Pros (+) Decent views, and hot tub worked as advertised. The bacon, eggs and waffle breakfast in the morning was well prepared, and the piano player in the morning was a nice surprise. Staff were generally friendly, and we had no issues getting questions answers, with parking, billing etc. Weather did not permit swimming, but the pool appeared to be in working condition.
Cons (-) Rooms are extremely outdated and are in desperate need of remodeling and minor repairs. The pictures featured on the website are of very flattering angles and cherry-picked areas that do not represent the overall quality of the resort. Routine maintenance of many things -- sticking room doors, overgrown landscape, non-working fire pits etc -- in additional to very dated rooms, cumulate to a quirky...

Pros (+) I loved the atmosphere. The hotel was grand. Reminded me of expensive hotels that I stayed in during my Europe stay. I will plan a trip to Prescott with my husband just so we can stay in Forest Villa. I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel itself was clean, smelled nice and staff was excellent! Good job Forest Villa!!
