Pros: Radisson Blu is well attuned to international travelers from the architecture to the amenities it provides. The ease of accessing the airport made it the perfect pre-flight hotel.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Super close to the airport, clean, comforatable. Perfect if you're traveling, otherwise there are better options location wise in Manchester!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location was perfect for an early flight out of Manchester. The staff was very friendly, which to me is the important part of any hotel stay.
Cons: The place was clean, but there was a long brown hair on the wall of the shower and a really funky smell in one of the pillows, like mold and sweat. Not pleasant, luckily there were three other pillows available.
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Convenient to airport. Staff was great.
Cons: Prices were inconsistent to online pricing
Good 6,2
Pros: Location in airport terminal was very convenient.
Cons: Room and bathroom were semi-clean. Room was hot... air conditioning did not work week. Bedding was nice but pillows so hard and lumpy my ears actually hurt.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent location. Directly connected to the train station and terminals via closed overhead walkway.
Cons: Expensive restraurant, but it is at the airport and it is in England.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great for the various Manchester Airport terminals. I stayed in the business class rooms which provides access to the upper floor lounge which was calm and nice views over to the airport terminal. Quiet rooms - so well rested before flight.
Cons: Never can get my stay put on Lufthansa Miles and More loyalty program. What is wrong with these hotels and their airline partners?
Okay 5,7
Cons: no hot water in shower
Good 6,0
Pros: Hotel is just a few minutes away by foot from terminal 1 and the railway startion via a covered walkway
Cons: Irritating that the batteries on the TV remote control were flat and the TV itself was perched on top of the wardrobe, no programme guide available.
Good 6,3
Pros: Convenience to the airport terminals and the efficiency and friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Car parking was awkward and the prices in the restaurant and bar were very high. We arrived late and there was nothing reasonably priced to eat.

Pros: Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts very good, very friendly cook.
Cons: Only area of negative comment, a barman in the public house seemed to be unable to raise a smile, appeared pretty unhappy in his job.
Good 6,8

Pros: Pleasant quiet room
Cons: A little slow booking in as receptionist had gone elsewhere
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Quiet, comfortable & clean room. Separate from bar. Delicious bar food! Very helpful staff.
Mediocre 3,7
Pros: The most reeming factor of this hotel is the location. It is sufficiently close to Manchester airport wthout all the hustle & bustle.
Cons: Accomodation was not very warm until the thermostat was located behind a chair. The restaurant was cold and the breakfast was not very inspiring. The evening meal was a disastor resulting in eating in the local balti house, which incidently was excellent.
Good 6,7
Pros: the proximty to where i wanted to be & the great value for money
Good 6,0
Pros: Good English breakfast, well equipped and spacious room.
Cons: Member of staff being dismissed at breakfast, poor continental breakfast.

Cons: some staff serving at the inn not that friendly.
Good 6,0
Pros: Bed was very comfortable

Good 7,6
Pros: Spacious, well furnished room and large comfortable bed - friendly staff in hotel and attached pub.
Cons: None
Good 6,0
Pros: Very convenient to wilmslow, knutsford and mobberley, we were there my
Cons: No, loved it, However there wer people like us having to come downstairs in our pyjamas for a cigarrette
Good 6,4
Pros: Wilmslow Lodge itself was fine
Cons: When we arrived the Lodge had no record of our internet booking. The guy on the desk was extremely helpful and although fully booked mananged to juggle the rooms to accommodate us. To say this was poor service from your administration is being polite. We had travelled up from Romsey Hampshire and my husband was considering having to return after attending our function. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened and I would be grateful for your comments

Good 7,0
Pros: The friendliness of staff and beautifully inviting dining room with deliciously cooked food.
Cons: The heating was turned up way too high. We turned down the radiator down to 1 in our room but it was still stifingly hot and stuffy to the point where it was difficult to sleep. We could hear every sound made by the occupants of the room next door eg. from getting in and out of bath to playing music (at 4-5.30am). Together this made our overall stay uncomfortable, however the dining experience and price was excellent.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: As a frequent hotel stayer, 7 in the last fortnight alone, most are usually a chore to stay at no matter what the stars indicate. Happy to say that Menzies Pinewood is the exception to the rule. One word; excellent, in every regard. Love to keep it a secret but that would be unfair of me to do so. Well done the Manager and the staff.
Cons: Nothing, and it would be wrong to be picky. There are plenty of dross hotels out there that belie their star rating. Menzies Pinewood is not one of them, excellent.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Hotel staff very nice,Ms.Kaythan is most beautiful lady and service clients very good.
Good 6,0
Pros: The deal was good being two nights bed and breakfast and one dinner. The restaurant staff were very helpful.
Cons: The booking was not logged at the hotel. Booking.com did not get the booking through even though the booking was made the day before check-in. As a result the hotel had no double room and offered only a twin until I suggested a family room. The family room was very noisy due to some very inconsiderate families in adjacent rooms. I would still recommend this hotel for value because on previous stays I have not had these problems.
Good 6,3
Pros: Helpful staff and very comfortable bedroom with all amenities for an overnight stay prior to our flight from Manchester airport.
Cons: No problems.

