Cons: Stained carpet
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Loved the suites with the room separation. This worked out nicely when I had to work late a few nights after my husband went to bed. Loved the tv swivel and loft feel. The restaurant below was 5 star. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great overall vibe.
Cons: The bathroom not having a second sink and privacy door between toilet and the rest of large bathroom with shower/tub and closet area. The bathtub was really nice but to closed in. Didn’t care for the placement so never used it.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and it's in a great location. The bathrooms and rooms are very nice and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: The hotel itself is frustrating. The AC in my room went out twice. If you plan on eating at the hotel bring a hefty checkbook or go out to the city to eat because there's absolutely no value here.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything we encountered at the Park Hyatt in DC was spectacular. From the Valet Team upon arrival to check-in to the restaurant staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Parking lot as pricey, but you are in DC so that is to be expected. The food at the restaurant was great, the drinks were strong, the showers were hot and the rooms were spotless. We had a junior suite which was amazing. Huge shower and tub, sitting room, and a giant king size bed. Bluetooth stereo, central lighting panels and HVAC controls next to the bed made it a wonderful experience. Stay without hesitation if our experience is the norm.
Cons: Everything was great.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room set up with a large table for dinning. Great shower and toiletries. Excellent hotel restaurant.

1,0 Poor
Pros: Front desk staff was reasonably friendly during check-in.
Cons: This hotel was filthy and run down! Definitely not a three star hotel. And it is located closer to Elkridge then it is Hanover. I feel ripped off getting this hotel as a three star hotel when it was not. Awful stay!

Pros: I like how this hotel was quiet, nice, and close to night life in DuPont Circle. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel even provided a little sleep mask.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The best customer service I have ever had! The Penthouse suite was exquisite!!
Cons: Couldn’t get the tv over the tub to work
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful. Great place for family.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and location and general availability of staff was great. Bar tenders were awesome. The design concept was great and the balcony of the hotel room, complete with space heater, was warm enough to sit outside on a cold January night!
Cons: The Shower was TERRIBLE! Like, so bad on the last day we waited until we got home to shower. We called maintenance about it and they tried to help but there wasn't much they could do, seems to be a bigger problem. Water too cold and NO pressure. The "open" design concept of the bathroom (no shower door) meant that when your shower was on, the toilet and the entire floor was going to be wet and added to the cold problem by not being able to close a shower door. The only other downside to the hotel was a strange layout to the room itself. The bathroom was smack in the middle of the living room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was lovely - clean, staff was efficient, great location. Really couldn't ask for more. I had dinner at the restaurant the night I arrived and it was fantastic!
10,0 Excellent

Cons: The shower was the worst, I'm so over these low-flow shower heads, the pressure seems to be getting worse and worse--even in high-end 4 & 5 star hotels. Small glass partition and no door on shower.

Pros: Staff
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved staying here!! The rooms were very spacious & clean! They had extra sheets and pillows just in case. The room seemed like an apartment with kitchen and living room. I liked that there were doors to separate the room from living room to have more privacy for the ones that stay on the sofa bed. The staff were really nice and polite! The had several choices for breakfast which was really good. We enjoyed the pool table that closed at 10pm which was understandable because it’s late but not too late.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Our overall experience was 9/10 because of the following things: - earlier check-in (~2 hrs before the check-in time) - reception staff - breakfast buffet & waiter/waitress - smooth check-out
Cons: No shaving kit was provided
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed having a hot breakfast each morning. The overall selection was good and plentiful. We liked having access to hot water and coffee at all times during the day! The evening reception was a nice surprise and served M-Th 5:00 to 7:00. Then hot cookies were served - nice touch! Great shuttle service to the Metro each day allowed us to not have a car!
Cons: Temperature of the food some mornings was just lukewarm. The powdered eggs were awful. We did not have a car and the first three evenings we had to walk to restaurants after walking all day in spite of asking at the front desk about a shuttle to another area. Would have been nice to have been told at that time about the dinner shuttle. Day 4, our shuttle driver told us about the van going to Shirlington at 5 in the evenings - nice to be able to ride to dinner and get picked up in a timely manner!!
7,5 Good
Pros: It was close to everything, the staff was very friendly.
Cons: No complaints

