Pros: The staff were amazing, especially the check in guys in reception. The beds are large, however, they were a little uncomfortable, if you are used memory foam pillows you will have a great sleep. The hotel is quiet and we could not hear the pubs/clubs in the vicinity. We also liked the discount card to use in selected restaurants. Liked the little kitchenette with a coffee machine, sink and fridge! Thank you.

Pros: Really central to the city centre and value for money. And I know about the privacy but for £35 a night i can live with the bed.
Cons: The rooms have no privacy at all, so literally would only stay again if I was going by myself. And the beds are like laying on a lump of wood with a yoga mat as the mattress.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel had everything we needed for our 3 day stay and was in a GREAT location for us to explore, see the soccer stadium and eat at great restaurants.
Cons: We liked the hotel for the rating it was and it was great but the room did have a scent of stale cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking room. Nevertheless, the room was large, clean and the shower was hot - so it was all good!

Pros: Friendly very helpful staff, evening free wine & snacks made my stay very enjoyable

Pros: A simple, stylish place that provided what I needed without fuss. I liked the free drink served with my meal (which was fine - not haute cuisine but I wasn't expecting it to be). Nice staff.

Cons: Bedroom very small and a high price for the night (after a Liverpool CL game)
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean --- right in the city center --- great staff --- very safe --- perfect for a single traveler or a short stay.
Cons: Beds are really, really hard. Obviously not a deal-breaker, but if you are someone who needs to see an imprint of your own body in the bed in the morning to get a good night's sleep, you probably won't be comfortable here.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location is great as its right in the centre.
Cons: Room smelt damp after taking a shower, sink was not draining, floor in shower was lifting, bed was really uncomfortable.

Pros: Very clean hotel. Well situated in Liverpool easy to everything .
Cons: I didn't like paying £19.85 for two cocktails only to be told that the bar would be closing and you would have to take drinks into the reception area. Not what you expect from a 4star plus hotel. On check out didn't even ask if the stay was good. Had better customer service in a Travelodge. This hotel is not cheap so a little disappointed with some aspects.

Pros: Clean and staff were very friendly and helpful lovely hotel.
Cons: Lifts are very small
5,1 Okay
Pros: Theme is interesting for those who enjoy the Beatles, and the hotel is located centrally.
Cons: Staff was incredibly unhelpful - they ignored my wife as she struggled with two bags through the doors and up the 10-12 stairs required to get into the hotel. One of the same people who ignored her later made an extra effort to walk over and stop us from walking down a staircase to view the Beatles memorabilia. Overall, the experience was off-putting.

Cons: Pleased with everything. Will definitely return.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Very quirky
Cons: Very expensive
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was smashing. Very comfy bed. Good cocktail bar service. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout.
Cons: Bathroom was a let down. Toilet's location near the door is unsatisfactory, as if you're sitting on the throne and the co-occupant enters, then the heavy door will go right over your feet. Also the bath was too deep and small, whilst the supports on each side of the bath were too small to get your hands through comfortably.

Pros: Fabulous location!
Cons: We missed breakfast as it finished at 10:30 which is quite early for a weekend! Thought there would be more Beatles memorabilia in the rooms.

6,0 Good
Pros: Location good TV programming. Including Sky sports
Cons: Bathrooms very dark. Bad lighting. Breakfast selection ok at best
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the Beatles theme and being so close to the Cavern Club
Cons: Everything was very good we loved the hotel but I should point out the layout of the shower in the bath made access very difficult, you have you reach around the shower screen to get to the taps and I did slip in my struggle resulting in bruises

Cons: We had a 2 night stay and didn’t have our room cleaned/toilet roll drop off/towel change. Other than that it was ok

Pros: Location very central

Cons: In bar area in the morning we had coffee while waiting for a taxi. It would have been nice to have a pastry/ biscuit of some description with this but none available. We were offered crisps or the menu, not quite what we wanted at 11am. A suggestion! Perhaps the leftover breakfast pastries could be moved to the bar to accompany morning coffee. My only criticism.

Pros: Location was ok.
Cons: Whilst I expect for the price to be inflated for a champions League game paying £200 and having an adjoining room where you could hear everything in the next room including their alarm waking me up, their talking etc is not acceptable. Also the bathroom had a horrible smell.

