Pros: The service was amazing. Every night, we returned to a room with chocolates or pralines, water and robes laid out for us. The view from both sides of the hotel was incredible and the location was great- only around 10 to 15 minute walk from Café du Monde.

Pros: The room was large and comfortable. We were there for a sisters weekend get away

10,0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the service was exceptional by everyone from the doormen, check in, housekeeping, coffee shop and so many others. I celebrated my birthday with friends and family and will forever cherish my memories of our stay!
Cons: There was nothing unpleasant about my stay. Everything was fabulous!!
7,1 Good
Pros: Beautiful property and room was awesome — great views, pool, holiday decorations. The valets were great.
Cons: We had to repeatedly ask for very basic stuff like towels, soap, a coffee maker and sheets for the pull out bed for our son. Usually recieved some attitude and slow response from the staff. Housekeeping unexpectedly rang the bell at 9:45pm and woke up my son and husband. Disappointing for what we expected at a 4 star hotel. The valet parking is very convenient but such a steep price. I think they were overwhelmed over the Christmas holiday as I can see all other reviews are very good. We will likely stay somewhere else next time though.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location is great, very friendly staffs.
Cons: Very dated n noisy furnace system that we couldn’t sleep.

Pros: Great hotel: 2 blocks from Canal, 3 blocks Bourbon; hot/cold breakfast. In the evening: 3 free complimentary alcoholic drinks per guest, baked potatoes, hot dogs and pasta. Friendly staff, pool, fitness center, wi-fi, frig & micro in room. Def going back
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was a great size and layout, especially when compared to so many other properties in NO. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and a great size; the shower very nice. The daily breakfast which was included in the rate was incredible; the hot and cold buffet far exceeded anything we expected. We would have paid over $100.00 elsewhere for a breakfast like this for our family of four. The hotel also offered a daily "happy hour" in the early evening which we were not expecting. Happy hour included a few free cocktails as well as enough casual fare to serve as dinner. The hotel location was fantastic!! It was close enough for us to walk everywhere but just far enough away for us to get a great night's sleep! The hotel welcomed our puppy, always a bonus!! We looked at many properties before choosing the Drury, we're confident we made the right decision.
Cons: I am gluten free and it would have been great to have a couple gluten free grain options offered on the breakfast buffet. The room was fantastic though a second sink in the bathroom would have been great for a family room.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Wifi didn't work in courtyard
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful. Professional. Delightful. Made us feel so welcome and pampered.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, we had a straight, short walk to Bourbon St and far enough away to sleep great at night. Staff at this hotel is amazing...very knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. Accommodations were great. Bed was comfy, hotel was clean, bathroom layout was good. The evening snack and drinks were great! It was more like a meal and very refreshing to stay in and enjoy on a rainy, cold night instead of hunting for a restaurant in an unfamiliar city. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely stay here again and recommend also.
Cons: Nothing could be better that I can think of, maybe more of a variety of pillows...they were all too soft, but I slept well.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed the stay.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality was excellent and management and staff was exceptional. It was one of the most economical hotel that I have every stayed and I have stayed in hotel all over the world. One other plus you’re able to get in room at 11:00 am in the morning, instead of 3:00 pm in the afternoon. Fabulous value for money and marvelous place to stay. I will give for stars.

Cons: I didn’t like that I had to pay an additional $50 on arrival at the hotel! $200 is way to much for this hotel! Learned my lesson!
9,2 Excellent

