Heraklion airport was disorganized and crowded. Gate change announcement was only made once.
Delay. Long wait in line. Poor communications.
On my flight from Cape Town to London I was not notified that the flight had changed and missed the flight. British Airways would not help with a different flight and basically said I need to buy another ticket and fight for a refund. I need to speak with someone to get this resolved and reimbursed for the additional ticket I had to buy along with extra COVID tests I had to take, not to mention additional hotel stay and missed income from work. Please contact me as soon as possible.
It was cancelled and I was forced to buy another ticket.

Held us in a separate room including me who is single mother traveled with 2 year old for 3 flights in the row. My son didnt get his meal. Also had to ask for any juice. Horrible menu. Late food serving, but quick to clean up in a rash. Loud people on phones and nobody stopped them. Horrible experience."

This is not the British way that I have been accustomed to on previous BA flights, and is rather upsetting. The crew were very abrupt in general, and did not have that seasoned and polite demeanor which I expect from BA."

The coach seats were some of the smallest I've ever experienced (I fly 2x a month on average). The crew broke wheels off both of our roller bags."

Other people were in the same boat. We had no chance to make our connection but others did. While the flight crew offered weak apologies advising they had no control, they made no effort to help connecting passengers in ways the could control. Such as asking all passengers to remain seated allowing connecting passengers off the plane first. Something I've seen done on many other airlines numerous times."

The flight itself was fine and the pilots were great. The crew was awful - the purser WOULD NOT SHUT UP, they ran out of food, I would not serve the “beef” dinner option to my dog. The boarding process was a clusterfuck-no announcements were made about boarding groups, and when we did get on the plane, attendants were blocking the aisles taking orders for the premier lounge and not letting the poors get to their seats

The only downer on the trip from Gran Junction to Denver was a delay that seemed to take too long to resolve. The flight crew was excellent, but they were not getting information from United to quickly resolve an issue prior to take off.

First time in 30 years traveling business class that I am asked to go to a bathroom in coach because crew is changing turns. I am the customer, I am the one paying $4000 for a seat, not the crew. Food was OK actually, selection of beverages too. Seats were crammed making moving around complicated."

Also United service counter went above and beyond to help me with my situation, and I am grateful that they were able to rebook me on a new flight and check in my luggage without issues."
Cons: "There was no one at SAS service counter... I had to Google my flight number to find out that I actually had to check in with United since it was actually a United operated flight. Why was I not informed beforehand?? My itinerary said that this is SAS flight, how was I supposed to know that i was supposed to go to United?? Because there was no one at SAS counter, I had no one to ask, I ended up waiting for the counter to open for an hour. When I found out I had to go to United, it was already too late for me to check in so I ended up missing my flight. Thank god for the agent at United however, who helped me rebook my flight and check in my luggage."

We had to go from terminal B to C by wheelchair for my Dad then by electric cart to get to our next gate. We barely made it. They were boarding when we got to the gate. On our flight to our destination we were given the wrong gate and terminal. We actually were supposed to go from terminal E to B at opposite ends of the airport. We missed our connectio and had to be teschuled 6 hrs later. Then that flight was cancelled and we had to pay for a hotel and missed a whole day of our trip. These connections were paired by United no by individual choice. IAH is a very difficult airport to travel through. I won't fly United again!"
