The agent who checked me in was super rude and impolite he ruined the whole experience unlike the lady who checked me out was nice

Pros (+) - The room service staff are polite - Some of the receptionists are nice too - Water pressure in the head shower is good - offered us free wifi after calling - offered us 50% discount on parking

Pros (+) Location, customer service and very nice room. The location for my business trip is excellent. Great customer service exemplified by Gelila as I checked in as she was very helpful with a smile. Room was large and clean.

Pros (+) Nice looking hotel for a good price. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient as well.
Cons (-) The only minor hitch we had was they forgot to put washcloths in our room. It took a couple calls to the front desk before they made it up to our room, but it wasn't that big of a deal.
