Pros: The location was excellent, walking distance to all the places. The view from the room is great. Comfortable rooms and nicely designed.
Cons: The staff was smiley and polite but they were CONSTANTLY checking if everything is ok, which in the end becomes annoying. We received a call from the reception if the room was ok, before having the time to even have a look. We received a phone call regarding the food we ordered in the room, if everything is ok, so soon that we hadn’t even had one bite! Then I asked for a thermometer to be brought in the room and they were constantly asking if I need a doctor. I understand the concern but most probably I just need some quiet time in my room to rest without the phone ringing all the time. The guidelines to the staff from management is good but people applying them need to read the circumstances better.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: For sure hotels advantage is the cleaning team. The cleaning stuff and the staff in the reception/concierge was really helpful and attentive. We must mention that the location is really very good, close to everything.
Cons: Outdoor pool was renovated and a team of workers work from early in the morning till late at noon.We booked a sea view room to enjoy our stay not to see how they renovate their pool and paying the normal hotel rate!!! This is unacceptable for 5 star hotel. Out of the above hotel's breakfast was really poor. For three consecutive days we have to wait a long until someone come to our table to take our order and then, to bring our coffee. For sure they have to improve the offered quality of the goods and definitely they have to check what is going wrong with the way that they serve the coffee.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the beach.Curved building design so all rooms have good views.
Cons: I liked everything.Staff at check in and at entrance were great.Very polite and professional.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good athmosphere thanks to great and friendly staff, good food, comfy location
Cons: Very Bad Payment policies, credit card blockage for about 2 weeks though the bill was as well already paid from the account...
7,1 Good
Pros: 1. On the Beach 2. Beach Front View from the room. 3. Good Breakfast Buffet included with room 4. WiFi worked well. 5. Courteous Staff.
Cons: 1. Stayed there during Eid and the hotel was empty, yet the room rate remained at $ 218 per night plus 10% Service Charge plus 7% City Tax. 2. Check-In, Baggage X-Ray people are buffoons. Thought I had some telescope or telephoto lens in my bag. Acted like I wanted to photograph a Nuclear Sub Base that doesn't exist. I did not even have a camera with me. 3. No electrical outlets near the bed. 4. Limited number of chairs near the pool and beach.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was memorable, beautiful and perfect. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff made it unforgettable. The customer service and attention to clients is outstanding. They really pamper you, making you forget everything back home. We had the full breakfast here and it was great, there's all sorts of food and beverages.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: rooms were spacious, clean, with a great view. hotel beach was nice and well maintained. staff very helpful and friendly.
Cons: wifi was a little weak at times, and the gym didn't have too much equipment, but that's about it.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved that the room was big and the view from our balcony was great! Staff was really helpful too.
Cons: The only thing we did not like was that the jacuzzi downstairs was separate for men and women. We would prefer to do jacuzzi as a couple as it is a hotel that has European customers too. Overall everything was great!
6,0 Good
Pros: Location, configuration of the room, spa, beach, breakfast
Cons: Old inventory, hotel need renovation
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality was very good. We booked family room, but it discovers that somebody smoked there, even if there is a sign in the room No smoking. We asked at the reception to change and they offered very nice upgrade for free. We were waiting for the room to be ready about 15 min and we’ve been offered free drinks (fresh juice, etc). The breakfast is amazing!! Beach and the sea are very clean. No reef near the beach side. There is an outdoor heating pool, which was good for Feb visit. WiFi is stable. Good room service. In the Spa there 2 separate zones for men and women with sauna, steam bath and relaxation area near jacuzzi.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and breakfast buffet
Cons: The beach and pool are constantly innundated w super loud dj'd clubbing music - not good and not relaxing. We asked them to stop/lower but apparently the 'beach customers' have requested entertainment. We sat on the far end of the beach near the kempimski and the music mostly faded away...
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff friendly. The kids area was really great, the facilities, playground and club were amazing and also the entertainment by the pool.
Cons: There was a glitch with me making 2 separate bookings for each of the nights which caused us to have to check out and check in again.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast and eating area was not located good enough and the tables were not enough at the time I was eating especially on Friday morning. I had to wait for a cue during dinner for grills and in the morning for omelettes.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: In general everything was great. Rooms are big and clean. Food is fresh and tasty. Beach and pool just perfect.
Cons: Hotel has some regulations regarding food from outside. It is not allowed. I wanted to meet my Jordanian friends in the lobby of the hotel. And they were not allowed to enter.