Excellent 9,7
Pros: I booked the Clayton for my last night in the U.K. I wanted a comfortable room near the airport with free transport to and from the terminals and that’s what I got. The bed was the only letdown; I had two singles, and neither was very comfy...a bit hard and lumpy actually.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Convenient to the airport with a good restaurant
Cons: The only thing I could complain about is no one advised us that the heating/cooling system was turned off in our room upon arrival.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Very clean and efficient. Good service with the shuttles to the airport.
Cons: The bar could have had more ambience. Seemed a little sterile
Excellent 9,7
Pros: I liked the room, the bed, and the large bar/lounge/dining room.
Cons: The price goes up every time I book. The mini-bus transportation, even though it requires booking, seems a bit of a free for all when waiting to board the bus, leading me to believe that the number of bookings do not match the number of seats!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Free Wifi
Cons: No ice machine
Okay 5,1
Pros: the drivers to the airport nice lads made an effort to connect. ( humans )
Cons: The reception didn’t tell us that breakfast was £2 less if we booked with them. £13 for a piss poor breakfast is a a lot of money, black pudding hard as steel and rest was testless so annoyed £27 for two wasted on the first day of my holiday. If it was £27 and really good I would have been upset but £27 and rubbish made me so annoyed. The coffee in Wetherspoons £1 is much better than this. The breakfast at Yates £3 with table service not buffet is better than this. Don’t evan ask about the price of drinks in the bar.
Okay 4,2
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: I thought I was booked into the Crown Plaza next door. I arrived a was greeted with a smile. Since it was 10am they had no problem allowing me an early check in...then I realized my company booked me in Bewleys :( Different experience altogether..check in lady was Eastern Europe...not very friendly and recited the welcome greeting with teeth clenched. Then I asked if I could check in early having flown 25 hours. Yes for 20 pounds...OK no problem. I had already paid in advance for the hotel and because my credit card would not work in the machine I had to go and find a cash machine for 20 pounds which meant driving into the nearest town. Then was advised there was a charge for parking and breakfast! Honestly, if you are traveling long distance and prepaid your room I would like to think that for 20 pounds they could have let me had a shower first before my meeting that afternoon!! I will be staying at the Crown Plaza next time for sure. Ho, and the gym was terrible...one bike one tred mill and thats it!
Good 7,1
Pros: The Clayton Hotel is very good at providing accommodations for lots of people. Lines are long but move quickly. Food is what you'd expect. The bar has lots of seating. Basically, it is a very convenient and well-run hotel.
Cons: The Clayton does cut a few corners. There are no tissues in the room (my nose was running from a cold). The soap bar is amazingly small but more than is needed for a shower or two. Would I stay at another hotel at the airport, no. I recommend the Clayton.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Front desk were awesome
Okay 4,5
Pros: It was close to the airport and they have a 24 hr shuttle
Cons: However, the shuttle was late, like 40 minutes, and we had to call twice to make sure they were coming. The room was old. Like 1975 orange couch old
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very convenient for airport and car rental. Will accept early arrivals. Excellent full breakfast.
Cons: Some rooms are not up to par - smell and have been patched up. There is no air conditioning so it can be bad on a hot day. They will supply a fan, if you ask.
Good 6,8
Cons: I disliked paying for the parking
Good 6,3
Pros: Slow checkin. Cost of car park seemed excessive charge.
Cons: Comfort.
Okay 5,7
Pros: A great place to stay if you're flying in late in the evening or flying out early in the morning. Only a few hundred metres away from the terminals and the railway station.
Cons: The service was a bit impersonal. Then again, I guess you shouldn't expect much if you're only staying for one short night.
Good 6,7
Pros: Had a very nice meal

