After booking, when I got to the enterprise location to pick up my car. I was told there was no car for me because I was a little past my pickup time. No options were provided other than to "take a card and call us tomorrow if you still need a car". If I still need a car? PatheticReviewed Feb 24 2026

Was unable to pick up car as I was informed days before the trip that the off site rental location closed at 2:00 pm on Saturday that we arrived and was closed entirely on Sunday. Ended up using Uber and saved over a thousand dollars.Reviewed Jan 15 2025

The line to check out the car took forever. They were doing the best they could but seemed very understaffed. Dropping off the car was fine after hours and the key box drop process worked well.Reviewed Aug 9 2024
