Good 6,4
Pros: Food and restaurant staff were great so was the front desk. Hotel well located with sufficient parking. Liked the fact that locals use it too. Straight forward checking, no fuss.
Cons: Published telephone charges on the exorbitant side. Would have like a do not disturb sign on the door to use should it be necessary. Check out time of 11am on w/end is too early. Shower cap in bath room will have been good. Mixer tap in wash hand basin is nicer
Good 7,2
Pros: Extraordinary value for money Friendly staff
Cons: There were none
Okay 5,7
Pros: Convenient to visit my family living around that area.
Cons: Middle of the road hote, but would use again.
Good 6,3
Pros: The restaurant was excellent serving great food at fair prices.
Good 7,7
Pros: We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and in particular the room we were in and the friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff. The food was amazing, there was plenty of it and very good quality.
Cons: There was a wedding on one of the days we were there and this was a bit disruptive in that we were forced to use another less pleasant room for breakfast, also the noise during the day was quite high with wedding guests congregating outside our bedroom window, the guests were a bit noisy leaving the hotel around midnight. We accept that this may be out of the staff's control or the guests might have been reminded to be quiet when leaving. However it would have been useful to have been informed that there was to be a wedding so that we could have made plans to be away for the majority of the day.
Good 6,0
Pros: The Corn Mill Lodge offered exactly what I needed, an inexpensive stop off point in a long journey. It was cheaper than well known national chains but, at the very least, matched them for comfort and facilities.
Cons: One thing I did not like - and it is not restricted to this hotel - was the utterly useless free wifi. Where hotels use "free wifi" as a draw for their business it would be recommended that the service actually works, and is available throughout the residential areas. I was in room 15 but could not get a strong enough signal even though the router is between rooms 9 and 11.
Good 6,3
Pros: The cleanliness of the room, the bath, and the fact that my room was big enough to do yoga :)
Cons: My room was next to the car park which was a bit noisy on the weekend with patrons using the restaurant, however I did book a smoking room so I assumed that the non smoking rooms would be at the quieter side of the hotel.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Available parking, clean, friendly and reasonable rates
Cons: Some trafic noise
Good 7,0
Pros: Early check in i requested was honored. Room was very nice including flat screen Tele. Receptionist was very helpful. breakfast was good.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7,6
Pros: Ideal position on the Ringroad Easy access to rooms, Lovely large Patio Food very good
Cons: Shower, we stayed in room 110 and had difficalty in turning the shower on and off.

Mediocre 3,3
Pros: bad choice you need to view room 31 described a junior double room with no access from one side of bed and no second side table poor pillows and no extra supplied room would not pass vetting if opening a new B & B this is a 4star hotel I have written to them .Small room is one thing but this room described as a double suite most misleading
Cons: that a double room should not have access to bed from both sides as one was right up against the wall - had to climb to get into far side - not good especially if you have to climb over someone in the middle of the night but one aspect Roll over and you hit the wall ....
Mediocre 3,7
Pros: Nothing - there was nothing outstanding for this hotel
Cons: Initial room too small for two people, oppressively hot with no thermostat, on opening windows found that the entire frames were covered in black mold. The bath/shower was ripe with mold. the plug in the sink did not fit properly. The TV was far from properly tuned to any channel. The upgrade still had problems and the breakfast was of a poor quality in our experience
Good 7,3
Pros: its always comfortable, easy to park and close to my daughters' university accommodation
Cons: shower and bathroom a little small.
Okay 4,0
Cons: The room was so small and shower didnt work properly
Good 6,7
Pros: i likked the hotel, the staff was very nice specially Nazareth at the reception.recommended place for bussiness travel
Okay 5,2
Pros: Atmosphere, scenery, presentation of meals + warm Staff
Cons: breakfast time could be more flexible (extended a little later)
Good 6,8
Pros: This is a pleasant hotel set in wooded grounds in a convenient location on the Otley Road in Leeds. Easily accessed by public transport.
Cons: There was some noise in the corridor from some other residents late one night.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: For us it was the proximity to the family that we were visiting
Cons: It was a bit noisy at night as our room was over the entrance and the hotel was busy with a big wedding. This was inevitable & no fault of the hotels
Good 6,4
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: the view from the room window.went to relax for the weekend but it was really noisy.
Okay 4,8
Pros: Room was comfortable and breakfast good
Cons: I specifically asked for a quiet room but was given what must have been one of the noisiest on that night due to a wedding party. Wedding guests were on a patio area outside the bar just below our second floor window making a horrendous noise (chanting, shouting and singing) until at least 0300. If our room had been the other side of the corridor it would have been fine. We had to keep the windows closed to block out as much of the noise as possible making the room hot and stuffy. If there is a party on it would be sensible to give guests not attending the party rooms away from the bar and party room areas and rooms near those areas to the party goers! Also, the shower in the hotel was inadequate - so scaled up that only a trickle of water came out of it.