Good 6,2
Pros: The staff are lovely & really do try to help, however, communication between them is definitely lacking. The rooms are really clean & beds are comfy - which I can get for £45 per night.
Cons: The checkin procedure was really difficult as I am from Spain & my card wouldn't go through - it kept saying it was the wrong pin but it had worked previously & when I checked my pin in front of the receptionist, it confirmed I was using the right one. Their system just wouldn't take my card - even though if he used it like a phone booking, the card was accepted. I had to checkin twice as the system was a 2 day stay, then I had added 1 night so I had to process them seperately (knew this would cause problems later) so I kept insisting that they knew that I wasn't moving out of the room & they needed to ensure this. The room had no safe - even though they tried to insist that there was one in there & I just hadn't seen it! Maintenance crew came to check, then realised to their amusement that there wasn't one, so I asked him to install one & he was lovely. Hairdryer blew the fuses 3 times whilst I was trying to get ready - turns out it was wired into the lighting instead of the sockets & was practically melting off the wall! Awful smell & a trek to get to your room &/or the leisure facilities, which I had repeatedly tried to book through their online system to no avail. Toilet didn't flush properly. I had a relaxing 1 hr full massage prior to all of this( which was amazing btw) - needless to say, that totally negated any effect as I was really stressed an hour later, due to trying to get ready for an important meeting & the hairdryer cutting out the electrics, so was not worth it. I did complain, receptionist was lovely & he offered me a complimentary massage, which I accepted. Was told the Spa would ring me but they didn't, so ended up going down on my last day to find out why, to be told they knew nothing about it. They gave me a 30 minute facial - not what I had in mind. On my last day I was not in the system for a breakfast - in fact, I wasn't in the system under the same room, they had checked me out of my room, so the TV no longer worked but I just couldn't be bothered to go back down to reception. All in all, not a good stay. You need to sort out many niggly problems
Okay 4,5
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Okay 5,3
Pros: The bed was very comfortable
Cons: Hotel quite old fashioned
Good 7,7
Pros: The quality of the bedlinen, and the bed and pillows - ensured a super nights sleep !
Cons: Bar area lacked athmosphere and seemed quite cold
Good 6,0
Pros: Really enjoyed leisure facilities. Good airport and rail links.
Cons: Food prices high with little option ofeating elsewhere unless prepared to travel into Manchester.
Good 7,7
Pros: The gym and swiming pool.
Cons: The staff were great. The kichen staff were excellent. They keep smiling during their service and the cook was fantastic as well taking care of my extra orders even if it was off their menu.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Meal in the restaurant was very nice and the reception staff and concierge/porters were excellent.
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5,2
Pros: Restaurant welcoming, cheff good at breakfast.
Cons: Mini bar in room not operational, bolt on room door wasn't working, found stickers inside bed on sheets. No lift down to room.
Good 6,8
Pros: Nice size room, with double bed as requested, and decent bathroom size Excellent breakfast
Cons: Very cold initially (no pre-heating), both in room and bathroom No hot towel rail in bathroom - so always a cold bathroom that steamed up when showering
Good 7,6
Pros: the value for money is brilliant and prices are extremely affordable making the stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable.
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4,4
Pros: Nice Hotel for able bodied people.
Cons: I booked a disabled room which I confirmed over the phone before my arrival only to find at check in that the disabled room had been given away to a large booking and I was left with a totally unsuitable room. This ruined my stay. Reception said they had double booked my room. Able bodied people got the disabled room.
Good 7,6
Pros: I thought the Manchester Airport Marriott Hotel was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room looked great and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: I thought the 5 pound charge for airport transfer was a bit steep. The airport is only about 5 minutes away! Also, I didn't like the fact that there were swimming lessons going on in the pool. It was subsequently a very noisy place. I don't think this is fair if hotel guests are paying so much to stay.

Pros: The dinner was amazing and the breakfast options were also great. The staff were fantastic start to finish.
Cons: Our room had a very creaky floor and the walls were so thin I got woken up by someone snoring in the room above us. You could here people walk quietly through the halls, let alone if they were speaking to one another.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: excellent room and facilities great grounds and staff.
Okay 5,6
Pros: quite comfortable, clean. stayed there for a wedding which was well done by hotel, food quite good
Cons: no gardens, quite pricey for room and breakfast, given a room with a bathroom for disabled, more modern decor preferred, dance floor too small, credit card had to be produced 3 times - would prefer to pay when booked room on website