Pros: All staff were extremely helpful. Room, bathroom and communal area all very clean. Great dive centre.
Cons: Shame it doesn’t serve snack or sandwich lunches especially after diving.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxing atmophere, rooms were nice and warm. It even had a tv eith 1000 channels. The best thing of course was diving. Mick is a great instructor and the shipwreck dive site definetely very memorable.
Cons: There was a ninja mosquito in the room that we could not find during the day time but it would come out at 4am to feast on us. Other then that the place is great.
7,9 Good
Pros: Super diving!; great staff; basic but comfortable rooms and beds; amazing views.
Cons: Rooms are bare (no utensils, glasses, mugs); windows in the bedroom did not shut, we were on the ground floor so people can easily come in: not great!; you need a car to get around, you’re 20 mins drive away from Aqaba center and 5 mins drive away from nearest supermarket.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, nice room, comfy beds. They realy try to accomodate all your needs. It is the best place if you want do do some diving or even snorkling. The diving instructor Omar was great. The dives were the higliht of the trip!
Cons: The lack of places to go for lunch/diner. We were here off-season so maybe during the season you have more options.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: If you wanna go diving it’s in the perfect spot. the diving instructors a great and super nice, the equipment is very good. we would be happy if they’d expand their freediving offers and gear and offer warmer wetsuits for the colder days :) the rooms and the area is nice.
Cons: One common room for guests thats open all day would be nice, cause when it gets colder outside there’s none. Tea, coffee and water should be included and available all day, maybe snacks like fruits as well.
7,9 Good
Pros: Daily scuba dives or snorkelling available, quiet location on a night, aircon and fan in rooms.
Cons: No clean towels in room for a 5 night stay but it wasn't a major problem
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, breakfast was good and location perfect for diving. Service was great and friendly, diving was amazing! The staff helped me organise day trips to Petra and Wadi rum.
Cons: Location is good for diving and relaxing but there are no shops and only a few restaurant close by. Wifi could be better (didn't reach my room) and a kettle for boiling water would have been great.
6,0 Good
Pros: very clean rooms not to big and not to small. The staff worked well with everyone.
Cons: I did not like the fact that one reason for going to IADV was for the understanding the rooms had wireless internet. After checking in and going to my room to find I did not have wireless in my room which made it a little hard to do my work while playing and resting.
4,3 Okay
Cons: location far from sea, need cap to go there.hotel is small and if you want to call them no land line only cell phone and no one answering.no decent restaurant.
4,7 Okay
Pros: I liked the location relatively close to a fine beach with great snorkel water just 50 meter from the beach. More hotels close by with restaurants. 10-12 from Aqaba city and a taxi could be done for 4JD one way. The rooms had a ok size. I can recommend the breakfast - 3JD.
Cons: There are other hotels closer to the beach. This is about 10 min walk.
6,3 Good

Cons:
6,0 Good
Pros: Very clean and new. Family run! No pool (yet as they say). Good if you are diving, for longer stay without diving a bit too simple.
Cons: No pool (but will build one they said).

6,2 Good
Pros: Beach access, location, flexible check-in/out times,
Cons: Clean and odorless bathroom at Alshatt men’s restroom. No electricity when entering the room Water is not always hot Dirty stirring spoon Valet car parked under the sun Breakfast too expensive Mold smell by the bar area Was hoping for courtesy bigger room provided many empty rooms were available.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location and ambiance
Cons: Front desk staff could not answer basic questions about border crossing. It’s a border town! Except for one lady at front desk (minus Hijab) no one seem to be in tune to why tourists are coming to this town. 4 things mainly, Petra, Wadi Rum, snorkeling and crossing into Israel.she helped me with expected prices for trips. Breakfast place manager was arrogant, we asked to be seated at a place and he told the server it was reserved!! We sat on the next table and no one came. Seafood Grill, went there and asked to be seated under the heaters in December, turns out that both tables were “reserved”. Seems like you have to either grease some Palms or know the executives to get better treatment from restaurant managers. Stayed in a suite with kitchen, NO microwave, no plates, no silverware. No glasses. There was a range to cook?? No toiletries except a small bar of soap? I am a platinum SPG member and I tried Movenpick first time, they should send there QC staff to audit this property.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent as was food in the evening restaurants. The waiters could not have been more helpful. The three pools and jacuzzi were well heated with refreshments nearby.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff was very friendly, we got a free upgrade to a suite. Location was perfect.
Cons: The spa was really underwhelming and a bit smelly.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: One of a guards to help as to go around and everything to ask for a help.. everything is close to go around Aqaba.
Cons: I'm not so happy with a breakfast i think it was simple about the price, i had a same breakfast at Aqaba with 35€ per night. If all the room booked you can hear everything (so much noise). And also one of the receptionist is not friendly..
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It was comfortable, the breakfast was fine, location is great. Pool is nice.
Cons: The bathroom was not so clean and a bit of smoke-smell in the room.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great and clean rooms with nice rain showers(and hot water). It‘s located in the center, close to good restaurants, dive shops, bus stops and the public beach.
Cons: Its badly soundproofed. If there are loud guests, the door will let in all the noises (we were unlucky with the neighbors). However, the street outside is quiet at night. There is smoking allowed.

