). the visible shower & toilet were a bit awkward...
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was large and spacious and had a good view.
Cons: The water in the bathroom did not fall well

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The locations especially close to the big store and airport as well. Nice staff greeting us all the time whenever in and out of exit. the cleanness in my flat is splendid, as if housekeepers clean hard while the room is vacant.
Cons: Nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, bed comfortable, close to airport but room very quiet
Cons: I booked this hotel because of the casino and location. My husband was looking forward to play some poker but they didn't offer it. The casino was rather small so we drove to a bigger one more centrally located. There wasn't much to do in the area so we only came back to the hotel to sleep. It was close to the airport though. If you plan on staying in Jeju city longer I would probably stay somewhere else but before flying out its perfect.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to a nice beach path which is very lively during the night. The rest has been horrible
Cons: - The customer service was horrible. When you asked for info in the lobby desk, they simply refused to help or did it in an impolite way - When I arrived to the room, there was hair in the WC and also on the bed. Very bad cleaning, was disgusting. - The fruit in the breakfast had flies around. So disgusting! - The only facility that the hotel has is a sauna, and you have to pay for using it. Really bad - They "forgot" to refurnish the shower gel and shampoo in the room. - Poor English, you will only be able to communicate with very few personnel, sometimes none - They claim that it is 5 stars, but for the European standards is less than 3 - The hotels around are more or less the same price and they are definitely much better
7,9 Good
Cons: No English .no tourism desk
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The bed was huge and very comfortable. The ocean view was incredible. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We were able to leave our bags at 8 am even though we weren’t checking in until 3pm. The lobby was beautiful. Great place to stay in Jeju!
Cons: The bathroom was a little dated and dingy.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Bed was good. Location was good.
Cons: Additional costs for using stuffs, for example shampoo. Bad view from the room. Not 5 star worth. Design of the hotel could be better.
6,3 Good
Pros: cheap room compared to other hotels around
Cons: facilities are old, room was noisy, could here all the noise from hallway
7,5 Good
Pros: The location was good with a nice view of the sea. Comfortable bed and clean room.
Cons: Except regular bread and fruits, there are no vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast. Toothpaste is not complimentary as part of toiletries.
4,6 Okay
Pros: I loved the location and the beautiful view.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location was good and thankfully we got a room at high floors as was requested to them.
Cons: The hospitality from the staff was not at all there. We had to carry our baggage by ourself, this is not a self service hotel. At the desk while checking in all we could hear was you cannot do this( for requesting late check-out), this is chargeable (all the minibar items that we already knew but we didn't even get complimentary coffee/tea with the room it was very confusing), this is non-functional (the swimming pool or the sauna), this cannot be incorporated (for requesting a higher level room). The complimentary water bottles and the toiletries were not replaced with new ones. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Jeju. We didnt the warm hospitality which we had expected. It was like we were all by ourselves.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Mold in the bathroom door, pillows were too flat, 2 beds put together to make a king, flaking paint, odd smell in the room, bed was hard, charge for toiletries in room (not sure if it included soap/shampoo/conditioner)

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Should provide coffee & tea
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good , nice breakfast both Korean and international. Very good hotel for short stays in Jeju.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was a lovely hotel. Our beds were comfortable and the shower was great! I live having a refrigerator and hot pot in the room. The restaurant foe breakfast was wonderful!
Cons: I wish that they had provided coffee packets or tea bags. Otherwise, not a single complaint.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very convenient location. Just 5 min walk to Dongmum market and right next to the 12th exit of Jonggang underground shopping lane. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel as well. The bed is comfortable. Room is tidy and clean.
Cons: The interior is a little bit old. The temperature of water in the bathroom is too slow to be adjusted and it is always too hot and cannot cool down.
7,5 Good
Pros: Sparkling clean, water dispenser is provided, and location is good: in front of palace, underground shopping venue, bus stop..
Cons: I couldn't find exhaust fan or air circulator, toothpaste (as light traveller, i didn't bring toothpaste, and expected hotel provided one) in bathroom and airconditioning airflow directs to bed (skin became dry). I think hotel can improve in these areas.
6,3 Good
Pros: Property was clean and close to a really cute cafe. Hotel was good value for money. We were able to get a triple room.
Cons: It was very basic. Towels were thin and no toiletries in the room. There was shower gel and shampoo but no conditioner.
6,3 Good
Cons: no expression and smile.when check in the first day late at night, suddenly call to the room saying exchange the room, very frustrating !
6,3 Good
Pros: The location and pricing.
Cons: The room needs some upkeep.
7,5 Good
Pros: A short taxi away from the airport and within walking distance of Black Pork Street, so is pretty convenient. Staff were helpful and efficient.
Cons: Walls are pretty thin so could hear our neighbors TV until the early hours. The beds are quite hard.