4,0 Okay
Pros: Location and comfortable room
Cons: Service was generally poor. Requests were not done without asking twice. Christmas brunch was poor both in quality and service.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The Christmas decorations were great as usual. The hotel was very clean.
Cons: The shower was installed by a person that doesn't take showers. The shower head could not be positioned above your head. I sprayed horizontally and as a result soaked every thing. The check in for the rest of our wedding party was totally screwed up and took forever because the staff had the names misspelled on your reservation. The booking company had it right. Also the rooms that were to be available at 3PM were not ready until 5:15PM delayed the group from enjoying cocktails prior to proceeding to the wedding reception. The excuse was that the hotel had 500 rooms and the staff wasn't able to get them ready. I also had the same excuse when our room was not attended to until 3PM and the excuse was that the hotel had 500 rooms. Hire more people management!!!!!!! You are a purportedly 5 star hotel and have fallen from grace to a mediocre 2 star. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and they are proud of their reputation and work diligently to keep it. You have long lost it.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific location and great staff. Very comfortable rooms.
Cons: Very small bathroom.
6,0 Good
Pros: Property is beautiful and had a decorated hallway for Christmas. It is centrally located.
Cons: For a luxury hotel, the service was not great. We waited for an hour for a few plates and cutlery and on Christmas night (when most restaurants in the city are closed), room service wait time was 2 hours. Other room service orders also took a while. Service at the coffee shop was fairly slow. I wouldn't stay again, because for the price, the service was not up to standard. In addition, the bathroom was fairly small.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The building is historical. Good location with walking distance to French Quarter.
Cons: The hotel is poorly managed. Staffs are smiling but you can feel the distances. They make zero effort to listen to my questions. Amenities are very in poor shape. Room facilities are old without maintenance. Room service is the worst I have had in my entire life. It was served almost 45 minutes. Meat slice in the middle of sandwich were dry and hard. It seemed to be left forgotten in the heater for too long. It’s a shame to have the name of Waldorf Hotel.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location.
Cons: valet sign advertised Roosevelt Parking though it was a 3rd party unaffiliated parking garage. Check in staff was very short during check-in, left the desk feeling a bit of an inconvenience. Our room did not have much of a view (luck of the draw).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Roosevelt is decorated for Christmas in the most beautiful fahion! However, if crowds are not what you're looking for, you may want to rethink staying here at Christmas. We thought it was GRAND!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love the history. Loved the upgrades to the hotel without sacrificing the historic feel. The location is great.
Cons: Having to use the key for the elevator is a bit confusing, but I can understand why they do it.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed on Christmas day and the hotel was beautifully decorated.
Cons: The beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Pros: Great location, good value. Beautiful old building. Relaxed, friendly staff. Very quiet, surprisingly considering it’s metres from Bourbon Street. Highly recommend.
Cons: A restaurant or food menu would be good. They only serve breakfast. There are many beautiful restaurants surrounding, but travelling with kids sometimes you just want to eat something simple in the room. I ordered Uber eats for the children so no real problem.

Pros: Location was great and breakfast was fantastic!

The beds are extremely comfortable and the temperature in the rooms effectively controlled. The bathroom was integrated in the room so there is no need to go out into the corridor. Pros: Location and kindness from the valet parking team.
Cons: During the night, a woman down the hall was screaming and police came. We were petrified and felt extremely unsafe and seriously considered packing up and leaving during the night. But we had nowhere to go and so we were stuck. Upon checkout, the receptionist dismissed my concerns and left me feeling belittled and embarrassed for even raising our worries. It was not the night screaming but the dismissive treatment I received on checkout and unwillingness of this lady to do anything whatsoever to address the matter. We did not feel safe staying here and regrettably, won’t be staying here again.

Pros: The hotel was very nice and a great location for the convention center.
Cons: My reservation only had two nights instead of three. It took an hour+ to get that corrected. The desk person was not helpful or friendly in the beginning. He said I should have booked directly with the hotel. Once that was corrected everything was fine except the key card was programmed for only two nights. After a long tiring drive it was not pleasant to get the mistake corrected. I was afraid of a mistake so I had contacted the hotel a week before my visit to get their reservation number. It's a good thing I did because no reservation could be found. Once I gave him the hotel reservation number he found my reservation. The problem was it was only two nights. So I don't know whether I will use B again because of the problems.

Cons: I did not like the process of checking in. It started with a message stating my room would be canceled if i did not return call by 7:30 pm at that time i was in the sky flying to New Orleans. The hotel was trying process the payment. And no informed of me of this. Do the card on file was not going to be my payment. Once I landed I called and gave a new card and it was billed for one night. Then I arrived at the hotel and hey processed another payment. Then Saturday night a third payment was processed. And on Tuesday the following week the whole amount of the room was deducted for 382 and some change. Leaving my account with a hold of 800 on my account while I was at sea. This created such a mess in my account.

