Cons: FlySafair forced me to pay for my second bag - even though my ticket was clearly marked "2 bags" all the way to Cape Town. Totally disgusted with this airline, not honoring the ticket. And they way they treated me about it makes me never want to fly with them again. Warning: Seats don't recline!!!

Cons: My ticket was cancelled because Kiwi did not pay the airline. It cost me tons of extra money, and seriously delayed my trip!

Cons: Crampped more than 90mins late -- made me miss the last train and cost me a large taxi fare to get home! Terribly disappointing experience. The morning flight to East London was also over an hour late because (according to the Captain) the aircraft was late in coming out of its weekly service! Hope never having to resort to Kulula ever again!

Cons: Flight was 1h 20 min late and everyone in the George area immediately commented that this was entirely normal. Thank goodness I did not have urgent meetings to go to as I would have had to reschedule or miss them altogether.

Pros: BA cancelled my flight, but did offer an alternate on Lufthansa on same day,

Cons: Being notified of the cancellation, instead of accidentally finding out about it. Very poor or lack of communication regarding cancellation due to pilots' strike.

Cons: I was booked on an SAA flight, did not know it was MANGO flight. At JHB airport, my SAA flight was not listed, nor was there any indication that it was actually on a MANGO flight. A helpful airport information person found the flight and agreed it was not visible anywhere.

Cons: The flight was delayed a bit, so I had to rush to get to my connecting flight. The process of boarding was a bit of a free for all.

Cons: I checked in for a flight and chose my seat, which was no issue until i got to the gate. I was summarily moved 11 rows back without any explanation. normally not an issue, but when i had 1c and wanted needed to get out quickly, you can see the issue. neither the ground staff nor crew were interested in the issues and gave no reason for the move

Cons: Did not allow us to board after late arrival due to air link plane malfunction. plane had not left the airport yet with 45 minutes left until departure and staff from air Botswana would not help us at all. People were not friendly at all. we were delayed by a full day due to their lack Of support.

Pros: We got to Botswana on time. They do not inform passengers ahead of time about the spraying of pesticides. I'm going to switch to SAA from now on. Bring something to cover up during spraying.

Cons: The flight was delayed twice, and there was a lack of timeous communication around these delays making the process rather inconvenient. The airconditioner aboard wasn't working which made the environment extremely unpleasant.

Cons: It was pathetic. Our flight was delayed and we had a connecting flight in Jhb. We were promised we will get priority disembarkment and there will be someone to escourt us through customs. We flight was supposed to land at 6 30 and we had to have boarded our next flight by 7:05pm. To my horrow we landed in Jhb at 7 10. Only got off the plane at 7:15 because the stairs took forever to come. There was no priority disembarkment and there was nobody waiting to escort us through customs and passport control. It was a complete nightmare having to jump queues and running to catch the next flight. Will never fly kulula again .

Cons: The seats that I purchased were “premium economy” the only thing premium was the price I have flown premium with other airlines and there is a difference in leg room and seat size. There was none on this flight. The seats were the same size and room as regular economy. Not what I paid for. I will never fly BA again.

Pros: Crew was terrible. Only 2 beverage services in 10 hour flight, and 2 in 8 hr flight. Crew did not respond to call button. Seats smaller than previous flights.

Cons: Iberia messed up my flight from Windhoek to Johannesburg so I could not check in ahead of time or at airport. Stood at British Airways/Iberia desk for 2 hrs until my gate was closing. So I was told only way to get on plane was to purchase another ticket, and then contact Iberia for a refund.

Pros: Very efficient and friendly cabin and ground crew, quick delivery of checked in bags, Placed my family together which was appreciated on a full flight

Cons: how do you do that? Split my son who is a minor and myself? I checked in online and I received my boarding passes. Why does the system not received 'Bought' seats? this is extremely frustrating. I get to the airport early and need to waste time while you sort out your issue. This is unacceptable service. Cons: The flight was delayed for hours in Delhi with no notice, making us spent the night at the airport. The flight was supposed to get to Abidjan around noon, but because of the delay, we missed the connection and the next available flight was the next day which would mean I missed my next flight and a work conference. In Delhi, the Ethiopian Airlines people assured me that it could be worked out in Addis, and that they could change my final destination to get me where I needed to go. However, in Addis, the employees were rude and did not even read the email that the Delhi people sent them. They would not do anything except send me to Abidjan the following day, which was useless since I already had to be in the US by then. The level of service is incredibly poor and disorganized, with many people having to wait for hours to even talk to someone and no information about what needs to be done. In the end, i had to purchase a new ticket to get to my destination. Had I known this was the case in Delhi, and that i would have to purchase a new ticket, I would have done so in Delhi rather than waiting all night and going to Addis. I fly very often and this is both the worse experience and service I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and they weren’t even able to get me to my destination.

Cons: have crew offer drinks more often throughout the flight. every passenger gets dehydrated and needs more drinks. I had to go to the back and get drinks myself.
