Pros: Such an interesting little motel with so many little touches that there is always something new to see. Each room is different with spacious sleeping area and little touches to make the stay special. The bathrooms are a bit small but Room 9 was fine. Really loved the little car ports where we could park the car overnight next to our room. Such a standout motel from all others. This has now shot into top 5 hotels I have ever stayed in.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The details in the room were fantastic, such as the make up remover, the ceiling fan, the lollipops and the water to name a few. Victor was so helpful in showing me to my room and going over the amenities and how the shower would work (I'm not sure I would have figured that one out alone). I truly loved everything about my stay!

Pros: THe hotel is not a big chain experience at all, the area is great for walking around, eating, going to shops and bars. THe big claw bathub is also neat.
Cons: Room is a little small, Price is high for area and only way in and out is steep stairs and the parking is across the alley. Otherwise i would give this place a perfect score.

Pros: The vintage style of the hotel and breakfast was great for continental!
Cons: No elevator, but after a few drinks who cares...lol
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I’ve stayed in lots of different properties on my worldly travels but this hotel goes into my top ten. Whilst not the usual run of the mill hotel with clinical rooms. This charming, historical hotel is great. The staff very very professional, welcoming and helpful. The rooms each individually named, we stayed in the Prospectors room have been decorated fabulously. They maybe a little compact for some travellers but we loved our air con and ceiling fan in the room. The bathroom though was super with a stand alone tub and brilliant complimentary water and toiletries. We ordered breakfast the night before and it was served on time in the room next morning, it was very good quality. There was cookies, coffee and iced water available on nearby landing The room also had several modern amenities iPod dock, cable tv and excellent WiFi. Location was on the historic Whiskey Row in easy walking distance of downtown Prescott’s restaurant and bars.
Cons: Having only spent one night there. It’s a great hotel. Parking could be an issue we were lucky to get street parking opposite. Also be wary all rooms are upstairs and just be aware no elevator in the hotel. We were aware of this so packed from main suitcase into secondary one for one night stay.

Pros: Mostly the location, and it was supposedly haunted.
Cons: They had already turned off the A/C for the season, and it was very stuffy in the room. Had to leave the window open all night. Got a bit cold in the morning.

Pros: On Memorial Day weekend we waited until Thursday to book a room in Prescott. It was our 39th wedding anniversary and my wife did not let me that she really wanted to get away until Thursday. I personally like to avoid travel on holidays

Pros: The room was nice, the bed comfortable. Good size bathroom. Very charming porch, nice to sit in rocking chairs and enjoy a drink. Love the location, a few minutes from downtown, close to restaurants and shops.
Cons: Wish the breakfast had more options, like yogurt and granola or more fresh fruit.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and very informative
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We liked the hotel so much that we extended twice. Instead of one night we ended up staying three. The hotel was so sweet; historic but renovated, large clean bathroom, lovely little lobby with coffee/bar, front porch to hang out & read on and super nice staff! As an aside; the restaurant next door The Barley Hound, was great.
Cons: The bed was a little squishy but that was a minor thing. Overall it was delightful!
6,0 Good
Pros: Proximity to downtown
Cons: Toilet didn't flush correctly. Sink and bathtub never stopped dripping.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff was super nice! It was walking distance to Whiskey Row and all sorts of little restaurants and shops! There was a restaurant on one side and a coffee shop on the other. It was perfect!!
Cons: They have refrigerators in a little room where you can keep leftovers. We marked our leftover box as requested and the next day we went to retrieve our leftovers and it was gone. We were a little bummed by that. We were excited to eat the leftovers the next day.
6,0 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable! It was cool to stay in the "haunted" room.
Cons: The description clearly states that complimentary continental breakfast was served every day. When we checked in though they told us they don't serve breakfast at all. Also the barn door to the bathroom is a terrible idea. It has huge gaps on either si

Pros: The hotel has a very homey feel and is located within walking distance to the historic downtown district. It was very cozy and an overall wonderful place to stay.
Cons: Internet signal was not great; the connection was very spotty. Garbage truck came to empty the dumpsters at 6:30 in the morning and woke us up due to the loud noise.

Pros: Breakfast good. Location great. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed fresh baked cookies in afternoon.
Cons: Need More variety at breakfast, although i am not complaining.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Location is good. The only problem we felt that there were families with lots of kids and they sort of monopolized the pool and jacuzzi area. My husband would have liked to have had use of the jacuzzi and it was constantly FILLED with kids and families so not any room for anyone else. I realize that you probably do not have control over that, but it would have been nice if they left it open at least some of the time.
Cons: Just the pool/jacuzzi area.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I love the breakfast that comes with the room although they need to restock more often. I had to wait a very long time. The pool looked nice and I loved the toiletries you provide in the room especially the makeup wipes- no hotel does that!
Cons: Rooms seem a little outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. Breakfast needs to be restocked quicker and a little warmer. Elevator is extremely slow!

