Pros: We spent a night here after visiting the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The complimentary happy hour dinner and breakfast here is very good! No need to wander out and eat at one of the nearby restaurants. Very comfortable room, surprised there were no movie channel offerings (Showtime, etc). Not a valet parking fan, but this is all that is available and it is $27.00 ( we saved $10.00 off this price by becoming a Drury Inn member). Still a good deal, I have never stayed in a Drury location and not been very satisfied!

Pros: The Included Hot Breakfast was elaborate and superb - Biscuit n gravy; pancakes, waffle, eggs, sausage, pastries/fruits, wide variety of cereal, oatmeal, grits was all fresh. Staff was very attentive. The 3 complimentary beverage per person (alcoholic too) in the evening and the snacks which was almost a full dinner spread from tortilla, rice n beans and chicken; taco stations, soups, salads, popcorns - this was more than a value for money hotel stay.

Pros: Phenomenal experience! We attended a conference at a nearby hotel, but stayed at the Drury. We definitely made the right choice. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was wonderful. Breakfast and appetizers (aka dinner) and drinks were provided. We even had popcorn as an evening treat! I have nothing but praise for this hotel. This was my best experience at a hotel in my entire life!

Dury's Plaza is great value for money, located in downtown (but far enough away to be quite at night) ambiance, cleanliness, comfort and location are all excellent, great restaurants, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and stadiums all within walking distance. Breakfast (hot and cold buffet) and 3 free alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, spirits along with enough snacks to provide an evening meal. (hot dogs,jacket potatoes,nachos,pasta,salads and more all free of charge) What's not to like about this hotel absolutely nothing.I will definitely return

Pros: We've stayed here at least 10 times, and in the beginning we loved it, but the last several times, it seemed a bit down at the heels, and our most recent stay definitely confirmed this. We always choose Kimpton because of the pet friendly policy, but this time our (pet-friendly) room was really dirty, with black dog hair all over. As pet owners ourselves, we're pretty sympathetic to this challenge, but the room was really filthy. When we tactfully noted this, the front desk staff answered that they'd "clean it better next time." The bathroom was poorly maintained, with a leaking shower that made the whole room wet, and the grout was all stained. Finally, breakfast was mediocre and took forever; 35 minutes for a plate of eggs. It was a much less pleasant experience than when we started coming here 3-4 years ago.

Cons: There was a big wet spot on the carpet in our room which made me wonder if an animal had an accident in the room which was a little gross. But it didn't smell so clearly they'd cleaned the rug, which was great. The shower spray is quite powerful and the entire floor gets wet because of the very cool looking but not practical glass wall. The noise was a bit much coming from the housekeeping closet and other guests leaving rooms at about 7:30/8 in the morning, so i wish the insulation were a little better

Housekeeping failed to come to our room during the day - I had to go to the desk just to get towels. The restaurant was ok, but the cheese plate was really puny, especially for the price.

Cons: The room we were given was on the second floor. It had one small window and didn't have much supplemental light to offer so it felt like we were in a basement. Additionally, it was at the back of the hotel, up against an alley. At 4:30AM there was a truck picking up/dropping off things that made an incredible amount of noise.

The drivers were friendly and talked with me like we were best friends. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Traveling away from family can feel lonely and isolating, but my needs and comforts were antcipated and expectations exceeded. The room was very comfortable and clean. I will come back here next time I am in town. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Cons: Just to give this context, I stay in about 60-70 hotels per year. This is THE worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Ever. The doors all around you on your floor slam so loud almost non-stop between 7am and midnight or later. It was so stressful as you can’t work, relax or sleep much. my first night of two, the door slamming didn’t stop until 2am. As I only got three hours of sleep as a result, I tried to take a nap later that day but again the doors from adjacent rooms kept slamming over and over so I just reconciled to getting two sleepless nights.

Cons: Said room would be ready at 3 got to hotel at 4 room wasn’t done till 5:15 told us to just sit in lobby and wait till she could get room cleaned. Was also told free parking when I called 4 days earlier . It was 20.00 per night to park would of been cheaper to park across the street! Just think when pay almost 180.00 a night for a room should be able to park for free.

Cons: The bathroom door stuck and was loud. Parking was expensive, with options at $24 or $26 (valet). The hotel restaurant was expensive even by hotel standards, so we decided to eat elsewhere.

Cons: My entire intent on booking this room was having a large marble bath; was nothing of the sort and never got my two hour soaking bath. Instead it was a standard shallow bath tub and a repainted tub at that. Nothing luxurious here and no marble insight.

Cons: It appears the management and staff cant keep up with the maintenance required for a historic and property of this size (almost 500 rooms). The front desk staff member names Stephanie should not be in her current role and should receive additional training on guest service and what it should look like.

Cons: No outlets to plug anything by beds had to get them to bring extension cord up run from other side of room and add an another cord with outlets to that so we could use our cpap machines. I have pictures if you want with cord across room. Lamps and dresser where from the 60s or 70s very old looked bad. Coffee maker put under a nightstand between beds was not clean dust on it. Drapes and bed dressing from the 70s also.

Cons: The interior definitely needs some upgrades, but don't let that deter you. The lobby, etc. is beautiful though negates by the worn out carpet and other features needed a quick update. The room was a bit small, but was just what we needed and was clean.

Cons: Bathroom was like a closet. Elevator barely fit my wheelchair. Door jam to our room was loose. Dingey colors in the room not cheery and pleasant at all. Will be my last time at a Comfort Inn.

Cons: The front desk staff is very rude! I will NEVER EVER use this hotel for any future business trips to Cleveland. Upon my arrival the front desk rep said my booking on booking.com was cancelled; which was a lie. She charged me their rate even though I showed her that my booking was not cancelled. She insisted that the booking was cancelled on her end. She didn't offer any extra help in trying to fix it, her attitude was disgusting. The manager in the morning assured me that due to my experience she would credit me for parking. Guess what! she NEVER did keep her word. This hotel is more like a motel! Other guest having loud conversations in the hallway and going to the vending machines half naked. All management has to say is they are so sorry! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