Pros: Just the convience and the comfort.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6,0
Pros: Hotel and room suitable for purpose of the stay
Cons: Dissapointed for thelikes of airport travellers as there was no shuttle bus to and from airport the extra 6 pounds taxi fare each way to the airport made cost of staying less attractive, this extra was not clear on web site.also the quality and value for money in the bistro we thought was very poor.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent room with good temperature control, comfortable bed, modern decor
Cons: Car parking charge £5. Shower curtain not positioned correctly so always wraps around the user, making showering very tiresome.
Good 7,3
Pros: Very good hotel with everything I needed. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!!
Cons: Only bad point is having to pay £5 per night for the car park so make sure you add this into your stay
Okay 5,6
Cons: A severe power cut cause choas for approx 4 hours. The foyer was cold as well as the bar. It was so cold in the morning that even the staff had to wear coats. Because of the quantity of people at the hotel, there was insufficient food available for breakfast.
Good 7,3

Pros: Convenient to airport.
Cons: Afternoon coffee and tea stupid expensive
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Room was clean and well-presented and bathroom came with nice toiletries and fluffy towels. Front desk staff were very helpful when we found we had left our toothbrushes behind they had toothbrushes to us within 5 minutes! Airport/train transport was quick and efficient.
Cons: Given its proximity to the airport it would be helpful to have in-room USB charging. We had left our plug converters with family and were unable to charge our phones/devices till we returned to the US.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Free shuttle to airport, close to train station, helpful staff
Cons: Need more outlets
Good 7,7
Pros: Good business hotel, warm and friendly staff, 5 mins from terminal
Cons: expensive wifi just because I didn't book direct - it's a standard feature thesedays to at least offer a free basic connection - Hilton: please accept that most customers will use price comparison sites out of convenience rather than booking direct.
Okay 5,3
Pros: Good shuttle to airport.
Cons: Service in the bar was poor. Wifi in room had weak/intermittent signal and was unusable.
Okay 4,5
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Old building, dusty room, no bottled water, kind of dumpy especially for a Hilton.
Good 6,0
Cons: Disappointed by the quality of the bed lower than the usual Hilton standard and the staff could have warned me about renovation work happening on my floor and offered to relocated me - overall a poor night sleep and an unwelcome wake up call.
Good 7,6
Pros: I liked the plentiful hot water and good toiletries. I enjoyed the quietness of the room. The airport "shuttle bus" service was EXCELLENT. It was prompt and courteous. HOWEVER - it would have been useful if I had been informed about the shuttle service when I made my reservation. There is NO information at the railway station and the hotel "hotline" phones are in disrepair which meant that I had to wander around quite late at night looking for information that would direct me to the HILTON .
Cons: The bathroom sink did NOT empty out - there was 'standing water' for a considerable length of time before it finally drained away. The bed mattress was not particularly comfortable and the skimpy bottom sheet kept pulling out of place - it needs to be a fitted sheet. The TV instructions were a little confusing - I never did figure out the "Morning wake-up call" system.
Okay 5,7
Pros: The proximity of the hotel to the airport, the free shuttle service, the price offered via the web site
Cons: The cracked basin in the bathroom, and the hole in the carpet in the room.
Good 7,0
Pros: Excellent
Cons: Even though you can see the hotel from the Airport terminal, it is difficult to walk to as there are some roads in the way which are difficult to cross. In the evening you must ring the hotel for the shuttle to fetch you. Difficult if you do not have a mobile.
Good 6,0
Pros: Easy access from motorway network. Easy parking and very helpful staff. I've stayed twice and would definitely stay again.
Cons: The food at dinner was inconsistent . For example one starter was wrong and the fruit salad was low quality and terribly presented. On the other hand main courses were good - inconsistent for a brand of Hilton's reputation.
Good 6,3
Pros: Good hotel, quiet and restaurant on site. Staff were efficient and pleasant. Would stay again.
Cons: No complaints
Good 7,0
Pros: Close proximity to the Manchester airport. 24 hour shuttle service to airport.
Cons: The hotel had no record of our reservation, but the situation was handled well and rectified.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: very convenient for manchester airport, very comfortable, helpful and friendly staff and good breakfast

Okay 4,0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: the rooms were of not as high standard as expected. they could do with modernising. we also felt that the restuarant was overpriced for the quality of food served.
Good 7,6
Pros: staff so helpfull .i was tierd after a long flight..the check in staff and courtasy bus to hillton was great .thank you hillton
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6,4
Pros: Courtesy bus service to airport was very helpful as although hotel close to airport it was my first trip to Manchester and I did not know where I was going
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4,0
Pros: The complementary chocolates
Cons: Requested a wheelchair accessible room online, when I checked in was told that hotel did not have any, was given a room that was very nice but the bathroom/bedside lights did not work & there was no hot water. Also, I requested a bath, there was only a shower that I was unable to use from my wheelchair. On a previous visit I used the courtesy shuttle bus with a wheelchair ramp to/from the airport. When I did the same this time was told that shuttle bus was no longer available & hadn't been replaced. This hotel is not wheelchair friendly

