Pros (+) Location near to the metro, beach is near to the hotel you can walking, comfortable bed, and silence bedroom.
Cons (-) Check-in before you will have to pay an extra fee and the host got angry is you do it even if you pay. Breakfast buffet was poor and the climate was extremely cold.
