Pros: This is a new hotel. The hotel is plain, simple and clean. It offers good value for money. Staff were very pleasant indeed.

Pros: Brand new hotel, luxurious, spacy rooms, very good value (guess that depends on the actual rates you get, but for around eur 60,- it is a good deal. Helpful staff.

Cons: Getting to downtown is either expensive (taxi) or takes long (50 minutes by bus, which is actually very cheap).

Pros: Very lovely room and big comfortable bed.

Cons: Although booking site said we will pay at hotel, hotel had already charged my card prior to arrival.

Pros: This is definitely one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The description doesn't do it justice as the excellence of this hotel doesn't come across. Squeaky clean, spacious, everything thought out, classy decor. Staff professional and welcoming. Well worth the money.

Cons: The two things I would improve are the restaurant food (specifically the salad bar) and internet speed. The internet was OK but could benefit from being faster - since this is a business hotel I think this is really important. Also, connection is made by cable (provided by reception) and not WiFi, it would be good if WiFi was an option. Nevertheless these are minor points compared to the superb quality this hotel delivers.

Cons: Haven't tried the restaurant (= breakfast room), which's furnishing is a bit too basic for a decent dinner my taste.

Pros: Room was very clean and quiet. Reception was polite and helpful.

Cons: I purchased this room based on the fact that it had an airport shuttle and breakfast. When I arrived at hotel, I was advised that the shuttle starts running at 8 am. I had to leave for the airport by 7 am. I had to pay 12 euros for a 4 minute ride. Would be nice if the booking had given the shuttle hours. Also, breakfast doesn't start until 7:30 am, so I missed that, too. Rooms are very small. My knees hit the shower when I sat on the toilet and I'm not a big person. Food is a big issue. They do not have a restaurant and there are no places to eat down the street. I had to walk along the freeway and cross to the other side for dinner. Not something I like to do as a female traveler. Had air in the room, however, I could not control it. I would set it but there seemed to be a setting that turned what I set it at off. Needless to say, it was too warm in the room.

Cons: Very poor breakfast, smallest TV ever seen in a hotel.

Pros: Really calm, neat, attractive, very good design, food delicious, stuff polite. Walking distance to the nearest metro station, not far from the Congress Center and the Barajas airport.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Worst thought air conditioning sistem. Shut the air above the bed and can not be directed to blow in another direction. You can not sleep with the air on , is very hot with no air. Parking is very small.

Pros: Comfortable and well presented place. Easy to find with GPS but it may have been more difficult to find from a map.

Cons: It would be helpful to have a map of the immediate area of where the shops and bars are if you are staying more than over night.

Pros: The rooms decor are nice and rooms are clean and in a residential area. Good buffet breakfast and best croissants I have ever had. Taxi fare from airport to hotel is 15 Euros. (surcharge included)

Cons: Hotel is bit far to the city, a fair walk (15 mins) to the metro, hotel has provided everything for toiletries but no shower cap.

Cons: A la hora del transporte al aeropuerto, me tuvieron esperando más de media hora porque se encontraba un pasajero desayunando, y por casi pierdo el avión sin importarles mi horario de salida del vuelo, se supone que tienen traslados las 24 horas

Cons: do yourself a favor and at all costs do not book at this hotel. we were staying in Barcelona and had to leave early due to a pending Hurricane bearing down on our home in Florida, on 1hr notice we took an overnight train from Barcelona to Madrid which arrived at 12:30AM. while we were on the train my son booked this hotel and which charged an exorbitant amount simply to stay for the night (arrive at 1:00AM depart at 8:00AM) but we really had no choice. when we arrived all the trains had stopped for the night so we had to take a taxi to the hotel, when we arrived at the hotel (pretty frazzled and very tired to say the least) we were greeted by one of the RUDEST men i had ever met in Spain after much discussion and very little care or even trying on his end we were told our reservation did not exist (you know the one i had on my ipad with a confirmation number and all details as well as payment in full) so now at almost 1:30AM he pointed us to the door and said we had to leave... if it was not for the other younger assistant behind the counter who offered to shuttle us back to the airport (yes the closed airpots at 1:30AM) we would had been fleeced for another $20euro cab ride back. needless to say sleeping (well not really sleeping) on the floor in the airport and being hassled by security every few hours to move was lets just say less than desirable. i strongly caution you to reconsider putting any trust in a hotel that would strand 2 people like that in the middle of the night safe travels

Cons: The fridge did not work. The TV is old and there is a few channels. Wi-Fi in the bedroom and breakfast are not included.

Pros: Free shuttle from and to the airport.

Pros: Large rooms, swimming pool and playground and large inner garden; must be nice when travelling with kids. Quiet. Not too far from MRT. Shuttle to airport (10 min.), even early in the morning. Shops and few restaurants a 10 min. walk. Liked it

Cons: The bedding. They were really unconfortable. I really liked the hotel but this is really something that has to be changed. (The view from the room was on a fence but didn't mind it.)

Pros: The Room was clean and spacious, No mini bar but had all the bathroom needs with good towels

Cons: Much to far from the Metro station to walk and you cant book the airport bus so you could wait 5 mins or 1 hour, not good when planing your check in time.

Cons: Found the male manager to be rude, my room was smelly with mildew and it took several visits to the desk, 12:00, 18:00, and 19:00 to finally get a room change. Leaving me to have to transfer rooms at dinner time, a rather unfortunate time. Would have rather changed when I first comlained to the maid at check in at 11:00 and when the maintance man came at 11:30.

Pros: The garden and pool and nearness to IFEMA conference center

Cons: All meals overly expensive. No services such as irons on loan. Staff very uptight when asked for special items.
