We liked the location to whiskey Row
You know it was a historical building there’s a difference between historical and just plain run down. The reviews said nothing about a funeral home next-door. We did not find a room to be very clean and it was lacking amenities. The bathroom had a mildewy smell in the shower curtains had mold on the bottom
Staff is great! Wonderful value. Perfect location!
The hotel has a very homey feel and is located within walking distance to the historic downtown district. It was very cozy and an overall wonderful place to stay.
Internet signal was not great; the connection was very spotty. Garbage truck came to empty the dumpsters at 6:30 in the morning and woke us up due to the loud noise.
The history and uniqueness of the property. And Katelyn’s customer skills were the best I’ve ever experienced. She is very personable and was knowledgeable about the area and the hotel’s history.
Mostly the location, and it was supposedly haunted.
They had already turned off the A/C for the season, and it was very stuffy in the room. Had to leave the window open all night. Got a bit cold in the morning.
