United airlines, mediocre at best. No issues , nothing great . Worked for me
I didn’t get on plane. Passport being processed by consulate with visa application. Tried to cancel through underpricer after purchasing cacelling for any reason. No dice, they are thieves.
The crew were very nice. The Chocolate is good and v there’s no entertainment. Thanks
Flight was delayed two hours. No snacks and no tv screens. My bag got stuck in Chicago
They needed people to check a bag, they did check my bag and I had to wait 10 minutes after the flight to get it it wasn’t too bad
Had a hard time finding my assigned seat. No attendants to assist.
Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.
Waited for our plane from HNL so we didn't miss connection. AMAZING Service for that, then really clean plane. Nice airline attendants.
Some of the issues with my UA flight to a connecting flight: United said the SF to Frankfurt flight was getting late making us miss 10:50 flight and could only put us on a flight that left at 4:15 PM from biz to coach. then they canceled the ticket on the connecting flight. I didn’t have a seat, etc., etc., and over an hour dealing with UNITED blaming Lufthansa and Lufthansa pointing to UNITED. The flight itself was fine (food sucked) and we landed in time that I could’ve made the 1050 flight. but the LH gate agent said I couldn’t get on because United issued the ticket and only they could change tix back. Gave up and wasted the next five hours plus of our vacation and ended up being totally wiped out by the time we reached the hotel.
The Frankfurt airport is just not that easy to get around. Having to get from one end of the airport to the other when it was not well marked was a challenge. The flight itself was fine. I would fly with United again.
Very long and took extra push back to BA staff to get a realistic flight after they made me miss my original direct flight. Eventually landed 9 hours late and incurred many extra costs with other missed bookings
I love British Airlines but I think it’s time for a change.My seat was occupied by very large passengers sitting next to me,I felt very uncomfortable and very bad.I’m sorry but I have to say it.
Very dated plane. Seat was firm and uncomfortable. Entertainment system almost laughably outdated. Poor audio. Picture was always too dark.
The seats on the plane and at Heathrow Airport are so uncomfortable
I liked having access to all the Harry Potter movies and the food was good. The staff was also excellent. The pillows and blankets could’ve been better as mine had stains when I arrived
1. Missed to deliver bags at Destination 2. no coordination at Layover for flight connection for wheel chair , could have missed flights 3. Customer service agents are not honest , talk with attitude and do not provide correct information about baggage policy
Denied boarding passes for connecting flight. Missed connection as a result. Customer services T5 Heathrow airport vile, arrogant people who lied to us and threatened us.
Ok we did get an upgrade and the flight was delayed 45 minutes BUT without any bias. The crew were excellent, friendly, efficient and verging on exuberant, they all were so happy to do their jobs. Food excellent and the new safety video is fun to watch.
They lost my baggage and still waiting an update when I can receive it
One if not the best Airline I have traveled so far. My only complaint is that flights where delayed.