Pros: We had a great and wonderful four days at the hotel. The staff, the overall facilities of the hotel met our expectations, for the price we paid. Our positive experience of visiting Leeds and staying at Haley's has definitely inclined us to consider coming back to Leeds again! Haley's would certainly be a place we would consider staying again.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7,2
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Room simple but comfortable.
Cons: Wireless failed a number of times each day - the receptionists had to keep rebooting the system. It was a bit of a nuisance having to go down and ask for this to be done but the receptionists were very obliging.
Good 7,2
Pros: Excellent location for where we wanted to be and very peaceful
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 5,7
Pros: Nice bathroom. Good breakfast
Cons: Pillows - prefer feather
Good 6,3
Pros: Staff were v helpful & friendly. I had mis-booked for a week later than intended and they just sorted me out and upgraded my room. how good is that!
Good 6,0
Pros: Big room, well equiped
Cons: Carpet in room covered in stains, hotels staff efficient and helpful but totaly lacking people skills or friendliness
Good 6,3
Pros: Friendly staff and good food - especially the dinner. Not expensive either. Room nice size and fully functional. The building itself was beautiful.
Cons: The wifi was bobbins. Poor signal and cut out all the time. Shouldn't have been advertised as wifi throughout if clearly not able to provide. Staff aware of problem but was shoulder shrugged away and blamed on the weather(?!?). that's the only gripe though - other than that it was fine.

Good 7,2
Pros: the friendly welcome and general helpfulness of the staff.
Cons: the food was not good in either restaurant, though the breakfast choice was very good. We had to wait until almost 10pm for a table we had booked for 9. Not a good selection for vegetarians. The food was cold. But the staff in general were very pleasant. I would recommend the hotel but not the restuarant.

Pros: Nice young man on reception when arrived on Friday - room was large with large bathroom, breakfast was good positioin for Leeds shopping and parking on site was a bonus-free to residents
Cons: Bar closed at 10-30 prompt and no leeway given. We got lift back with friends and ordered drink at 10-15 but scottish man suddenly pronounced bar closed if you want breakfast we need our sleep and television switched off which seemed mean as weather awful and our friends had put themselves out to get us back to the hotel

Good 6,5
Pros: Breakfast provided Soya milk and red bush tea lovely
Cons: Hot tap in basin splattered Floor vibrated with the music Room was cold, had to turn on and up heater Shower water was luke warm
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: I can't decide between the greasy floor in the Bathroom or the dirty curtains. The general state of disrepair was very quaint though and the dysfunctional shower was a source of great amusement.
Cons: The general smell of the part of the hotel we were put up in wasn't to our liking, I suppose the smell of dead cats is an acquired taste.
Good 6,3
Pros: Good location for our purposes, good layout, nice and roomy hotel, friendly staff
Cons: Smoke alarm went off twice in middle of night, 4.00am and 5.30 am, should have room cleansing charge for smokers, hotel in Chester has £150 per day room cleansing if smokers smoke in room. No apology offered for inconvenience.
Good 7,0
Pros: The room (229) was at ground level and quiet. View from our window was pleasant with no buildings in sight. Walks direct from rear of hotel enjoyable. Access into Leeds, if need be, can be made by public transport from just outside the hotel, very convenient.
Cons: Nothing!
Okay 5,3
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent for anyone wanting to avoid the horrors of driving in Leeds city centre.
Cons: The hotel has seen better days and the decor was rather dark and gloomy in the reception and bar areas. The food in the restaurant was good but rather expensive for a three star hotel.
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: The leisure facilities were filthy, very very dirty throughout. I put a complaint to the duty manager who was not proffesional nor did he offer an acceptable response. The general feeling was of disorganisation and apathey. I would not return to this hotel.
Good 6,4
Pros: leisure facilities - bar meals
Cons: i think the quality, choice and style of bar meals is far superior the style and qaulity of the restaurant. Carvery's are very old fashioned
Okay 4,4

Cons: Overpriced bar, you are charged to listen to music in your room, overpriced breakfast that had only a continental option.

Cons: The hotel was not easy to find. The room was small and the bed was old and not too comfortable. The sheets were clean but old an d worn. The food in the hotel restaurant was cheap but not good and there were no other restaurants nearby.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Nice interesting decour in keeping with the Victorian image waitress friendly and food okay
Cons: Very casual treatment at check in could hardly spare the time from something in other part of building . no soap or shampoo, small towels , very thin walls could easily hear voices in nextdoor room .

Pros: The help and assistance that was provided by the staff
Cons: No
Okay 4,3
Pros: Location close to Headingley stadia. Themed sports memorabilia.
Cons: Architrave on bedroom door was loose. No pillowcases.
Mediocre 3,0
Cons: The hotel is shabby and in need of updating. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. I went out in the evening until 11.15p.m. and when I returned to the hotel, I found I couldn't get in. I had to bang on the door and shout through the letterbox for more than ten minutes in snow and freezing temperatures before finally being let in. Altogether an unpleasant experience. I have stayed at Butlers before, but certainly will not be doing so again.

Pros: hotel looks lovely on appearance unless you get put in a room in the second part of the hotel, along way from reception, have to walk through to another joint on building, which was awful and looked like you were walking into a hostel. the second part of the building was awful. honestly you havent seen anything like it. the hotel was £59 for a friday night and £5 to the airport and £5 back from the airport on a fly and park stay which was ok, no breakfast, 1 tea bag and 1 pack of two biscuits for two of us! dated bathroom with mould, overall i didnt feel safe staying in this room which looked like the door had been kicked in once!!
Cons: room, location, open window droppin over huge valley very dangerous with kids, breakfast of no kind available and disturbing unclean room.

Pros: The manager was really friendly, he gave us a guided tour and was always talking to us. He quite happily changed our room to a family room when I told him I had rung up after booking because it showed up on the confirmation as a double room when I wanted a twin.

Pros: Bed was clean, there was a very large tv in the room.