6,3 Good
Cons: The bed was awful. Honestly I couldn't even sleep through the night. The bed was not soft, I would compare it to sleeping on the floor.
6,7 Good
Pros: The hotel is located near the beach. The stuff is friendly.
Cons: This is a beach hotel , but there is no place in the room to dry your swimsuits .
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nice view and good location.
Cons: Hard bed, loud restaurant music from below, no comp coffee, tea, or even cups. A shower curtain would've been nice, especially since there were curtain rings hanging on the rack. We really didn't appreciate the bossy 10am call to remind us that we needed to vacate the room by 11am, we're not idiots.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room is gorgeous! Two small beaches nearby, many restaurants and bars (although quite limited food/drink choices in most of them), a couple of bus stops modern and easy to use... The hotel was clean and comfortable, and at least one member of the staff could speak basic English.
Cons: I regret booking with breakfast because it was really poor and limited: some veggies, eggs, porridge and an old toaster. Coffee was terrible. I even found a bug in my food once, so I don't recommend it - if you can afford it, eat outside. Also, I wasn't reminded of the check out time and as we checked out at 12pm, we were fined for checking out one hour late.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The spacious room and room cleaning with new clean towels.
Cons: Nothing
7,1 Good
Pros: The room is really big - we were 2 people and got a room with 1 king size bed and one smaller bed. So really enough space. On arrival our room was clean. Two free water and a little bit of free shampoo and towels are provided. In general the room is nice, the location is great, directly on beach (but not private beach, what was written here on booking.com) and the breakfast is acceptable for Korean standards.
Cons: Staff is not helpful. Receptionist not smiling and every time I entered the hotel with my girlfriend he looked at us like we would be illegal here.. Maybe he just didn't liked us. We asked on our 4 day stay 5 questions - no question was answered properly and they made really 0 effort to make it work. So this was a little disappointing. Example I asked for bus time of 701, he said just 'I don't know' that's it. I had the feeling that this hotel suffers from a sickness who is called manager. The staff is really overworked. One younger guy I had the feeling was there 16 hours a day. No matter which time we entered this guy was there. Late at 12pm at reception and at the next morning preparing breakfast and so on... I had the feeling the staff was internal dead. The only guy I saw smiling and talking to people easily was the manager at 8:30 during breakfast.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location is great, right next to the beach. A lot of restaurants around
Cons: When I was booking a room, it was saying - A room with Mountain View. When I checked in, my room windows were facing inner yard with construction site. It was not loud or disturbing, but I was expecting a Mountain View. Hotel management explained that “Mountain View” in this area means that you will not have an ocean view.. basically no view guaranteed. And the room was quite really nice. It could have been more simple but clean and tidy and I would love it, but sockets were falling off and kettle was really dirty, General impression was not great.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Bath tube was really wonderful
7,5 Good
Pros: The location for this property was perfect. For all the things I was unhappy about, the location made up for. Right on the beach, restaurants, bus stops, and convenient stores in walking distance.
Cons: The property was very old and outdated. You only get one key per room which has to be used while in the room to work anything electronic. No wash cloths are provided and the towels are hard as rocks. I had 2 rooms, one 2 person room and one 3 person room, yet both rooms had a queen bed and a twin, and when I asked for an extra roll away bed for the 3 person room, I had to pay an additional 15 per night. Seems ridiculous to me.
7,9 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds, not the typical rock-hard beds at most Korean motels. (Though I would've liked more than two flat pillows total).
Cons: The front desk staff seemed less than hospitable, especially towards foreigners. They insisted on making copies of our passports, even though an Alien Registration Card should have been more than sufficient. There was no heads-up about that. We don't even need a passport to fly to Jeju from the mainland. When I asked for a late checkout, they said they charged an extra 10,000 won per hour. This is ridiculous considering it is only like 50,000 won per night.

Pros: The location & area of the hote was very goodl
Cons: What was advertised via booking .com we did not get. Pool was not in service. Spa as advertised was not available due to run out dated and we were very disappointed.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, sea view, ample parking lot
Cons: Hot water needs time to replenish after each shower
5,8 Okay
Cons: The caravans were not well maintained. Maybe this was due to it being off season.
6,3 Good
Pros: Staff cooperation was good
Cons: They didnt mention that from when the pool will be available. Breakfast was not included. Stinky smell and a lotbof mosquitoes were there.
7,1 Good
Pros: The staff was super friendly, although they didnt speak english. Rooms are quite large, nice, cosy. Everything worked inside the room, bed linen was of good quality. if we had a problem, the staff was ready to help, they helped to call a taxi and etc. There is acsess to the roof with tables and chairs, i liked that cosy place to see the sunset. Realy nice clean and not crowded beaches are in 10 min bus driving. We used bus 201 to get to the beaches and Jeju city, aqua planet oceanarium. It comes regularly, costs little, and really fast.
Cons: The location is not comfortable if you travel without a car. No shops, beaches and restaurants in a walkway. There are only 2 small shops 7/11, CU if you turn right and walk for 5-7 min. The hotel is in front of the sea but there is no beach. The swimming pool water was not very clean. It works from 10.30 till 6.30 pm, i would prefer if it starts working earlier. Sitting at a tables there costs 10000 won, cots are free. Outdoor shower didnt work. restaurant at a hotel works only from 5-9 pm. We stayed for 8 days and the floor in the room wasnt cleaned at all! Only once they vacuumed a room when we asked.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location wise; very secluded and quite far frm jeju city, room is large and clean
Cons: The staff didnt speak much english
6,0 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds and linen. I adored the shower design. It was cozy and cute.
Cons: I wasn't able to get more than one bath towel for the room. I could get lots of smaller hand towels, but that was it. There was a lot of "mini bar" items for sale, including toothbrushes and disposable razors, which I found amusing.
