Cons: "No lounge in Philadelphia took my Priority Pass. On the flight, the woman in front of me threw her chair back without asking and almost had hot coffee all over me. When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."
Cons: "The ticketing agent told me I had a window seat, but in reality I had a middle seat! For a 14 hour flight, that’s a big difference! Highly disappointed when i got to the gate and the plane had no window seats available."
Pros: "Excellent customer service, from the check in process, to boarding, to flying 21 hours from Boston to Phuket with infant- we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful as we traveled with our 7 month old a lot g distance."

Cons: "I asked for an aisle seat and I was assured when I checked in that I have an aisle seat. But this was not correct. The crew on the airplane did their best to accommodate my request and they were successful. So the mistake was that of the crew in Berlin where I started my flight."

I havent Flown in a while and was surprised at how tight the seats were since i last flew - both flying from the US to Istanbul and vice versa. However, for the shorter two hour connecting flights, from Istanbul to Tel Aviv, the seats seemed to have more room. This does not make sense."

Cons: "The cabin crew was not very outgoing and not proactive in any way when it came to helping customers. The overall 777 plane was OK. I would have liked to see if the A380 was nicer. The entertainment screens were lower resolution with a good, but not great selection of content."
Pros: "Seat space continued to be better than BA. Nice surprise to get an evening meal on the last leg to Rome. I actually was able to sleep a bit on this smaller airplane as well. Crew went out of its way to help people board and load bags overhead. They seemed very attentive, and tried to provide extra drink options even."
Cons: "Boarding process at IST was a challenge. We left from a remote gate, and the agent didn't seem interested in the boarding process. I heard no announcements, maybe because it didn't matter as everyone was crowding the door 15 minutes before boarding began. The agent seemed perturbed, but I've seen it on almost every Italian bound flight. No one wants to wait. It is actually a bit amusing to watch the struggle between boarding policies and a group of people who seem determined to ignore them. The buses were also pretty well packed. More so in Rome than IST. Not much organization in loading at either place. After all the passport control they left us to walk outside to wait for the bus. Maybe you can tell I'm not a fan of remote gates."
Boarding in NCL is really bad. I'm sure part of that is a directive from the airport that KLM can't change but part of that is due to KLM policy. NCL doesn't announce the gate of departure until 30 minutes before departure. However, when you arrive at the gate area, the gate agents file everyone into one long line and everyone boards from one line at one time. This line can stretch for 200m...easily. There is a separate line for groups 1 and 2 but you don't know it until you get to the gate area and agents don't announce/advertise it. Everyone else is grouped into one line. Are you in group 3? Doesn't matter...you board with group 5. Traveling with a child? Tough luck...you're stuck at the end of the line and board last. The last part is very annoying because none of the gates at NCL (with the exception of 1 used by Emirates) has a jetway. To board, you must leave the gate area, walk downstairs, walk onto the tarmac and walk up stairs to board the plane. Highly challenging if you're traveling with small children. That boarding process begs for a concession to allow people with children to board first because they will need extra time. But there is no such policy. Just a really horrible boarding experience all around.

US Customs and Passport Control at Seatac was disorganized and downright surly. My spouse and I were separated on the flight and there is no room for adult bodies to sit with so many seats across without being pressed uncomfortably into strangers for nine hours. It is nearly impossible to sleep under such inhuman conditions. Shame on British Airways for putting profit over service and comfort."
Pros: "The TV screens on the 747-400 had a lot of content built into it. Games, TV shows, music, movies, etc."
Cons: "The food was decent. Good enough to get you through then flight. Not the airlines fault, bur the passenger next to me was a bigger gentleman so it was hard to stay comfortable for the entire flight."

Cons: "There was no entertainment. With a flight over three hours I would have thought there would be seatback mini-screens at least with a few movies to choose from. Also there was only one cart serving drinks which took forever because we had a seat towards the back and because it took so long we only had the one drink. It was so full of ice that really there was hardly any fluid and the ice pieces were too large to even chew them up. I felt very dehydrated during the flight. Since we can't bring our own water I feel like more should be provided."
Cons: "Counter at Asheville, point of origin for the flight, was unattended at recommended arrival time. Attendant, when he finally appeared, seemed, to this traveler at least, unengaged, abrupt, even rude, certainly not as welcoming and helpful ad other UA counter attendants at busier airports and at more demanding times. The word lazy comes to mind. The same individual handled the gate. His demeanor there was similar. If it is UA policy to leave counters unattended, an explanation should be posted; if present policy requires one individual to handle counter and gate duties, perhaps more help is needed. This experience, all the more frustrating when a passenger ruses early so as to comply with recommended arrival and boarding times, combined with the fact that the incoming flight significantly delayed AVL to Washington depart setting the tone for a mostly mediocre experience crowned by a painful trek from terminal A to terminal C to catch the connection to PVD. Not a best effort by UA. Outstanding flight and cabin crews saved the day."
