Pros: Location was perfect for local activity and food. Ability to meet neighbors. Parking was assigned and protective. Staff was friendly and helpful. Might go back if we can get a different unit.
Cons: The bath shower was impossible for my wife and I found it very difficult to navigate. Our unit did not have porch or deck to relax outside. We were tucked into a corner with one small chair and table.
9,2 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The details in the room were fantastic, such as the make up remover, the ceiling fan, the lollipops and the water to name a few. Victor was so helpful in showing me to my room and going over the amenities and how the shower would work (I'm not sure I would have figured that one out alone). I truly loved everything about my stay!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: So cute! Nice staff. Very comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's a beautiful hotel.
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location right in the heart of Whiskey Row and walking distance to great restaurants. Across from the Square with weekly entertainment. Easy drive and parking garage right behind the building. Perfect shaded bonus.
Cons: Was not aware there is no elevator or comfortable seating in the room. 25 stairs straight up so not advisable for anyone who has knee or ankle issues. We enjoy a glass of wine in the room but only have folding chairs and a tv table to relax in. Bathroom roomy but again not for anyone with knee or ankle issues. It's a quaint claw foot tub that requires a stool to get in and out. Charming for sure but not for feeble patrons.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: THe hotel is not a big chain experience at all, the area is great for walking around, eating, going to shops and bars. THe big claw bathub is also neat.
Cons: Room is a little small, Price is high for area and only way in and out is steep stairs and the parking is across the alley. Otherwise i would give this place a perfect score.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of the staff. The comfort of the beds and linen. Cleanliness of the bathrooms. The continental breakfast in the am.
Cons: The 24 very narrow stairs for my 6’5”, 330 lbs frame. The size of the rooms. Be forewarned, the stairs and carrying g luggage up and down is not for the faint of heart.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The vintage style of the hotel and breakfast was great for continental!
Cons: No elevator, but after a few drinks who cares...lol

8,3 Excellent
Pros: It’s a fun little place and very conveniently located to the square.
Cons: I think it’s a bit pricey.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very nice with two outside patios to relax on, sipping a beer or glass of wine from the on-site bar. The room was comfy, clean and the front desk staff was very polite and helpful. There is a restaurant next door, Gastro Pub, and the music plays in the evening until around 9:00 pm. The hotel is in close proximity to Whiskey Row, barely three blocks depending upon where you are going, so you can always find your way back home, lol.
Cons: We were on the bottom floor this time and there were several heavy footed people above us who got up early and disrupted our sleep.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service was stellar. Location is fabulous and within walking distance of Whiskey Row. Accomodations were amazing! Quaint and perfect for the era of this hotel! The coffee maker instructions and provision's for it were perfect and was the tipping point for me!!! Bed was super comfortable! I'm going to remember my stay there for ever I absolutely Loved it!

Pros: Enjoy the history and convenience to downtown.
Cons: Hotel is in need of some repair; paint, eves, etc.
7,1 Good
Pros: The staff was amazing. The hotel is in a prime location.
Cons: It's a little too old for me. I know it was built in 1917 so that explains a lot. With the jet speed ceiling fans, radiator in the room, and old creeky floors, I think it's time for a renovation.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Centrally located and super cute hotel! Friendly and very helpful staff!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very old hotel (est. 1917) with predominately original fixtures. Quaint. Great, friendly staff.
Cons: There were a few parts of the building itself that were in a state of disrepair.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. The location is close to restaurants and a block away from Whiskey Row and lots of bars.
Cons: Had to change rooms since the A/C in the first room wasn't working properly. The second room took awhile to cool down. I'd suggest that if your staying that in the summer, call ahead so they can hopefully they can start cooling your room down.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s unique and cozy, close to old town.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location; extremely helpful staff; wine on the veranda was lovely!
6,0 Good
Pros: Proximity to downtown
Cons: Toilet didn't flush correctly. Sink and bathtub never stopped dripping.
6,0 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable! It was cool to stay in the "haunted" room.
Cons: The description clearly states that complimentary continental breakfast was served every day. When we checked in though they told us they don't serve breakfast at all. Also the barn door to the bathroom is a terrible idea. It has huge gaps on either si

