Great car, room for improvement in pickup/dropoff
Pros: Car was great and made driving 4 hours with a full car comfortable and a good experience
Cons: Both at pick up and drop off, I had to wait 15 minutes for the representative to arrive at the office. Once personnel was there, it was a quick process, but definitely should not have to call someone to come unlock the door if it is within posted business hours.
