Just money making business. This was my fourth journey with Qatar Airways, year by year the quality of service getting poor. Food is very cheap. They have some low quality alcohol beverages. They don’t have any brandy or cognac. No toilet around the gate lounge. We have to wait until getting to the flight for use toilet.very long standing for entering into the flight. We can see the old passenger suffering.

Polite and helpful crew. My son developed fever. Crew members came and gave him medication and also came and enquired about his health several times.

Overall good but staff in the place looked extremely tired after 8hrs in 14 hrs journey and then service was cut short and response time for calls increased in later part of flight. Food was ok not astonishing

In spite of placing requests for vegetarian food, I didn’t get it because they ran out of stock. According to crew, only fixed number of vegetarian orders will be carried. Typically, they should have checked and served those who had specifically requested. I was one of those to get the food last.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

some sections of airport are too cramped. The screening of luggage was twice and a huge hassle. They kept saying my boarding the for my next flight was in 10 minutes but were dragging the screening too long. having a 2 hour connecting time with this much delays in screenings is not good. They could see I was traveling with special needs kid yet I was" randomly chosen" to be personally screened again.

Qatar screwed up by delaying our onward journey for refueling, which resulted in missing our connecting flight to India. the airport qater staff at Doha, herded us like cattle in a very incohesive and uncoordinated way. We were then given 2 options: either catch our original flight the Next day ( After 24.hrs) or catch 2 flights instead , to goto our destination in India. All this, for paying a premium for Qatar.

This flight was packed and undercrewd! Service cart cam by twice on a 14 hour flight

Check-in staff were not very pleasing and sounded to be rude, even though I hold a platinum membership. The aircraft is brand new and good. As it's a short flight no other comments.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.

One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.

Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. Well worth the extra.

The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.

All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.

The seats are too cramped in that plane. If you’re above 1,80m consider alternatives or first class I guess… There were no emergency exits to seat somewhere with more legroom

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

Sky priority means you get to use the KLM business Lounge.

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

Flight canceled due to weather. Rescheduled flight canceled due to maintenance. I’m stuck!

Please please take consideration when setting cabin temperature. The vents were not functional and it was over 70 degrees in the cabin during the winter months when most people are used to much cooler indoor temperatures. I was down to my white t-shirt and the sweat pants I wore from Auckland to San Francisco and was sweating profusely and there was NO VENT!

Delays!!! Maintain your planes so your customers don’t have to sit on their assess for over an hour on the tarmac!! Also, United app is buggy. Videos did not load. Overall a miserable experience. Flight crew was awesome though.

I had very little time to change planes originally in Denver after my flight from Omaha. I had an hour and a half layover in Denver originally and my flight leaving Omaha was delayed an hour because they had to change a tire which I can understand. When I reached Denver my other flight was late, fortunately, but I still had only 10 minutes to run about a mile through the airport to get to my flight. Again, fortunately I am a healthy 71-year-old and was able to accomplish this feat. However, the stress was more than necessary to bear.

Less packaged foods in between meals Appreciated fruits cheese platters ice cream

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. Qatar airways has clean cabins and it looks like u r in business class

the headphone jack was damaged making it impossible to keep a clear sound. while it is beyond the airline's control how many children are on each flight, it becomes very difficult to enjoy the flight when there are 5 or 6 children all crying and screaming at the same time. I know there is no good solution at the industry level, but I think there are good reasons to try to develop some solutions rather than just say it is the luck of the draw. maybe you could show a seating map where children who are booked are a different color, that would allow us to know what to expect and possibly rebook to a different seat or take a different flight. maybe some of the covid-related ideas about redesigning the cabin for more privacy and hygiene could be further developed and tested. on my leg from London to Washington DC, the passenger next to us was coughing consistently for long periods of time. it was obvious she had been ill and knew it before boarding. this leads me to think we should consider additional screening measures because some of the public is no longer acting responsible or ethical in regards to covid and health protocols. just answering questions on a check-in survey does not seem sufficient to convince people to not fly when they are ill and symptomatic.

Overall, very good. It should be noted however there was a 1.5 hour delayed departure time for BA175.

Got away on time, comfortable flight. Landed into thick fog at Zurich with no concerns.

The wheel chair assistance experience at Heathrow during flight connection (from flight 118 from BLR to Heathrow to the flight from Heathrow to BOS) involved a long wait at the ground floor assistance desk at Terminal A. We had a long layover (6 hours) so it did not affect the onward journey, but we would have appreciated being able to go to the Business class lounge without having to wait over an hour at the Terminal A assistance desk.

Entertainment depends on on-board wifi (no seat monitors) but wifi was not functining

Chaotic boarding at JNB, last minute gate change with no announcements.

The crew and the overall in flight experience was great. However the connecting flight was delayed and none of the ground staff bothered to inform us as to why there was a delay

No onboard entertainment. Seats that did not recline and food for purchase only for a flight where we in seat for 5 hours.
