Meals were adequate but could be better. Lots of movies, podcasts, tv shows. We really enjoyed using our personal headsets highly recommended. 15 hrs flight great to travel at night.

Crew is way too many times on the intercom re explaining the same thing

Poor. 3 hours on the tarmac waiting for maintenance. We’re told numerous times it will be 10 minutes. Once going tv was blurry. Seat cramped. Not good at all. Missed an important meeting as a result.

Horrible. Delayed on both planes several times. No attempt to fix it

Nothing went smooth. From being threatened to pay $400 for omitting my middle name by agents in India or somewhere. In addition, I couldn't get an answer on how much a third bag would cost despite numerous calls to Lufthansa. Then I couldn't check in online because they wanted evidence of residency. I told them I have dual citizenship but that didn't help. Last but not least, my luggage didn't make it to my destination. I had Christmas presents that didn't get to family members on time. I also had to wait the entire day to have it delivered. I have never had such a bad experience with an airline. This is how you loose customers

Flight was delayed but reasonable notice and communication was always there for the passengers.

The food needs to be improved, up to the standard of the people and the accommodation.

The crew on this flight was amazing. The most positive and friendly flight attendants I have witnessed in years!

The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.

This was a late night flight but the lights was on all the time and kids were screaming and many people were so loud. I was expecting to have a little rest on the plane considering it is late night but this way I couldn't. I think if at least the light would've been off / lower then people could feel they should be quieter.

We were kept waiting at the gate for 2 hours without explanation

British Airways canceled our plane and gave us a new flight scheduled to leave in only three hours, so we had to drop everything and rush to the airport. The new itinerary only left us a one hour layover in Madrid, which was too short because the plane landed late and so we missed our connecting flight. We were then booked onto a flight scheduled to take off 8 hours later, and were not given any compensation or remedial measures.

The entertainment system in our row was not working. That makes for a VERY long flight!!

Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu.

It was truly amazing. I will do it again! Excellent!

I was rebooked on Delta. Did not take this flight

Boarding could be smoother. But the flight crew was excellence. Very professional, friendly and helpful.

Not as bad as from Newark to London ,but that doesn’t mean I will book with them again
