What is upsetting is that even though I asked for a quiet room and they probably thought my room would be quiet tucked away as it was they fail to realise that a room near the exit door to the stairs to the gym and the door to staff only, is hardly a quiet room since the door bangs every time someone goes through it and this can happen at all hours. my room was 9.23. What is it that is difficult to understand about a quiet room and the need for a good night's sleep. Put you in rooms opposite the lift or by these types of doors !! ?. Do they know their own hotel or is it that you dont care. And this cost almost 100 per night.
In the City
Comfortable, relaxing , welcoming . The breakfast buffet was great and loved the Jaffa cakes .
The changing rooms were amazing but felt the steps to the pool was not ideal for less able people and pool needed bit of attention . Perhaps think about putting biscuits in the room .
It was fantastic couldn’t fault it will recommend it to friends & family.
Couldn’t think of anything.
The location is in a prime spot. Local to the docklands. Near to local pubs and clubs.
The front of house staff didn't show any interest in the issues that were being communicated to them. They seemed to blame others for the issues that arose.
