Pros: "The crew was very attentive and willing to assist with everything."
Pros: "Boarded and left on time"
Cons: "Food was awful. It was so hot I was fanning myself. I had a 11 hour flight and than a 10 hour flight after both British airways, and the same exact food. So I just went hungry. I smelled something amazing so thought I would get a good hot meal as my last meal since I had not had anything in 9hours, but nope, just got a measly cold sandwich. I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Really old plane with uncomfortable seats and really bad in flight options. The air conditioning was also broken so the entire flight felt hot and muggy, this is on a 12 hour flight!!"
Pros: "Polite crew"
Cons: "The food, inflight entertainment. Our flight was delayed by over an hour."
Pros: "We pushed back from the gate about 24 minutes late and arrived at our destination about 38 minutes late. The four-course dinner (Chicken Tikka Masala or Penne Pasta) was good for airline food. The crew was friendly and professional."
Cons: "No USB power ports by the seats."
Pros: "Food was probably best"
Cons: "1. Both legs of flights delayed 2. Need an update to their entertainment screens 3. Flights were on the hot side"
Pros: "The movie selection was wonderful, as the amount of time with dim lightening"
Cons: "The temperature in the plane. It was too cold for summer clothing"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "No free snack or drink, noisy plane...couldn't hear stewards, and VERY uncomfortable seats...."
Pros: "British airways have always been good and my best airline to fly."
Cons: "This occasion, the manager was So rude to me and even called me a liar in front of too many people. I don't speak or understand French and the woman really embarrassed my life. I checked-in online before I got to the airport and I mistakenly went to terminal 1 instead of terminal 2. So by the time I realised and got to terminal one, the baggage collection stand had closed because I was there by 15:18. To make the long story short, I got through the security where I was delayed for 20mins searching through my things and when I asked about time, the security said the flight won't leave with out me and they would inform them about the delay before I get to my departure gate. Anyway, I got to the gate with some time left and this extremely rude woman whom I was told is the manager insulted the living day light out of my life and turned me back. So I didn't fly with BA in the end. No matter the situation and despite me being late, I believe things would have been handled better. And even if the manager felt I was lying, she should have been more diplomatic about it and speak to me in a good manner. I won't be recommending flying BA from Nice to anyone. That woman was so hurrible, that experience haunts me psychologically."
Pros: "Nothing to special comparing with other first class"
Cons: "Boarding process was very late, they made us wait in the cold for 10 min before letting us in the plane. The staff was professional but not too friendly and the place is old. When I purchased the ticket it said it was a airbus A380"

Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.

Cons: "They overcrowded a flight in the middle of a global pandemic which shows they do NOT prioritize the health and safety of their customers."
Cons: "Seats were hard and stiff with no padding on the backrest. There was minimal room and even less overhead storage. The seats were in between the windows so you couldn’t really see outside of someone else shut the window on you. Thein"
Cons: "We were delayed over 3 hours due to a mechanical issue."
Pros: "Great. they upgraded us to First since my husband was silver premier"
Pros: "Crew was attentive....lot's of water rounds.... temperature and information while inflight...good"
Cons: "Food was really bad....though didn't expect much"
Pros: "the flight was okay"
Cons: "Long story short due to weather I was told my flight left when in fact it did not and there were three opportunities for UAL to see that and put me on the flight and the failed. Cost me six hours of wasted time."
Pros: "Basic snack for a one hour flight."
Cons: "The WiFi wasn’t working. It kept trying to connect but never did."
Pros: "The two people that helped."
Cons: "That United had NO remorse for our inconvenience and offered NO compensations."
Cons: "Very little space. Travelled economy on other flights with much more legroom and space."
