When I booked with you all the description said "Unlimited Kilometers" But when I got to the rental car place they said they would not honor that. They tried to charge me another fifteen dollars and change PER day for miles over 150. This is very dissatisfying, they said that it is because Kayak is a third party... It is really disappointing that your listing was wrong and the rental was going to be over three times the price I paid on your website. What rental car? I was never picked up at the airport and never got a rental car from Economy. I waited a full hour and nobody showed up to drive me to their off-site location, although that was not initially disclosed. I called them and they knew I was there waiting but the agent was rude and dismissive. I will NEVER rent a car from Economy again nor use any travel site (like Kayak) that sells any rental services from them. I was left on my own in a rough part of the enormous and busy Orlando airport as the sun was setting and night was coming on, a serious threat to my safety. I wondered if this was a scam to get people to prepay without delivering an actual service. Economy and Kayak both should be ashamed for treating a customer this way. I ended up having to pay for Uber to get me to my ultimate destination and then had to rent a car from there.Reviewed Feb 15 2024

The rental we were given was not the same category as reserved. They did not have anything else to give us. The apple car play did not work and no one knew how to fix it.