Pros: Love the location . Love the fact that it is an old Hotel
7,9 Good
Pros: Love the courthouse view which we asked for, and ability to walk to shops and dining. The Bistro on the first floor served delicious varieties of food, from the free breakfast included with our stay, to a late night dessert of Creme Brulee and delicious coffee drinks. They also offer a wine and cocktail bar.
Cons: It was a little overpriced for the facility, but we definitely enjoyed our stay. Have to park a ways away in parking garage.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Located in downtown Prescott on Whiskey Row so it is within walking distance to a lot of great spots
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Historic hotel
6,7 Good
Pros: Perfect location, nice old historic hotel
Cons: We had to ask for a hair dryer, go down to the deska and ask for ice when you needed it. We were never told that if you wanted your room made up or clean towels, you had to put the sign on your door: The included breakfast was one choice or 5 dollars off.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was very close to restaurants and shops.
Cons: Smaller rooms with window air conditioning because it is historic.
6,7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast being served at 7. We were hoping to have it earlier.
6,7 Good
Pros: It was in a cute spot
Cons: Needs renovation. Needs more seating for people to gather. Bathroom smelled of urine. Fan was covered in dust. Curtains were full of holes. Missed the little things like in room iron, hair dryer and coffee maker.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice experience, the location was great and hospitality was exceptional. I m sensitive to sound while trying to sleep...I had no problems in my room.
Cons: No in room coffee maker. Small bathroom with no counter top area around sink. Renovation would be welcome but it has a rustic feel that compensates for the lack of modern amenities.

7,5 Good
Pros: The pool was nice, small but big enough for the kids to enjoy.
Cons: Breakfast was quite limited and all cups and plates and cutlery was throw-away and very much not environmentally friendly which for European guests seems a strange experience. For a Marriott the fitness facilities are old and limited.

The Historic Hassayampa Inn located in beautiful downtown Prescott Arizona is known as The Crown Jewel of Prescott. The hotel was built in 1927 and features 67 total rooms and suites with modern amenities, Hand painted Lobby ceiling, the famous Peacock Dining Room, 12,000 square feet of meeting space for all your special events, Room service, The Historic Bar and Lounge. Located in the town square across from the courthouse.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Love the historical building and the restaurants and bar areas.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: Their handicap accessibility is not acceptable. Access to the elevator from the lobby requires climbing 6 steps. They have a rear entrance through an alley, which is a very long walk around the hotel. Access to the restaurant also requires walking down many steps, or a walk around the outside of the hotel. I requested a handicap accessible room, which I got, but I should have been informed of the limitations of their facility so that I could make and informed decision about booking there.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It appeared they anticipated everything you would want in your room. They had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (regular/decaf coffee), tea (green/black), packets of condiments for the coffee, several waste cans, upper line of shampoo and such, etc
Cons: No
6,3 Good
Pros: Just a note that I could not rate food or drink as I did neither while there. the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: I did not like the fact that the one elevator is so old that guests not allowed to operate it. so if you want to come and go and will, unless your healthy and no knee issues you would only have access stairs, otherwise have to wait for staff too not be busy to assist with the elevator. Other issue only one ice maker (On the #rd floor) so if café is closed that choice is also out. and again deal with the stairs or get assistance with elevator.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The Hassayampa is an old fashioned hotel. Very quaint. Very well maintained and retains its authentic charm.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Charming historic style. Fabulously refurbished to original character. Excellent hotel and much better than a basic hotel. Very rememberable experience and looking forward to telling my friends. Don’t want to leave. Thank you for not remodeling but keeping its gorgeous charm from floor to ceiling. Thank you to whoever had this vision. Excellent job.
Cons: The Led light bulbs. Please keep yellow bulbs to continue the warmth and charm. Much more inviting and restful. White Led washes out color of room and tile and makes it very difficult to see and be in a room. Actually makes you not want to be in that area.
7,9 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable with nice bedding
Cons: The stairs! Stayed in n the 4th floor and had to use the stairs instead of elevator due to it because old and needing staff to operate it if you wanted the use it. Didn’t have time to wait each time
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The historic charm and friendly staff.
Cons: The cost of the stay for the size of the room.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This historical hotel is just that! History, beautiful furnishings and charm!
Cons: Well, we didn’t care for Faith. I guess my son and I are very sensitive to spirits in an old hotel. TV constantly went on during the night, and rarely shut off! No bad experiences with the ghost, just not restful sleep. Good memories!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing service, the design was awesome, looks like the 1300 century but modernized. Very impressed! Breakfast was also great.
6,3 Good
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean hotel
Cons: The room was pretty small, and the bathroom was even smaller. You couldn't even dress in the bathroom.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's history and it's beauty

