Pros (+) We had lunch in their restaurant and I had an amazing beet salad.
Cons (-) I am a Gold Level SPG member. This got me nada. No welcoming gift, no upgrade, no internet access, no late check out, nothing. I have been treated much better at other Westin's.

Pros (+) The room was clean, we were put on a high floor with a great view. The staff was excellent. I guess I'm just too picky about the cons.
Cons (-) I'm a stickler for good service and the Westin did exactly what they were required to, but nothing more. For example, I asked for a fruit platter & champagne to be put in the room. It was my husband's birthday and it sucked we were stuck in a hotel after a business trip, so I wanted to make it a bit more exciting.
