Everything was amazing, not my last stay. Quiet rooms and very comfortable beds, and amazing staff
Not much body gel in the container, but was no issue
Very good breakfast.
good location friendly service help me to check-in in advance
Pillow is not comfortable
The location is nice and breakfast was very good.
I had a room without windows. No issue, I've had those before. These rooms are unadorned white boxes with no attempt to reduce the effect of no windows. A little decoration would do miracles.
Booked this last minute after having a horrific experience at a hostel in Stockholm - moral of the story is you can't expect to stay in Stockholm on a budget! Had a basement room so no windows, but it's so dark all the time there anyway you don't really miss out on the sunrise the same way so it wasn't a problem. Room was large, clean, thermostat controlled and had a nice private bathroom. There is a small gym for guest use which was quiet and good, and the included buffet breakfast was excellent. Bit pricey but all in all was a relief to come to after the nightmare the day before.
Bit pricey at 150 pounds per night, but it was standard price for central location at the time. TV didn't have satellite channels which I'm sure it advertised they did, so most was only local Swedish stuff, and the TV when turned on said mobiles could be connected to watch stuff from your phone but it wouldn't work and when we asked reception they said their TVs couldn't do this, despite it saying on the welcome screen every time the TV was turned on (little bit of a let down after this had got our hopes up, but not a massive deal). Not much to complain about really