Pros: The room
Cons: I was charged twice for this room. I had already prepaid apparently and when I arrived the hotel would not let me check in without paying. At this point, I have paid $--- for a one night stay at this hotel. Still haven’t heard back.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: A very comfortable room, nice beds, lots of space. We loved the free breakfast and it is nice of them to add some variety every day. The hotel is a walking distance from the Canal street, so we were able to get everywhere by foot. The price beats any cons though. Family friendly!
Cons: Breakfast can get VERY crowdy: Try to get there before 8 am. The swimming pool is outside and not heated, so no one is using it. Our room was overlooking the convention center construction.

Pros: The location was great and the open balcony to the courtyard was so nice. Loved the jazz playing quietly in the background. Bed was comfortable, though a bit short for taller folks.
Cons: The bathroom had child's toothpaste smeared on the wall right by the light switch. Not sure how the hotel staff didn't see that to clean it. Then there was a fruit loop on the floor behind the door, so that is all you see while on the toilet.

Pros: The pool was perfect!! The location was wonderful!!
Cons: The showers took some getting used to
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location was ok .
Cons: Location was ok staff rude and inconsiderate of customers. Elevator was not working so we had to either use the stairs of 4 flights and or the service elevator. Beds were too small. The sun decks with wall too high to see street below. Never again.

Pros: This place has a lot of character and is in a great location. It's just a block from the St. Charles streetcar, which can take you either to Garden District or French Quarter directions. The staff were very helpfuf and flexible.
Cons: Like many places in New Orleans, the surrounding area is a little sketchy.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great establishment with the most attentive staff. The staff made our stay an unforgetable one with good knowledge of the area for suggestions on where to go. Also the breakfast is out of this world good. Highly recommended for their value and the location near restaurants, museums, breweries, bars and live entertainment.

Pros: Staff and food.
Cons: Room was way smaller than advertised. Lights in restroom stopped working. Water in bath takes 5 minutes to warm up.
6,0 Good
Pros: The homemade breakfast were always great, and the staff were very nice.
Cons: I did enjoy the hotel, it is older, but in has a lot of charm. What I did not appreciate were the dogs barking all night in the Room below us. At one point, You could hear the dogs right on our door. I tried calling the manager a couple times, but after 9:00 p.m. no one is add the front desk.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Convenient, quirky, full of character
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place, so nice and cosy, the people working there are helpful and so nice, excellent beakfast !
7,0 Good
Pros: Nice looking hotel with stylish room, great breakfast and nice personal. Quarter was 30 minutes by walk to Bourbon street.
Cons: 1/3 of floor in our room was sticky, toilet was noisy because there was running water in it all the time, temperature of water in shower was changing by itself. Parking would be better with a fence around it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My partner and I went to New Orleans as we were both curious about Bourbon Street. Creole Gardens was within walking distance to the bus stop, trolley stop, and even Bourbon street if we were up for the walk. The staff were all super friendly and the room was gorgeous! We enjoyed our stay at the inn better than Bourbon Street! Much quieter and calmer at the inn and it was easy to relax. For breakfast it was great as they change up the menu. We happened to be there for the omelettes and I was able to try crawdads for the first time. YUMMY! This place is stellar!
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is a lack of elevator to the second floor. This normally isn't an issue, but I was having difficulties at the time with my knee. Despite this fact, I would definitely stay again - even on the second floor with a bad knee. This place is a slice of heaven with the true historic architecture of the entire building.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the unique look of the hotel. Very authentic for New Orleans.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I stayed at Creole Garden B&B for a weekend getaway. I immediately fell in love with the charming atmosphere. Even though we arrived late Joe was gracious enough to welcome us and show us around. The ladies working there are so intriguing and everyone was very friendly. I expected the traditional continental breakfast, but instead it was something I would have received from my grandmother as a child (Real eggs no powder, pancakes, ham, grits, toast, etc)! The location was conveniently located a block away from the trolley and an array of restaurants. This will be my top choice from now on when staying in New Orleans.
