Pros: In my travels with family and friends in Brazil, this hotel was by far the cleanest with the best facilities and views of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. The location was perfect for sightseeing and walking and the hotel catered well for the children in our group.

ALL the staff (really all of them) were always very courteous and i felt all my belonging were safe. when i stay in other hotels i always take my passport and wallet out with me, i dont even trust the safes; not here. even when i moved rooms, the staff brought things i forgot to my new room. excellent wifi internet facility.

Pros: Location of the hotel is great just back from the beach and the cococabana palace. I however do think Ipanema is a better area and would advise staying there. The breakfast was more than adequate and the fresh orange juice was amazing in the morning. The hotel staff are welcoming and speak good english. I would never go to a hotel like this as a couple unless a young couple looking for cheapest option. This is an adequate hotel for traveling with friends and having single beds in the room.

Pros: I got an upgrade from standard to executive room. I was on 13th floor and had a great view over the city. Also the pool on the roof was cool. Breakfast is really good too.
