Cons: "Very tight seating in the double decker near the rear particularly for a six hour flight. Food and drink were very good and check -in clerk got us on an earlier flight. Only complaint really was the lack of any leg room."
Cons: "Missing one suitcase and it will be delivered a day late supposedly"
Pros: "Food and service were great. Super Polite, well manered, overall, you can feel it's British Airways."
Cons: "No complains. Honest."
Cons: "When we boarded the plane it was a bot chaotic, quite a few people were sitting in the wrong seats (including someone sitting in mine). There was also a delay in departing because of weather (which isnt the airlines fault) but maybe a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice."
Pros: "Crew was mostly attentive and helpful."
Cons: "Had the boarding queues setup and when they got to group 5 they flipped the sign and those of us in front had to go in the back. Once we were in the main queue they opened the 5-9 queue for some privileged traveler and then left it open allowing the back of the queue to become the front."
Pros: "Comfy seats, pleasent crew, good selection of movies and we got there on time. Bathroom was clean."
Cons: "Food was a little gummy and breakfast was a biscuit and a cream cheese filled pretzel"

Cons: "1. The bags have been lost. They are located, but not yet delivered. All the kid's stuff, beach, personal things, gifts are still somewhere.. 2. IMHO: in Heathrow the Extra sequrity check point is unreasonable for the travelers from the US to Europe. 3 in the plane the person next to me was constantly coughing , NO MASK, it was flue. When I asked help to change a seat, flight attendant did not help."
Pros: "Almost nothing on this flight."
Cons: "Boarded on time then 40 minute delay before take off. After we landed the plane came to a sudden stop and the Captain told us the lights to guide us to the appropriate place were not working this was a long delay. When we got to the disembarking area we had another long wait and the reason was due to the bridge not working,eventually we went out the back of the plane. The most unbelievable problem was the announcement just before take off that both rear toilets were out of action,since the flight was late this was an issue and I do not believe that both toilets could be broken more likely that there was no person available to clean them."
Cons: "Smelled like pee for half time we were up and announcer was very annoying , she sounded like she is about to pass out , short of breath like she needs an ambulance. Statement about wearing masks was just too much... we get it - we wear masks."
Pros: "The crew was rude. Also made me check my carryon when there was plenty of overhead room."

Cons: "The landing was terrible, the airplane bounced very high as soon as it touched the ground"
Pros: "Delayed. Bagage mis-rerouted."
Cons: "Be honest when bags are not routed correctly after assuring passenger twice that bags will be at the same airport they were re-routed too. Do not ask passengers for a bag delivery fee when the mistake was United's. Keep passengers informed of delayed flight and keep inconvenience to a minimum."
Cons: "I had broken table on my seat, then I needed to jump for eating several times."
Pros: "Nothing. Terrible service"
Cons: "The toilet over flowing and delaying my flight to the point of missing my connection."
Pros: "That I didn't get dragged off the plane and I landed alive."

Cons: "Everything else. Over crowded. Very uncomfortable seats, no entertainment unless you wanted to download and pay for app which I did but didn't have earphones for my phone."
