Free full Breakfast at the Bistro downstairs
I have stayed here several times. Last time my debit card was charged twice which came right out of my checking account twice. This did not get straightened out til after the weekend, hence I had less many in my checking account all weekend. The manager made that right by giving me a small discount. But then I book again and another issue with cleanliness. Grape stems from a previous guest on carpet by the bed and it is still there. Every day it was missed by the maids. Also some red sticky thing on carpet going into bathroom.
The included breakfast was great and the service was excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were clean.
The room and the hotel in general needed seating areas, to play cards etc.
Bistro were very good. NIce atmosphere and good menu.
My wife's over easy eggs were undercooked. Otherwise, meal was good but that was disappointing.
Very clean and comfortable. A full breakfast included. Charming and historical. We will stay there again!
Had to go to reception for ice, a minor inconvenience.
This is a historical hotel, which was why we wanted to stay, as expected, the room was very small, but clean and located in a great area. Staff very friendly!
Larger rooms available, but at a higher price. I got what I paid for, still, do not regret the experience.