5,8 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: Firstly, when we arrived the reception staff could not find our booking, despite my being able to produce my confirmation number and full details, and a lot of time was spent keeping us waiting while the booking which they could not find was 'cancelled' and we were given a new booking. Secondly, and worst of all the inside of the hotel is basically a building site. We were given a room on the second floor, half way down the hallway from the lift and every other room near us had been taken down to the bare wall. Throughout our stay there was the constant sound of electric saws, hammering and other construction noises! Not very peaceful as you can imagine.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The remodel of the hotel is beautiful, and as usual the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and has a wonderful breakfast. Would strongly recommend this hotel

Pros: New and clean
Cons: The loudest noise coming from the second floor remodeling. Didn’t realize that that was happening till day 2. On day 3 I complained and they told me they would ask for them to stop but I could still hear the noise while I tried to take a nap around 3 pm. Complained and asked if I could move and they were booked completely. On 4th day I complained again and they said they could move me and I refused to move after 4 days into my stay. Seem like a hassle. Just put with the noise.

7,1 Good
Cons: When I was checking in, he was very ut out that I arrived after midnight! He gave me attitude , not what you need to hear after an 8hr drive! I called ahead to let you know we would be arriving after midnight and the person answering the phone said that will be fine! So you need to talk to him he was very rude! Their was nobody in the lobby so it was not like he was overwhelmed with work!

Pros: 99 9% of the time I go to Prescott to visit my 92 year old mom by myself. I feel very safe and comfortable staying here. This was my 5th stay. That should tell you something
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and patio Yes
Cons: Nothing except wish bar and restaurant was open more
4,2 Okay
Pros: Building in a quiet location rooms are more spacious than average hotel room.
Cons: First night after driving all day toilet was running off and on all night. Do not know how and why previous guest did not report toilet problem or why maids did not notice it. Called front desk early next morning desk clerk was rude and unsympathetic (Bret Broggs), he refused to give me his last name I finally spoke to the manager and she told me. I explained to her about the issue I had and the rudeness of the employee she thought it was funny stating he is ex military that’s why he works the night shift. Do not know what that had to do with anything for his lack of customer service skills. Employees never smile, at least act like you like your job. Rooms are noisy can hear maid carts squeaking down hallway every morning. Tons of hair in bed when we pulled back the sheets had to have maid change bedding. Mold in shower because there is no fan to air out steam in bathroom.

Pros: I liked the indoor pool and whirlpool and the balcony on our room.
Cons: The only person on duty when we checked in was in another room on the phone so we had an unacceptable delay.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, HUGE pool. There was a well-stocked convenience mart right off the lobby that was very handy and helpful. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they gave us our money back when we had to check out a day early for personal reasons. We will definitely stay here again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: If you're traveling with a dog there is an excellent trail area behind the hotel to walk them. There was ample parking and all of the rooms had decks or patios. The rooms are very large with minimal decor and louvered windows so sound really carries.
Cons: The girls checking us in weren't very inviting. I actually felt like I was bothering them.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: Cost of room went up from last year.

Pros: Didnt have breakfast. Bed was the worse!! Lopsided and broken down to the springs. Horrible night sleep!
Cons: I was not told of the painting outside my window. Had plastic on my window could not see outside or ooen for fresh air. Room smelt like diesel smoke.I could not sleep after 14 hour day and drive due to workers and noise/lift for painting. A notice was in room...I should of been informed before I made a reservation.Light bulbs were out at bed lamps. Bathroom ceiling had visible water damage.Makes you wonder if there was mold.

Pros: The rooms were so spacious. They had fun outdoor games, and breakfast was delicious and lots of options.
Cons: Only thing I can think of is shampoo/conditioner is too small. Other than that perfect.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Typical Residence Inn, noting spectacular.
Cons: Terrible location, right on Highway 69. Continuous traffic noise 24 hours a day, emergency vehicle sirens, etc. Rooms facing the highway are not recommended. Front desk staff never smiled or greeted us as we entered the lobby, it was as if no one wanted to be working here. Stayed at hundreds of Marriott branded properties around the world, this one was a real disappointment. Management needs to review their customer relations processes and remind the staff that customer satisfaction is their responsibility.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff was not very competent (3 different people)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Max the host was amazing! Nothing was a problem for him and he couldn't do enough for us as guests. He was great with the kids and was ever so useful when giving tips for our visit to the Grand Canyon. This was as close as we could have got to staying in an American's home as their personal guest. The B&B is a destination for any non-American wishing to experience a bit of home-life in America, rather than just a place to stay over.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I loved this facility from check in to check out. facility and our room was clean and welcoming, check in person was very personable and informative. the free breakfast was great, the staff that prepared the breakfast was pleasant and kept things stocked and clean. the location is close to everything the views from our patio was beautiful.
Cons: my whole experience was great if I had to nit pick ..The bed was ok needs to be replaced it was hard on the edges and crow nested in the center BUT clean. Bathroom. was clean but small and dated. AC worked great just on the loud side and our balcony was dirty needed to be dusted and swept.

