Pros: The location and the nice lobby !! With nice bar
Cons: The check in experience with a drunk woman that the receptionist (busy with me) decided to pass before me in front of me just to redo her key. The fact that I had to repay in cash the room for security reasons (then I got cash back) the fact that I lost 30 minutes and I could enjoy a quick swim at the wellness center as planned !! No information about facilities were given. No manager at the moment to handle problem ! The hitter not working properly in the room. And picture from booking not showing reality!!!

Pros: - Great location, many places can be reached by walking or a few subway stops. - Room was OK, liked the bathroom especially, though no hair dryer and slightly noisy. - Decor of the hotel was nice, tried the restaurant and was happy with lunch, though slow service (see cons). - Attentive guy checking things go smoothly around the restaurant, must have been the manager. He was the only one caring about customers at the ground floor.

Cons: - Very unwelcoming staff at reception. Short lady who refused to make an effort to provide a room before 2 PM. Tall man next to her equally useless. Arrived at 10 AM and had to wait until 1:55 PM to get a room after a 10 hour flight. Had mentioned this necessity in the reservation many weeks in advance, upon reserving the room. Now, you can say that the hotel is full and I believe you. What I don't believe is that all your rooms are full/unclean until 1:55 PM (some guests checked out around 10-10:30 AM, I witnessed that). - The hotel is undergoing renovation. Workers on the second floor until late. Lots of dust in the hallways. Not nice for your stay, they should at least seal the area. - Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, which means that if you are travelling on business, you won't be able to have your (paid) breakfast at this hotel. They should start AT LEAST one hour early. Perhaps it's a Spanish thing. - Took over 30 minutes to receive 6 croquettes at the restaurant, only tables were mine and another one.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A nice modern hotel, clean and well equipped. Right near the Metro station in the middle of the business district. I was pleased to see a convenient work table and plenty of wall outlets for all my gadgets (including USB outlets) everywhere I need them.
Cons: There were some renovation works in hotel corridors, so I had to change the room because of the terrible smell of paint. However, hotel staff was very helpful and I got another room instantly. The breakfast offers a poor selection of dishes and is definitely not worth paying for, you can get much more in nearby cafes.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is being renovated. The first two days breakfast was in a small room, the last day the newly renovated restaurant was open. Looked very nice. Breakfast is great value for money, not very expensive with nice fresh products and good carrot-cake! The room was comfortable with a very large bed and good bathroom, nice shower.
Cons: The room was a bit on the warm side, when I turned on the air conditioner to cool the room it only became warmer!
