Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events at nearby arenas, and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, with some highlighting spacious family rooms. However, several guests were disturbed by noise from nearby bars and nightclubs, and there were frequent complaints about the lack of breakfast and in-room amenities like windows, kettles, or refrigerators. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was considered a good value for its convenience and accessibility.