Pros: Great location!
Cons: The breakfast was a complete disaster. We arrived for breakfast only to be told there was no room for us to sit and that there was no hot food left. We were then told that the hot food was being cooked and would be ready in 5 mins. With a queue of people already waiting for the hot the food we weren’t convinced there would be enough. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough food yet again and people were left waiting.

Pros: Rooms with a Liver Building views are just amazing. We also had a fridge with some free soft drinks available as well as a capsule coffee machine which doesn't appear often in rooms.
Cons: There was no mention about the hotel car park anywhere. It's a bit odd as the hotel has it's private, secure car park 2 minute walking distance from hotel. Also, the hotel would benefit with having a wider variety of bread products for breakfast - fresh from bakery of course.

Pros: The staff were pleasant. The room was adequate. The bar was nice.

Pros: The bed was huge and nearly filled the very small room. Views of the river Mersey from window. Excellent location for the city centre and tourists.
Cons: Room far too small, bathroom ridiculously small, had to step in to close door to use toilet and virtually touched the walls when sat on toilet. Would dispute the 4star rating as advertised

Cons: There were ZERO VEGAN gluten & dairy free options for breakfast! As a VEGAN celiac who can't eat dairy for health reasons, I found it EXTREMELY difficult !!! I ended up eating 2 cherry tomatoes (no gluten free toast either) and a herbal tea for breakfast!!! And I had paid extra to have a proper breakfast before going to work at 08:00am - This is IMPORTANT! Suggestions: - A larger selection of fresh veggies for a VEGAN (fresh cucumbers. peppers, green leaves, salad dressing, carrots, FRESH veggies in general). And yes, it's OK to have a nice salad for breakfast !!! - More GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE options I'm a Certified Nutritionist and I specialise in GF, DF, VEGAN Nutrition so please feel free to contact me on IAMHAPPYANDHEALED@GMAIL.COM in order to send you easy nutritious recipe suggestions (warm & cold) that you can include for people who are not able to eat gluten, dairy, sugar or meat for health reasons (the number of the population who fall under this category is steadily rising!).

Pros: The location was good, near by where we needed to go.

Pros: Girl at the gym reception extremely friendly and helpful !!

Cons: Not a thing - better than I expected.

Pros: Staff were excellent and always attentive. Fantastic room with a glorious bathroom. Delicious breakfast and a great bar area in the lobby.
Cons: Limited functionality from the Spa (one of the big factors in our choosing the hotel), inactive Wifi connection during the morning of check-out, and loud screech when the A/C was on full power.
7,9 Good
Pros: Comfy clean room. Friendly staff. Good location. Would come back again.
Cons: The coffee provided in the room wasn’t great and limited milk. We specifically booked the hotel to use the spa facilities so were very disappointed that the steam room was out of order.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Very quick check-in
Cons: The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Unfortunately there was no way to ventilate the room and the air-conditioning unit was difficult to control, broken and did no provide any relief from the stifling heat. This led to a very poor nights sleep and totally not what I would expect from the Radisson brand.

Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: Slow service, cramped dining area, old fashioned facilities and aged appearance
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing but location.
Cons: The bed had remains of hair under duvet. How can you have 2 tapes on the sink. One cold and one hot? How can you adjust the temp of water in order to use when you have 2 takes? Funny but Fact. Carpet dirty. House keeping staff came and cage was out in 5 min. She didn’t even pick a pillow which was on the other side of bed. Seriously this property needS MAJOR REFURBISHMENT AND CHANGE THE RECEPTION STAFF. They have slot of attitude and help only comes after asking them for 2/3 times.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The outside of the hotel is clean and the foyer, restaurants, lounge and banquet rooms are beautiful.
Cons: We were on the 4th floor, firstly the lift was disgusting, blood running down the inside door which was there for the 3 days we stayed. Carpet in lift very shabby. Carpet on 4th floor very cheap industrial brown. Bedroom whilst roomy was in a desperate need for paint and refurb. Bed consisted of 2 old wooden frames placed horizontally, one even had extra wood for support. Wooden Headboard 1960's style was far to big for the bed, furniture worn out and heavily scratched. Paintwork flaking in bedroom and bathroom. The bath was completely worn out and had turned a shade of brown. Money needed desperately to refurbish this hotel.
