Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the metro, making it convenient for both city and airport access. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. Breakfast received positive mentions for its quality, though a few guests noted it could be more varied. However, several reviewers were dissatisfied with the parking situation, citing high costs, confusing layout, and unclear charges. Despite these concerns, the positive aspects of location, service, breakfast, and cleanliness stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Staff, location
Cons (-) Parking
Pros (+) I appreciated the free WiFi! Great hotel. Very clean.
Pros (+) Loved the location. The staff was excellent as well. Will stay here again the next time I am in the area.
Pros (+) Location was great, just by metro. Room was very comfortable.
Cons (-) Service at the restaurant was lacking, although the food was ok once it arrived and they got the order right (i.e., no cheese/dairy). Saw evidence of bugs (i.e., dead one) by the kitchen entrance, but none alive. In general, given the hotel pricing for the food I wouldn't eat there again.
Pros (+) Room, breakfast, staff, near Metro, nice and clean.
Cons (-) Parking 32$ but good If you have parking lot
