Hotels near Skavsta Airport

Pros: Country Setting. Not in a village but in the country providing a wonderful vista of rolling hills and fields. A nice outside deck where you can enjoy a meal or just relaxing.

Pros: Very good breakfast. Many places to walk. Rooms quite small but OK.

Pros: The whole area was just like a "postcard beauty": white snow, gorgeous landscape. The common areas in the hotel - the sauna and the "living rooms" were just perfect to enjoy a relaxing afternoon. And the breakfast - just wow: fresh bread and local produce, was very difficult not to take another sandwich.

Pros: Rooms were clean with lots of space; large bathroom with walk in shower. Complimentary afternoon tea which included traditional Swedish cakes. Evening meal was lovely with a decent Buffett selection.

Pros: This hotel is amazing if you're travelling with a dog. On arrival, our dog was greeted with some treats, a dog bowl and her own dog bed. She was welcome to join us on the deck for breakfast and dinner (both of which were included in the price and delicious), and there is a lovely walk along the river just next to the hotel - perfect for evening walkies. Best of all, our room was on the first floor next to the stairs/elevator, so it was a quick exit when she needed to go to the bathroom. It was also a delightful hotel to stay at as a human - the beds were comfy, the staff friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. We'll definitely be back next year.

Pros: Excellent hotel! Dinner and breakfast are included. Both we enjoyed a lot. Hotel has wonderful garden, super-friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Skavsta airport.

Pros: Mooi hotel, 7 km van het vliegveld. Wij vlogen met Ryanair vanuit Eindhoven. Wij waren er slechts 1 nacht. Toen we aankwamen konden we heerlijk eten, wat bij de prijs was inbegrepen. Het eten was in buffet vorm, niet veel keus, maar uitstekend.

Pros: Large, comfortable bed. Nice view of the small river and close enough to town to walk to the shopping area.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Nice design in the room (twin room), excelent design and atmosphere in the common area (lounge and restaurant). Great breakfast and silent place. Very good three stars hotel with an interesting history and very close to erverything: 8 minutes walking from the train or bus stationd and 10 minutes until the center of Nykoping.

Cons: Originally given the wrong room, but this was rectified. The swimming pool was closed.

Pros: Spacious rooms in an old soap factory, extremely good value for money relation. Would have liked more time to enjoy gym and swimming pool. Great breakfast.

Pros: Excellent choices at breakfast. Quiet, clean place with a nice view from the room. Not sure how pedestrian-friendly it is to walk into the centre, but it was a very quick drive. Quite happy with our choice, even if it was just for one night while travelling through.

Cons: Pool closed all of July - I am sure they need to maintain it, but why choose one of the busiest summer months for that?

Pros: We always travel with a couple of bars of sunlight soap for hand washing our clothes. Swear by the stuff but can’t seem to get it in Europe . What a pleasant surprise to come across the original factory and what an amazing job they’ve made of converting it into a high class hotel. The breakfast was an absolute banquet and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Pros: - Really modern and chic atmosphere - Each floor has the name of a city and we were actually in the "Vienna" floor :) cute idea - Restaurant and chill-out area is nice - Breakfast buffet - Located next to the airport Skavsta which is good if you arrive late at night to get to Stockholm

Cons: - Even though there are signs which said you should be quiet when closing/opening doors, you could still hear people open/close the door or hearing other things...the walls are not very thick

Pros: The place looks nice and it was really great that the kitchen was open for 1 hour longer so we still could have dinner after our flight. And the pizzas were really good!

Cons: Only the floor and our table at the restaurant. But after we asked for a wipe to clean the table someone came and fixed it

Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great, standard of a Scandic hotel. We took the bus from Stockholm Central station. You can easily walk from the bus station to the hotel.

Pros: Even though the hotel was in the middle of a renovation, it was a lovely place to stay. I loved the jacuzzi after a long day on my bike. All of the staff were pleasant and attentive, going out of their way to be helpful. The hotel was very quiet, even with 7 young soccer teams staying there. And to top it all off, they served the best breakfast I had in 3 weeks in Sweden.

Cons: The main entrance and lobby was clearly temporary while the renovation was going on. But the staff managed to function in spite of it.

Cons: when we check in, we have got a key card of the room that somebody was still staying in the room (you can imagine embarassing situation) and nobody at the reception desk has not even appologize to us... economy room queen is not suitable for 2 persons, room need to be updated, the door in the shower cabin was broken and the door was not even taken out but were staying in the bathroom... the room is in the first floor with the window on parking lot therefore you do not have a pleasent feeling when staying in the room...

Cons: It was a very hot day 32 degrees, so it was approx. 28 degrees in the room when we were going to sleep, this was not nice, very difficult to get to sleep. Luckily, we could borrow a fan at the reception, at 24:00 in the night.
