Cons: We did not receive any breakfast on the first morning. I called at the reception and hotline, sent them an sms and no one responded. Then they told me the waitress was sick. The breakfasts were very poor overall.

Cons: Check-in was a bit troublesome at first (main entrance door was locked and reception wasn't picking up), but we were allowed early check in so that was fair compensation. The room was barebones with hardly any amenities.

Except for the lady when doing the checkin, nice staff that speaks English very all. Decent price. Very good cost/benefit. Great sound-proofing. After the morning breakfast the room used for taking the breakfast can be used to eat something in the evening. Also there is a fridge you can you to store some food. This was very convenient.

Cons: They didn’t read my request as i am alone and requested few months ago one large bed instead of two small beds, at the time of check in they gave me room with 2 small beds and refused to change. They don’t clean room properly. Breakfast is poor without variations

Cons: The window in the room is permanently locked and cannot be opened. I do not like it. The room is cramped, there is just 30cm space between the beds. Remote location in the industrial zone, although the area looks safe. It takes aprox. 15 Minutes walking to the train/tram station. (frequent trains every 5..10 minutes ). And another 6 minutes ride to the Stockholm Central station. Totally just 21 minutes to the city center. So, the remote location is not really an issue if do not have a heave luggage.

Cons: As it is situated in an industrial area, there were rats EVERYWHERE! We had to leave the terrace area more than once as rats came up onto the terrace whilst we were having a drink. Some of the breakfast items (bread, biscuits) were left out overnight on more than one occasion, we felt like we had to warn guests off them in the morning! The night receptionist was not interested AT ALL, he seemed too preoccupied with his headphones/phone to say more than 2 words to us as he attended us at the bar.

Our room - a standard double was a bit shabby but came with complimentary breakfast. There are no shops, cafes or restaurants nearby

Pros: The breakfast is excellent and the staff very helpful. However, the hotel is not reachable by foot even if GoogleMaps tells you that it will be 20 minutes by foot from the train station. This is not accurate. If you go by foot you will have to walk through an industrial zone without a sidewalk and in a very deserted zone. I was traveling with a small child and huge trucks passed by our side with little regard because, again, this is not a residential zone and there are no pedestrian paths. Once in the hotel, the receptionist will tell you that there is a bus to and from the train station that will save you most of the awful and dangerous walk but be aware that the entrance to the hotel is right next to the highway so truck, cars, and buses enter the path to the bus, again, without a safe path for pedestrians to walk. I think that there is misleading information in the booking.com app and I recommend to check the reviews for this place at tripadvisor.

Cons: It is located next door to an industrial park. If you are new to Stockholm you have to walk 25 minutes through the park and along main roads to reach a tram station to buy public transport tickets. Once you have this there is a bus stop only 10 minutes away however.

Pros: The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and good. The staff gave helpful indications to go downtown.
Cons: The location we found less than practical. Far from metro or bus, although they could be reached on foot. It's also an industrial area, so not cozy at all. We tried to use the sauna and made several trips to the reception desk because there were many things that didn't work. We were two women and were asked to use the men's sauna, in the men's changing room, when there were users at the gym. Also, there was no light. And we were learning this little by little. No solution was given, so we couldn't use the sauna in the end, but it took us about half an hour to reach that conclusion, and no staff member offered help.

Pros: The breakfast is excellent and the staff very helpful. However, the hotel is not reachable by foot even if GoogleMaps tells you that it will be 20 minutes by foot from the train station. This is not accurate. If you go by foot you will have to walk through an industrial zone without a sidewalk and in a very deserted zone. I was traveling with a small child and huge trucks passed by our side with little regard because, again, this is not a residential zone and there are no pedestrian paths. Cons: The hotel is far from the station. This is completely different from what stated since is written in hotel description that is only 350mt. Path to reach the station was unsafety and we never went back after 7pm since scared from the neightborood. Hotel is close to a commercial zone and there is a smell of fish in the street which bring to the station. Rooms are dirty, despite they cleaned a couple of times, matress were old and spotted. Kitchen was dirty and tables as well so we decided to prepare meals using microwaves into the room. Finally, breakfast was poor and bread was from a couple of days before