Pros: Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices to meet the needs of everyone. The lobby is large, high ceilings, upholstered couches, tables and chairs, lovely to relax in. Driving distance close to Lynx Lake, Goldwater Lake, Watson Lake and downtown Prescott & Whiskey Row.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great service, good breakfast and covered parking.
Cons: Room was a little weirdly arranged but clean and everyone was polite and courteous.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Check-in and check out went very well with no issues. was offered an e-mail of my final paperwork which I liked very much. they do have an frequent stay program but you need to contact and book through the hotel directly. the room was very quiet. they had a nice area to set in the lobby in the evening and free cookies which my family always appreciates
Cons: We had breakfast later than we normally do and the line to make a waffle was quite long. Some of the guests were getting frustrated with the wait. The balcony to the room is set up for only two chairs so we could not all be out there at the same time. I think the hotel rooms were planned more for couples than families
6,0 Good
Cons: Hotel seemed fairly outdated and the pictures online were a bit misleading.

Pros: Excellent breakfast with great choice of hot and cold foods. Tended to by an excellent worker.
Cons: Photos of external facade had sign BW Prescottonian. On arrival I had to ask at front desk if this was the Prescottonian; was this the place I reserved?. External building drab, lobby mediocre. Actual room was very nice, spacious, comfortable bed. Bathroom small. Shower stall very clean needed another soap dish so one did not have to reach into hot water stream to get soap. Desk clerk assigned room facing a wall when there were plenty of rooms available with views of mountains of Prescott. Access from Rt 69 dangerous.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We didn't spend much time there, as we went to Prescott to attend an event, so it was more than adequate for our one-night stay.
Cons: Check-in - I was not greeted at all. There were two people behind the check-in counter - a young man and an older woman. The young man was checking in a high-maintenance customer and the women never offered to help me. I stood there for about 15 minutes while the young man finished the previous customer. My check-in would have taken her less than 5 minutes, as I don't smoke and have no pets. I also had a reservation and had already paid. This was disappointing. The young man was helpful once he was able to check me in.

The room is nicely appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Pros: Right across the street from Yavapai College. Very easy to get to where we wanted to go.

Pros: Pool had towels available at pool side. Housekeeping staff were very helpful in getting us extra towels. Breakfast staff were very attentive in keeping the food items stocked.
Cons: Towels were a bit thin. Refrigerator had no freezer section. Fan in bathroom had not been cleaned in some time. A/C in room did not have a setting to allow the fan to run constantly which acts as White Noise to block out outside noise.

Pros: Great location. Nice for the price.
6,7 Good
Cons: The management required us to pay $30 CASH ONLY, in order to avoid tax because we were unable to reserve the room for the 4 people. They said if we did cash it would be $30 extra because I paid the $100 with my debit card, but if I didn’t pay cash it would be $40 plus tax! She tucked the cash away under a folder and I felt that was extremely dishonest. She also called me a liar when I said I was unable to reserve the room for 4 guests online. I will be contacting the better business Bureau to file a complaint as well as updating our corporate office on the issue at hand as we are unable to claim the $30 cash transaction for our business trip. The hotel was nice and clean otherwise.

Pros: Location is good, and the landscaping allows for a very nice quiet space for sitting outside. I visited in late summer, so of course the creek was dry, but I walked the trace and could see in the spring that it would be quite nice with cool weather.
Cons: It is a little worn around the edges. We had #2, and it had a non-functioning TV, urine stains around the toilet, and pretty beat up draperies and such. Definitely could profit from some upgrades.

Pros: Interesting facility, was about 3 miles out of town and quiet/peaceful. Bed was comfortable.Only stayed for one night so it was O.K.
Cons: To be fair facility was clean. BUT: It was built in say the 60's and is quite dated and repairs along the way weren't the best. No flatscreen T.V. just old style, furniture is mismatched and looks like they are from a garage sale.Kitchenettes are very dated and dishes, pots 'n pans, utensils are garage sale quality. The price was alittle steep for what you get.It was a deluxe place 30-40 years ago,but needs major update now.It could be made nice with a major investment.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved this place! The lady in the office was so nice and made my experience perfect! Much better than my last experience at the Gordon James Motel. Gordon James had no pots/pans/silverware. It was dirty.I stayed for 20 mins and they charged me ----
Cons: Parking! But it was worth the walk. I will definitely stay again.
