This reservation was never acknowledged by the Prescott Resort. We booked through Capital One using our rewards points and Capital One sent us a confirmation; however, when we contacted the hotel, they said they didn't have a reservation for us. Pros (+) We had a few dirty towels in our room when we got there (looked like makeup on the washcloths). The bed was comfortable but really soft compared to a memory foam mattress. When asked if the outside propane fire could be lit for the people out there the lady at the front desk was rude to me about it because another guy had just come and asked someone else at the desk.
