Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent breakfast, convenient location near public transport and attractions, and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable. However, several guests felt amenities like the spa and pool were overpriced or not included, and some mentioned maintenance issues or outdated facilities.
