It was fine. The flight attendant appeared to be in a bad mood but everything was fine.
Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.
Our flight was delayed several times. It left 9 hours after scheduling. We had to sleep in the airport.

Horrible, the flights kept delaying, so it is obvious that we won't be able to make it to the next connection. No easier/real agent on site to help you figure this out. UA agent on other counters refuse to assist you and direct us to use the QR code/call customer service. So inefficient and poor. While technology seems convenient, but it's not the best interest/experience for customers need help while there is active issue need assistance.
We were delayed an hour leaving Munich (No fault of the crew). They kept us posted on the status so we knew what was going on, but as a result we missed our connection in Chicago and the communication on connecting flights was pretty poor as we disembarked. It was already stressful and some of that could have been reduced by better communications about where to find transfers, etc.

The customer service was excellent! Check-in, baggage check-in, boarding, the flight went very smooth.

Flight was on time. Boarding process was tedious. Not much overhead cabin space. Seats very close (front to back). Uneventful trip just the same.
It is becoming a habit for British Airways flights to be delayed. This flight was delayed 12 hours before its scheduled take off. The delay got longer as the day progressed. Our 20.30 flight finally departed at 23.33. The flight experience was okay however the cabin was freezing and I was told that the heating was broken. If the plane is not able to provide good conditions for the flight then it should have been grounded. Furthermore, when I requested coffee, I was told that I could only have a cold drink despite a couple seated directly behind me being served coffee and biscuits.
British Airways is fantastic. I am low-vision and they were so helpful and accommodating. The food was all surprisingly delicious. That was an unexpected treat. The best of everything though was how helpful and friendly the service team was.
Flight take off delayed 30 minutes; arrived 15 minutes late. Had to take bus from terminal to plane, delaying boarding and unloading.
When flying from Dallas Texas to London, the entertainment section went down. The attendants said they would restart it. After 30 minutes, it still wasn't fixed. I called it to their attention and was told that they would try to restart it. Nothing was corrected. They said there was nothing they could do. This didn't happen to the entire plane; just our section which was in the middle of the plane - about 4-5 people. An attendant came by and asked each person to write down their names and email addresses and that a credit would be issued. This was on September 3 2024. It is now September 19, 2024 and I have yet to see any credit issued.
My flight got cancelled the night before suddenly. They rebooked only half my flights back. I couldn’t contact them for help and then I had to book a separate flight on my own to get to the new flight back that they had booked me on. In Flight services were great. But once the flight got cancelled I was left on my own. Same experience for a traveling partner going to a different destination
The flight was good, my only complaint is that we were delayed in leaving by a significant amount of time.
Friendly crew members. Food was so-so, below average. However, ice cream add a little touch and made a difference.
Flight on time. Food was poor - low quality and hard to eat due to poor layout
