Cons: The valet parking left our car running for 30 minutes outside the hotel when the attendant went on break just after we arrived. They only moved it and shut it off when we alerted them om the way out after checking in to our room.

Cons: I paid for a booking for my sister and mother (who live in the Cleveland area) to take my children (who were visiting from California) to stay here while I was out of the country. When they showed up to the Drury Plaza they were denied entry to the room because they hadn't received the email confirmation through booking.com. How difficult would it have been to let someone with the same last name who showed up asking for a confirmed and paid reservation into the room? Why wasn't the Drury Plaza staff willing to work with my mother and sister (who couldn't reach me as I was out of the country without phone service)? My conclusion - staff at the Drury Plaza are unhelpful and uninterested in providing satisfactory customer service. Lost opportunity for a planned fun experience for my kids and family, $198.04 lost for me. I'll never book here again!

Cons: The tv in our room had a little glitch to it. Easy to ignore. Also the towel holder was on the opposite side of the door that opened the shower. If you’re staying alone I would hope you notice before you get in the shower. The shower was beautiful though! Comfortable stay.

Cons: The staff was terrific. However, there was no coffee maker in the room. Though there was a refrigerator, it was filled like a mini-bar and so difficult to put anything of ours in as well. The shower was bizarre, with a half glass wall and half completely open, allowing the shower spray to spill onto the floor. No breakfast included, parking cost average for a big city.

Cons: For personal reasons, we had to pay for $100 for incidentals and parking with cash. That wasn’t the problem. The cash was treated like it was counterfeit. We were treated like we were trying to skipped out on the room. The room was paid for when we arrived. It was a overnight stay. We were going out that night, it was a hassle to receive our car. Then when we’re checking out, we had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be inspected. So, for this treatment we will never stay or recommend this hotel.

Cons: We were supposed to text if we needed anything. We asked for extra blankets. We had to text several times and every time someone promised to bring them, however nothing happened. After waiting for over 45 minutes, my husband had to go to the reception and wait another 20 minutes to get the blankets. We got them by midnight... Pretty ridiculous. Hot tub wasn’t working. The room didn’t have an extra pillow for the pullout bed. Next time we will look for a different hotel

Cons: Washroom was a bit small and the tub was not properly cleaned. The comforter was a little dirty and had visible stains (this could have been cleaned a lot better). There was a large hole in the wall near the ceiling in the bathroom and the smoke detector in the bedroom had a large gap and hole behind it. The room could have used a little more updating, but it was lovely overall. The staff were mostly friendly, though we did have an issue at breakfast with the server not coming to us once and ignored us the entire time, the hostess was kind enough to help us with everything we needed. The return shuttle wasn't a great experience - when we called for a shuttle to come and pick us up, we were told they would be there in 10 minutes or less and we ended up waiting in the cold for almost 25 minutes (would have rather just walked back) and then the driver didn't once acknowledge us and he spent the ride back on a personal phone call. Great location, and bar downstairs was lovely.
