Location was convenient to Progressive Field and major highways however this hotel went “cashless” some time ago and some of their policies are just plain irritating. I was there for 11 days and had to do wash the first weekend. They have a washer & dryer on the 2nd floor bit it only takes quarters. No change machine! Had to “press” the manager to find out the keep a stash of quarters in the back....

Pros (+) Within walking distance to Quicken Loans Arena. Which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Friendly staff, breeze to check in & out. Had a shuttle that would also drop you off & pick you up from the downtown area.
Cons (-) Beds were too soft & some of the furniture & fixtures were showing some wear.

Pros (+) Room booked via kayak was not room given upon checkin. Air conditioning did not work. Hotel charged my card $25 fee without authorization or advisement. When I called to inquire I was advised it was displayed at the counter. I told the woman that the man never said a word to me about it, regardless of whether it was displayed or not I should still be advised at the time he took my card. She refuse...