Pros: location
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, good location, free parking, tasty breakfast with lots of choices, most comfortable hotel bed I've had in years.
Cons: The housekeeping staff routinely parked carts where they were difficult to get around in the hallways and near the elevator doors. Walls were a little thin; I was awakened at 1:30 a.m. one night by conversation in the room next door.
6,7 Good
Pros: It was very convenient in proximity to places to eat and where I needed to be.
Cons: The breakfast was just okay this time around. I’ve stayed there before and found the food to have more variety, but for the price it was okay.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and beautiful room
Cons: Parking prices were not explained enough. Valet offered to take our car when we were unloading our bags; we assumed it was complimentary since they didn’t say anything. We were SHOCKED when we picked up our car the next day and were charged $70.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff, excluding bartender from the sports bar, were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated in the establishment. Even the guards were courteous and welcoming.
Cons: The room was not cleaned daily.
7,0 Good
Pros: Location was good and had places there to eat
Cons: Had to call a few times about room being cleaned and didn't get towels when had asked and had to call again about that as well.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: My room (#036) was pretty far away from the elevator.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The lobby was impressive
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is our go-to hotel in Washington. At times pricier than others, but we find times when it's more affordable and go then.
Cons: Still think the valet parking is a bit expensive, but I usually don't stay much longer than a few nights.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The price for the rooms is expensive for the service you get from the hotel. Part of The coffee machine has been missing since second day of my stay and the housekeeping never replaced it. Also they have been forgetting to put me the wooden spoon for the tea. I had only the first day. The staff at front disk are very tough and not friendly at all. Wifi is not free unless you call the helpdesk and ask for this. Dont recommend it at all
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great and spacious room
Cons: No self parking so the cost to park there is high
6,0 Good
Pros: The location was great... in the middle of everything and everywhere I needed to get to. Close to the National Mall, Metro stations, and good good and bars. Bartender at lobby bar was awesome.
Cons: It's too expensive for what it is. $60 for valet parking? Yikes. The room was nice, but just a normal room. Could have stayed at other hotels near by with as nice/nicer rooms for cheaper, but I'm pretty committed to the Marriott brand.
7,0 Good
Pros: Room was super clean and my bed was very comfy. Chose this cause of location no regrets. You get what you paid for here. I would recommend for short stay...in and out

Pros: Every staff member was so accommodating and genuinely wanted you to have a great stay. They did everything we asked with a big smile and we had such a great time.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Staff, location
Cons: Parking
7,0 Good
Pros: The front desk staff, concierge, and valets were wonderful -- very friendly and helpful. The location is really good, too.
Cons: The restaurant front end staff needs to learn customer service skills. There is a sign that clearly states "complimentary coffee", but we were rudely told "that's only on weekends" and "you can go to Starbucks down the street". Not what anyone would expect from a supposedly 4-star establishment.
1,0 Poor
Cons: I liked nothing . except the bar girl who was there the first two days. She was the only girl
10,0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best rooms I'have ever had. Shower was great! Very friendly employees.
Cons: No
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Check in was quick and smooth. The quality of food via room service was excellent. Staff surprised friend with a candlelit cake when we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday as well as New Years Eve. Comfy beds.
Cons: Who ever stayed in the room before set the alarm at the crack of dawn and we couldn’t get it to turn off, only snooze. Had to call the front desk to get an engineer to show us how to turn it off. I also didn’t like that the hotel did not allow us to request a late check out for 30-60 min with no charge. This huge convenience coming off our birthday/NYE celebrations and the nuisance of the clock alarm continuously going off. I left the hotel feeling rushed and not well rested which put a damper on the end of our stay. The self parking garage is also very tight. An arduous process to leave the garage.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, nice!
Cons: Parking cost more then it presented.

Pros: The staff was the best, and the room had great aesthetics,
Cons: The shower dispels too much water.

Pros: Location, 2 queen beds, staff
Cons: Smaller room sizes

Pros: The hotel was great and I don't mean to bash staff ratings but , worst night sleep ever at a hotel or motel. See below.

Pros: The room is contemporary, very spacious and clean. My family had a great time there.
Cons: The outdoor pool was dirty.
7,0 Good
Pros: i have stayed here for years... nice rooms and location for business in the area
Cons: paying exhorbitant $17.00/day for parking is getting old.. especially because the infrastructure ie; ticket machine is faulty and a hassle....plus parking in town is half the price...and this hotel is not in town...get rid of the parking fee
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, Quiet, close to all
Cons: Pay to park and non freezer type refrigerator
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Covenient,clean and courteous staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness of indoor pool and hot tub. And the courteous/professionalism of the hotel staff.
Cons: Being forced to pay an additional parking fee of $17. There is no other options.
5,1 Okay
Cons: $17 a night for parking in a DC suburb is ridiculous
9,0 Excellent
Cons: Coffee supplies were stingy. There was only one blanket in a room for 3 people.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room size & hotel amenities for the money. I will definitely stay there again!
Cons: Having to pay a hefty $17 for overnight parking was not fun...
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Had to pay 17 dollars a day for parking. Now, overall that is cheap, but the parking garage was large, and there was plenty of room. Parking should be free. If was not like there was limited space in the area. it is not downtown NYC.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: staff location
Cons: cleaning staff let cleaning supplies in the room when we checked in.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived late, near closing time for the kitchen. But the staff was friendly and the food was excellent. The breakfast crew, with Blanca and the other waitresses, was excellent. The room was very clean.
Cons: We paid for three days of WiFi. But almost every time we wanted to use it we soon noticed that we were no longer connected and had to re-establish who we were. This was frustrating and probably used a lot of "data" on our smartphone. If we sign up for something for three days it should NOT need constant renewal during that time period.

Cons: It was rather warm and the bedding was not as comfortable as we would have preferred.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: I didn’t like that my daughter had to get a new key at 2am because hotel key room did not work. One additional thing, the service in the Daily Grill was just ok. The waitress seemed to have difficulty with speaking English. Food was good however.

Pros: Very clean rooms, nice bar and restaurant down stairs. Comfortable beds, metro station is directly below hotel
Cons: No microwave, have to pay for parking?? Never seen that before, makes it not worth the stay. No pool, guess they turned it into an event center. Was confused why they charged my card 5 days after we left.

Pros: Convenient to the Metro and well priced. Good complimentary breakfast at Daily Grill as a Globalist. Very nice renovation - clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows.
