Cons (-) Disappointed by the quality of the bed lower than the usual Hilton standard and the staff could have warned me about renovation work happening on my floor and offered to relocated me - overall a poor night sleep and an unwelcome wake up call.

Cons (-) expensive wifi just because I didn't book direct - it's a standard feature thesedays to at least offer a free basic connection - Hilton: please accept that most customers will use price comparison sites out of convenience rather than booking direct.
