Everything is new, white and clean! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a walking distance from The White House. We walked back and forth to the National Mall without problems.
The complimentary WiFi goes down when everyone seems to be using it. If the hotel is not busy it works fine.
I liked everything that staff was more than helpful as I had a hard time being away from home they made me feel at home as much as possible
They were wonderful more than helpful
The location, that's it
I stayed 1 night in the hotel and I have to say that it is not worth the price I paid. The first room they gave me was noisy even when the booking.com website said the rooms were soundproof; they weren't. The room was also small and dirty so when I found someone else's hair in the toilet I requested a new room. I got a new room, bigger but still the cleanliness was not good at all. I found another hair with snot in the bathroom and so much dust around the room. To make it worse, I had a problem with the safe lock, as it worked once and then my stuff got stuck inside and then the safe made an annoying noise, apparently the batteries were dead so a security guy had to come and open it for me so in the end I decided not to use it. While I was complaining at the front desk I saw how other customers were offered a glass of champagne, one of the receptionists said "After you finish your check-in would you like a glass of champagne?" My answer was NO, because I didn't get offered one when I checked in. The staff in general weren't nice to me, probably because I am younger than the average people that stay at this hotel, or because I did my reservation through booking.com In general this has been the most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed in. Nothing really looks like the pictures and it is not worth the price.
Rooms were 'cosy' small and certainly not a 4 star establishment ,not sure how the hotel managed to get a 4 star rating
The customer service was exceptional really friendly & greeted us morning & evening, The concierge was amazing, came out onto the street to show us directions. The rooms large 2 double beds, perfect bathroom & most importantly it was spotless clean.
We asked to retain the room for 6 hours due to our flight being at 10.30pm we were told charge 50 dollars per hour cheaper if we had arranged another night after explaining we got charge 175 dollars this policy needs to be looked at doesn’t make an