Pros: I was welcomed warmly and assisted with my luggage. My room was charmingly furnished and decorated. I had a tasty meal at the restaurant and a nice hot shower with good water pressure. It was just the sort of place I like and the price was good. The location near the airport was perfect for my needs. A word of caution, the room was smallish, no AC but a fan made the room comfortable. I had a standard double bed which was perfectly fine. If you are looking for a large, luxurious room, a bed the size of a football field and all of the amenities that seem to be considered standard, this place is not for you. If you like old world charm at a reasonable price, Etrop Grange fits the bill. I'd stay here again.
Good 6,5
Pros: location to the airport and the front desk staff were excellant
Cons: strange layout of halllways, awkward and small shower, very uncomfortable bed, very small room, poor pillows
Excellent 10,0
Pros: good service airport shuttle
Cons: 0
Okay 4,5
Cons: The staff was arrogant and unhelpful. The facilities are run-down with age.
Good 7,7
Pros: Very good functional room sensibly designed and furnished and warmly welcoming.
Cons: My wife and I genuinely liked everything.
Okay 4,7
Pros: Clean ,functional. Food ok. Sadly there is not alot of competition in the area..
Cons: The newspaper was delivered late - just as I was leaving. Checking out was slow. No offer to help with bags or to be shown to the room
Good 7,3
Pros: Room was very nice
Cons: Room service breakfast didn't arrive.
Good 7,7
Pros: We particularly like the exceptionally pleasant helpful staff, We regularly use the hotel prior to flying from the airport, but it is far superior to most airport hotels and gives you the feeling of a comfortable country house hotel., totally divorced from the cattle holding pens in the airport!!!!
Good 6,3
Pros: The convenience and friendly staff.
Cons: nothing
Okay 5,2
Pros: The best was that the hotel was close to the airport but was not a typical "airport hotel" but an nice and comfortable mansion-type hotel.
Cons: Restaurant could be better: stiff prices and a very small menue to choose from. Very slow service as well.
Okay 5,6
Pros: Comfortable room, good van service
Cons: There was no abililty to print out boarding passes. We had to go to another hotel to log in to ba.com so that we could check in on-line.
Good 7,2
Pros: Comfort, cleanliness and convenience to the airport.
Cons: Poor dining room service. Long wait to be served. Requested wake-up call was never received.

Good 7,7
Pros: The staff in reception - both afternoon and evening - were exceptional.
Cons: Nothing.
Okay 5,7
Pros: The location of the hotel was very nice. With two different restaurants to choose from (Thai and standard pub food). The breakfast is one of the best for me as for that price not even one in Hilton gets similar.
Cons: One of the windows (double glazed) was not closing very well so a bit of noise could be heard during the stay. But could sleep well anyway as the hotel wasn't busy nor noisy and it was Saturday night.
Good 6,7
Pros: confortable frendly good access to eating place
Okay 5,0
Pros: The rooms were comfortable and the staff were nice. Having a pub next door was good.
Cons: I was overcharged. I was quoted 55 gbp on the website but charged 78 gbp. Also it cost 20 gbp for a black cab from Manchester airport which adds 40 gbp to the room costs so it shouldn't classify itself as an airport hotel.
Good 6,0
Pros: Location, the adjacent Thai restaurant
Cons: Noise from the adjacent bar on weekend nights, breakfast was not included in the price as was promised when reserving the room
Excellent 8,0

Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: After booking my room got there and was told there wasn’t a room for me I had to sleep in a meeting room on a camp bed didn’t even get offered anything as a token gesture would never use this hotel again
Good 6,7
Pros: The food of the restaurant was excellent and he room was very clean.
Cons: I think that the reception must be more carefull with the payments.
Good 7,3
Pros: I thought £50 for a Saturday night was a fair price to pay, and the price is what made us choose the hotel over others in the area. The room was nicely furnished and clean.
Cons: The housekeeper wanted to clean our room half an hour before we were due to check out which was a bit annoying since we had paid for the room until 11am. The reception desk seemed to be very busy all the time, during check in, when we wanted to book a taxi later on, and the following morning at check out there were long queues. The bathroom, although clean, was very small.
