Pros (+) The hotel was operating with limited staff and facilities (restaurants closed, no valet parking) but the staff that were there were very friendly and professional.
Cons (-) Maintenance in the room could have been a little better. The blind wouldn’t close all the way and the faucet leaked onto the sink.

Pros (+) Great location, grade A service and the hotel itself is for the most part well kept.
Cons (-) The elevators were small and during “rush hour” it would take about 10 -15 minutes before finding an elevator that was open

Pros (+) We were in a suite and it was spacious and nicely furnished. Most staff were nice. Great having a Starbucks in the lobby. Nice central location.
Cons (-) The bathroom was small, especially the corner sink. There was no counter space. Front desk clerks were hit and miss. Some nice, some not. Concierge staff were great. The breakfast was OK, not great.

Pros (+) The actual hotel was clean and updated, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the actual stay was great. Nice little happy hour offered at the bar.
Cons (-) Valet parked my car for 1 night, and took it upon themselves to charge $50 to my credit card, plus a $17 convenience fee. No lot in the surrounding area exceeded $25 for overnight parking. I should have parked my own car. I feel that the hotel was nervy and rude to charge us double the going rate for parking - without notifying me. I felt taken advantage of, since we were already paying top dollar...