7,0 Good
Pros: Location was excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, a nice atmosphere around. Very good value in January. Staff were very friendly. Free parking on the street in front of the hotel.
Cons: Rooms were a bit dated/old. Breakfast not really suited for people from West Europe/America
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel immediately surpised us in most positive way by giving the key to room 701 on 7th floor. It was a big suite with big balcony and view to the bay. We loved it. We also loved the atmosphere and friendlyness of the staff. We booked a Jordan hotel in favor of one of the famous chains. It gives you a better idea of the place you stay and the people living there. Sure the hotel is outdated but when accepting this upfront and book such hotel for above reason you will appreciate it. The location is very good. There are many restaurants around, You can find a very good coffeeshop (V60) about 10 metres to the right when leaving from main-entrace. There are fast-food options and more authentic options to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All very close, within walking distance. When turning left (direction of Double Tree Hilton) you can find a bakery store that is open 24/7. This shop is exactly on the opposite side of the road from Double Tree Hilton. We went there a few times. Easy and cheap. The bed in our room 701 was spacious and good. We had very good sleep. We had a shower and bath. Tip: keep on the button for hot water at the side of the door and the watertemperature is more then good. They clean the room every day and give you new towels and so. No worry. We did not use TV, but noticed it had CNN and BBC world in English. Rest is Arabian TV as far as we could see. There is a fridge with some drinks and chocolate bars. The breakfast is very limited and to be honest not as a European traveller would expect. A said above; good coffee just outside the hotel to the right. The staff is willing to help you with any question. We went by foot to the public beaches. The closest beaches are private and you cannot enter without ID. One day we went to Kempinski hotel, showed passport and got access to the pools and private beach of Kempinski for free!! (take this advice!). On the public beaches in Aqaba there are also the simple glass boats touring in bay.
Cons: A lot of Aqaba is under contruction.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is worth a visit. Great location near a public beach and a variety of restaurants. A big plus is the hospitable front desk staff. Unbeatable value in all aspects.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Due to an upgrade, we were given two rooms instead of the triple room we ordered. This gave us a lot of space. The staff was pleasantly reserved and friendly. Breakfast a bit exotic but plentiful. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Cons: Very noisy Poor breakfast
7,0 Good

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect (just cross the street and jump into the clear sea full of great sights for snorkeling), the staff is extremely relaxed, helpful and friendly, and the place itself is colourful, beautiful and with plenty of relaxing spaces for lying down, sipping coffee with cardamom and smoking shisha. Amazing experience!

Pros: Walking distance to the beach, from where there was excellent snorkeling offshore. You can mask+snorkel for little money at the hotel.
Cons: The rooms were too basic for what we paid. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had to wait ages for food to arrive. Swimming pool was cold and not usable. Breakfast was ridiculous, our kids went hungry in the morning as they could not find anything to eat
9,0 Excellent
Pros: A really fun and laid back hotel with an intimate, friendly feel. Loved the bonfire under the Bedouin tent, the vegetarian and vegan friendly breakfasts, the colourful paintings and decorations everywhere and the friendly, attentive and unpretentiously professional staff.
Cons: Proximity to highway, which in the end, is fine, as it was not very busy or noisy.

Pros: We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the entire city which was a very nice gesture on their part. They were very helping with everything we needed and especially the young lady at the reception desk. It is in walking distance to every major thing Aqaba has to offer.
Cons: The breakfast could use a little bit more variety and better coffee.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. Local shopping, restaurants, mosque and the public beach access are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. There's even a scuba diving rental/tour shop nearby.
Cons: There's a children's school right across the street. If you are not an earlier riser, then the sound of a large group of children playing may interrupt your sleeping in.

The 2 lovely cleaners came and cleaned our room almost every day and were always so helpful. Thank you guys :) the rooms were massive, so spacious and the balcony was hugeeee. The Hotel was in a perfect location surrounded by super trendy restaurants and desert bars. Also ATMs everywhere, market around the corner and the Taxi service was cheap and cheerful at all times . Overall I must say Jordan was the best and Days Inn Hotel was super comfy for the week. Thank you all for making our stay very great. Hope to come and stay again inshallah. Thank you :)
Cons: Honestly I can’t think of anything. Everything was so great. Ermmm maybe WiFi could be a little stronger in connection but that’s all.

Cons: rather expensive furniture in the room, the room looks pretty good and pretend to be higher level than expected, restroom is ok as well, but cheap shower cabin which looks and works not good (although it works). Also water from air condition drops and damages expensive furniture. In brief: good common renovation but bad current maintenance.

7,0 Good
Pros: Location was excellent.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very central and conveniently located hotel. JTT ticket office and bus 5-10 mins walk. Friendly staff. We were upgraded to the penthouse room, which was huge and included a free minibar, Queen bed and balcony! Very comfortable. Good breakfast variety.
Cons: Just needs a little uplift otherwise great!

Pros: Great location. We received a big apartment.Very clean-smell of flowers everywhere.Comfortable beds, bathrooms, complementary drinks.Good breakfast.Easy communication with the manager via mail-thanks to him we have a very good stay there.Recommend to everybody. We received much more for what we have paid for.Just across the street-a good restaurant and a mini market.
5,0 Okay
Cons: Very noisy Poor breakfast
7,0 Good
Pros: Otel has a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. You can walk anywhere you want. Staff is helpful. Fair price.