Cons: Everything was perfect and house keepers kept the room very clean. I stayed 8 days and this was the best hotel I stayed at so far.

Pros: Facility was very nice and the staff extremely attentive and kind. The young gal working at the front desk demonstrated exceptional customer service!!
Cons: People next door were very loud and blazed music late into the night. Your staff intervened after we alerted them.

Pros: If you're traveling with a dog there is an excellent trail area behind the hotel to walk them. There was ample parking and all of the rooms had decks or patios. The rooms are very large with minimal decor and louvered windows so sound really carries.
Cons: The girls checking us in weren't very inviting. I actually felt like I was bothering them.

Pros: My families beat hotel stay in years, from the breakfast to the pool to the location, a well maintained and great place to stay.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable, the decor was pleasing, the lobby was nice, the room was a good size.
Cons: The room was dirty, the floor in particular, the heater did not work, ran out of paper goods in the middle of the night (they didn't leave spare), the housekeeper was unfriendly, the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet (why not just remove the doors?), The handle on the shower was loose so my husband fixed it, the television picture was distorted and was difficult to operate.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were so spacious. They had fun outdoor games, and breakfast was delicious and lots of options.
Cons: Only thing I can think of is shampoo/conditioner is too small. Other than that perfect.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Typical Residence Inn, noting spectacular.
Cons: Terrible location, right on Highway 69. Continuous traffic noise 24 hours a day, emergency vehicle sirens, etc. Rooms facing the highway are not recommended. Front desk staff never smiled or greeted us as we entered the lobby, it was as if no one wanted to be working here. Stayed at hundreds of Marriott branded properties around the world, this one was a real disappointment. Management needs to review their customer relations processes and remind the staff that customer satisfaction is their responsibility.

Cons: $35.00 charge per dog for a one night stay
7,9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. They have an attendant who keeps the food hot, fresh, and stocked. The staff was very nice, bed was very comfortable, building and grounds have some character although the room was basic but fine.
Cons: The room had no wall decor, just empty picture hangers on the wall with a sign saying "Save my place. New artwork coming soon." Why not just leave the old pictures up until you are ready to put new ones in? The towels were on the old and smelly side, and the room fan rattled when on high speed.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect with easy access to downtown. The breakfast was great and the grounds were well kept.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were wonderful; ambience charming and unique. Your staff that played the piano briefly was an unexpected treat. Breakfast had a great selection and was tasty. The only thing problematic, that wasn't your fault, was that whoever stayed above us made noise for about 30 minutes in the middle of the night. Thank You!

Pros: The property was clean, the staff was very knowledgeable about the area & very friendly. I was close to downtown & other activities & entertainment. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much! I definitely will go use this hotel again when I’m in Prescott!

Pros: I love how clean it was, And the decorations were nice so inviting I just wanted to jump into bed!
Cons: I had to call the hotel almost 10 times my day of check in before somebody answered! It was extremely frustrating as we had people coming at different times. When I finally got through the man was very short with me and not helpful. I was disappointed.

Pros: location
Cons: Outdated, old, it is odd that coffee pot was put in bathroom counter, perhaps they don't want you feel like to drink it.

Cons: No everything was better than expected.
4,2 Okay
Pros: It was close to the old town
Cons: Was not clean and beds horrible.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Air conditioner/heater unit very noisy throughout the night. Could not sleep when using the heater. We arrived earlier than three, around 2pm, no early check in due to rooms not being ready and four employees sitting on the ground in the drive up area taking a smoking break, including the reception person. Seems to me, the rooms should have been ready if it was break time. When we did check in later that night, only 2 rooms left. We must have gotten the noisy one.
4,0 Okay
Pros: It was quiet
Cons: The room size was way too small for the price, also the pictures shown dont reflect the room given! FALSE ADVERTISING

Pros: The bed.that is it
Cons: The breakfast was late and terrible. And the security was eating before some of the individuals that stayed there.Very unprofessional.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Right across the street from Yavapai College. Very easy to get to where we wanted to go.
Cons: Parking is snug, and the construction trailers in the parking lot at night made things a touch snugger. There was auxiliary parking available in another lot across from the lobby.
7,0 Good
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Maids missed towels one day but front desk person was nice and brought them right up.
Cons: The laundry room was right below my room. One morning it woke me up. It sounded like zippers clanking around in the dryer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location ... close to all! GREAT breakfast and very nice staff!
Cons: Room 136 (which we select every time at this property) was extremely musty and humid smelling! I think the A/C unit needs to be cleaned and filter changed(?)!

Pros: Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Floor was dirty. Dust and Cheerios along the baseboard.

