Unhappy to book a room for 3 but they only had a double
The hotel is in a prime location, the breakfast was fantastic
Although we booked a room for 3 people we were told only a double was available and they squeezed a small camp bed in. We were there to celebrate my sons 16th birthday and that was a shame.
Great location and lovely staff
I liked the location and friendliness of the team. I liked the rooms which had a good view, could be blacked out for a deep sleep and were very sound proof!
I didn't like a vague whiff of drains in the reception lobby
The room was very basic, and for some reason although there was only two of us, they had made another camp bed type thing up, which took up a lot of room, leaving very limited space to move around the room when getting ready for our evening out!
i had a very enjoyable stay here great location great service and great value
we went to a concert at the echo arena and this hotel could not have been more covienient
the pillows weren't very compfortable
central location, easy parking.
we thought the hotel was great and staff really helpful and pleasant and would definatley stay again. and recommend to others,
All the staff were very helpful and welcoming
No food (even sandwiches) available after 10.00pm. At the bar, plenty of alcohol available, but the coffee/hot chocolate machine was switched off at 10.00pm. No choice of teas in the room.
the rooms were very clean
Lack of character
The bar and restaurant areas were lovely and the service was excellent.
New hotel, ideal location (near the dock etc), nice and comfy rooms
There were some teething problems with a new hotel. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night twice on our 1st night. On 2nd night, no hot water. it was disappointing that the staff in the hotel wasn't able to tell us how long it would take to fix the problem.
