Pros:
I had a small economy car rented for a one way from Prescott AZ to PHX. When I got there they told me that I could have a free upgrade because they needed a sports car back to PHX, We rented a Ford convertible Mustang for $55. It was so fun riding around for the day in Phoenix with the top down!!!Cons:

We showed up at this location to pick up our rental car and no one was there. They had been closed for days with a note on the door. No one from the office even bothered to call to let us know. We showed up to locked doors and had to make a last-minute car rental reservation with another company instead which was extremely pricey since it was not booked in advance.Easirent