1,0 Poor
Pros: The only thing I liked was the location.
Cons: The room was not at all what was shown in the pictures. The pictures showed updated rooms for the room I selected. The bathtub was gross and the microwave was gross and had a random microwave plate that didn't fit.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was very quiet.
Cons: The view out the back was the roof top of a building, so no view. Our room was on the second floor, no elevator, my husband is handicap and stairs are very difficult for him.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was keep clean
Cons: We stayed there before loved it
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing!!!
Cons: The room was filthy. We stayed two days and the room was not cleaned, and the sheets were not changed. Definitely not worth the money we paid!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: You get the price of the cheap motel but you get the quality of a nice hotel. It was amazing. You could tell the owners really put some thought and care into this place. The staff were super pleasant and the breakfast was good! Muffins from vons, cant say no to that!
Cons: No complaints
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a quaint hotel. My room was so cute and I was surprised at the amenities, there was a fridge and microwave. The bath towels were full sized wrap around towels which is unusual in hotels.
Cons: The plug for the drain didn't work so I could not take a relaxing bath like I wanted.
7,0 Good
Pros: A few flaws. Heater went out in the snow and the front door isn't sealed so the draft came through underneath the door. Nothing a wedges towel under the door couldn't fix. Awesome breakfast, restocked really fast so everyone got what they wanted and coffee was always fresh and good quality. great staff , helpful and friendly. The staff handled the snow covered parking lot in a timely manner.
Cons: Room was cold for my partner due to very low heater function. But I enjoy cold more than she.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The property looks older but owners really took time and effort to remodel the rooms. They’re beautiful with a kitchenette and open space.
Cons: Though beds were new, a little firm for my liking but others may disagree.
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: The attendant on duty took one look at me and gave a room to her right and told the gentlemen in front of me to go to the left. I later realized that the rooms to her right were older, smelly, un-vacuumed with ugly hair on the bed. Totally disguisting! This was not the room advertized on the internet. I went straight back to the office to complain. The apologizing attendant gave me a room to her left. This time, the room looked alot cleaner and smelled better. We rested ok, I guess Do not recommend anyone staying there. Was a little scary, being a bit away from the town setting.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The Sierra Inn is conveniently located just south of downtown Prescott, right on the highway. Even though on the highway, it is quiet. We had a huge corner room (18) with 2 queen beds. Check in was quick.
Cons: Cleanliness - One bedspread had a stain on it that appeared to have been pretty recent, like someone had vomited on it. The white grout on the bathroom floor isn't white any more. Toilet paper holder had been pulled off the wall and was missing.

Located in Prescott, Heritage House Motel is within a 15-minute drive of Whiskey Row and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean spacious room with refig and microwave
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This motel offers everything that others do except for breakfast but many choices to eat at nearby. Lady at the check-in desk very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.
Cons: There was city construction going on at the entrance at the time of our arrival that was no fault of the motel owners but the construction did not intrude on sleep at all since the work ended before 5 pm. A little inconvenient going in and out their driveway due to the construction cones but other than that I have no complaints.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I like the couple who run the Heritage House. It feels safe and is conveniently located, plus the price is right!
Cons: The shower floor could have used safety strips the entire length of the shower floor. When turning off the shower I had to be very careful to not slip (the safety strips are located in the center of the floor only). Also, a safety bar in the shower would have been comforting. The neon sign on Gurley Street was difficult to see from a distance.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the proximity to Embry-Riddle, room price and having 2 queen beds.
Cons: No.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: For the small amount of time we spent in the hotel, the tv was good small hdtv with hbo.
Cons: The ac didn't cool the room down very well but good enough.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and in the location that we wanted.
Cons: It was very small and the bathrooms were tiny.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: This place is great for the price. The staff was friendly and very carrying and good to work with. It is an older motel but kept very clean and we had no bug issues, which I always worry about when finding a reasonably priced motel in the south. It had a microwave, coffee pot, and small refrigerator. Everything worked and we had a good night sleep every night. Our stay was 4 nights. Close to downtown area, but we stayed here because my son was in hospital, so we did not have time for other activities. I will stay here again.
Cons: Was totally happy with our stay.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Good for a one night stay if that for adults only, if you don't mind leaving with bug bites.
Cons: They charged me extra for my two small children. And the lady kept saying it is OK, it's your fault just fix it and it's OK. I also left with 3 bites on my body. We were staying there for two days until we were able to sign a lease for our house and we had a U-Haul trailer on the back of our truck and had nowhere to park. There are like 10 parking spots if that and none of them are big enough for a full size truck if that.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location and one of the more reasonable priced motels. Very clean and neat.
Cons: The mattress and pillows could be more comfortable.

Cons: The hallway carpet smells pretty musty and heavily stained. Time for a shampoo.

Pros: We were on a 7 day vacation and stayed in 5 different hotels as we traveled across Arizona. This hotel was by far our favorite! It was the cleanest and most inviting hotel of all. The staff were also second to none. When we look forward to returning.
Cons: The only thing we noticed was the amount of road noise was more than we would have liked. Our room faced the highway....
